Hello everyone, it's been a while since I've posted anything on here as my life has been so busy lately and I haven't really been practicing or attempting to have an OBE for a while. Though I do still enjoy having them and do write them down when they do happen. But I figured I'd share this one because after 10 years of having OBE's this is the first time I've had a classic exit like this.

I woke up this morning around 6am from hearing my dad leaving the house for work. I rolled over onto my back and fell back asleep. I usually have OBE's if I lay on back that's just the way I've always been. There wasn't much awareness between now and the time of the OBE, but all of a sudden I found myself in the familiar black void and I felt myself rising. My "eyes" were closed and I could not see, but I had a sense I was getting closer to my ceiling. I briefly gained vision for a moment and realized I was about 2 feet away from my ceiling and still rising. Then I bumped into it. After this I continued on to have a short OBE of flying around outside my house and down the street and just enjoyed the experience.
This is the first time in 10 years and 100 obe's that I rose up and bumped into the ceiling. I've heard of people doing this, but my exits have always been conscious and I usually just push up off my bed or roll off it.

So just figured I'd share and thanks for reading!

Just thought I would share this since it's a little different than my usual obe's and to see what you guys have to say
OBE #67, Dream to obe
I was in a non-lucid dream I was in my house, in my downstairs bathroom, standing in front of the toilet. I realized the bathroom looked a little different than it does in the physical and that made me become aware I was in the non-physical. I also realized I should not pee lol. I turned and floated through the door and up the stairs to my living room. I went over to the sliding door which leads out onto the deck, and floated through the door to the outside. It was gray and overcast outside, might have even been raining a little. I looked down at my hands and said "I'm aware I'm in the non physical right now."
I thought about what I wanted to do while I was out, something different than the usual flying around my house until I lose focus and wake up. I asked, to no one in particular, "I would like to speak to someone who can answer some questions I have about the non-physical." I waited a few moments and then turned around. Someone else was standing on the deck with me, a young unfamiliar male in his 20's, not someone I would have expected to show up. (but maybe someone comfortable for me to speak with) I immediately went over and introduced myself and said "Hi, I'm Justin" and he said "Hi, I'm Chris". I asked him if he can answer some questions I have about the non physical. He said yes, and so can his (friend?) Jesse. I said, "okay great", and might have also asked who's Jesse? He said you don't know Jesse? Making it seem like I should have known him for some reason.
Chris went inside my house through the sliding door and I followed him and watched where he went, he went downstairs and a short moment later he came back up with someone else. The two of them both came back out onto the deck. I immediately introduced myself to Jesse and we shook hands. My dad was now on the deck with us and we all sat down at the table. My dad quickly asked a question before I could. He asked, "what can you guys tell me about living in the non physical?" They responded, "It is a one way path, the void is the smallest part?" I immediately leaned in and asked, "Can I speak with deceased relatives or friends?" One of them responded with, "No, and his explanation was something like it would be too easy for them to tell you everything?" I asked another question. "Then what can I do to prove to myself these experiences are real, how can I get validity out of my obe's?" Jesse was now standing up and it sounded like he was eating something and talking at the same time, I couldn't understand him well. He said, "Bromanager" I said, what? He said "brermember", again I said what? "brermember". I couldn't understand what that meant, but I made him repeat it so I could remember it. It faded and I woke up.

To me it seems like I got no valuable information from this contact, at least for now. But I will try this again in a future experience

Hello everyone I thought I'd share my experience from this morning. I'm going to mostly skip over the obe since nothing of great significance happened during it and I'd rather just tell my card verification experience.

OBE #57 RTZ, WBTB, Phase method
Before going to sleep last night I had a great feeling that I was going to have an OBE this morning. I went to sleep and woke up around 10am not remembering that I had that feeling last night. I called my cat to come lay on my bed and cuddle, but she didn't come over and I was experiencing a feeling of drowsiness so I decided to lay back down and close my eyes. Within a few minutes I was seeing some vague imagery behind my closed eyes. I stretched my arms out and I rolled my body over to the left, but something felt different. It was heavy and slow motion and I was still looking at the blackness behind my closed eyes, but I thought I had moved physically. Next thing I know I'm staring at my ceiling about a foot away from it. My vision went back to blackness and I realized I was obe and I didn't want the experience to end so I started to imagine I was walking down my hallway and feeling the walls with both my hands as I did. I grabbed onto the cool, metal, railing as I walked past the stair case. Once I got to my living room I slowly opened my NPMR eyes and had great vision of where I was standing and now fully phased in that reality.
I did a few awareness boosters by looking at my hands and telling myself I was OBE in the nonphysical. I remembered I wanted to check the card that I placed on a shelf in the living room so I walked over to it and reached up and grabbed the card. The first card I saw was a black 4 of spades. I noticed I was holding about 3 or 4 cards so I placed them back on the shelf and then tried to only grab one. I grabbed about 3 or 4 again, but the card on top was a black 4 of spades again. I thought that was good enough so I put the cards down and proceeded with the rest of my OBE.

When I woke up I went to the living room and reached on top of the shelf. I didn't feel a card so I took a look and there was no card there. The shelf looked like it was recently dusted off so I thought maybe one of my parents found it and moved the card. I was a little disappointed and I don't actually remember how long ago I placed the card there. I decided I would count the cards from the deck and whichever one was missing maybe that would be the card. I grabbed the deck of cards and flipped it over to see the faces and first one on top was the black 4 of spades.
It's not the best verification, but I think it speaks for itself that there was some level of verification there. I know I probably shouldn't be focusing on trying to prove the existence of the NPMR this way, but I find it a fun experiment to play with

Thanks for reading and any feedback is appreciated  :-D

Hey guys I just wanna make this quick topic to tell the newest people that this is easy, and to not make it harder than it really is. Obviously when your new and trying to have you're first obe you're gonna try and do everything under the sun to make it happen, but honestly you might make it harder for yourself.

It took me about 2 months to have my first obe and I tried every day about 3 times a day. My mom thought I was depressed because of how much I was sleeping lol. It wasn't until one morning when I woke up and DID NOTHING that I finally had the obe.

But anyway, recently I've been out of the picture because I've been focusing on life and trying to make some money so I haven't had an obe for about 4 - 6 months now. Two nights ago I came on here and read the post "the sweet spot" and watched his video. Everything he said is very true. I went to sleep and counted how many times I woke up, it was about 4 - 5 times. I think just HAVING THE AWARENESS that you woke up and are now going back to sleep is all you need to make this happen. If you don't have that slight awareness you'll fall right back into sleep.

So all I did was roll over onto my side, REALIZE I was awake, and kept my eyes shut. (I didn't start thinking about what I was gonna do that day or anything like that because that would prevent me from falling back asleep) Within 15 seconds I was hearing vibrations. I thought "Oh wow haven't felt those in a while" I'll just keep laying still. Within another 15 seconds I was in my backyard looking at the back of my house, but I was still completely aware of my body. I kept focusing on the full picture I had of my backyard and house and within 5 to 10 seconds I had a complete conscious will OBE and was fully emerged in that reality flying and jumping around.

So obviously for the newest person it's not going that be that easy, but just realize that OBE's are very natural and we do them while we sleep anyway, so doing it consciously doesn't feel abnormal or take very hard work. You just need to know what works best for you.

Recently I have been able to achieve OBE's quite frequently which is pretty amazing. They are usually always induced by using the wake back to bed method and I am conscious the entire time and directly entering the RTZ through separation. I usually do the card experiment for self verification since I am in the RTZ so much and then I proceed outside my house and fly around my house or neighborhood until waking up.
Sometimes on occasion I'll have an experience where I enter a NPR that I am completely unfamiliar with. The colors there are so much brighter than PMR or RTZ and there is much more the explore.

Anyway, I've been trying to enter other NPMR's by calling deceased friends or relative's names, opening doors and expecting there to be another reality behind it, flying upwards, or closing my eyes and trying to imagine another place. Unfortunately, I haven't had any success with any of these.

Is there any other techniques you guys use to go from RTZ to NPMR or anything else I can try?
Or is it just a matter of I haven't learned how to do it yet and once I do I will become better at it? (like most other things in the npmr)

I started meditating a few months ago and started by doing 20 minute sessions twice a day. Recently I have been doing 30 - 40 minute sessions.

This one in particular that I did today was 45 minutes long.

I started the meditation by doing some basic breathing techniques and then just relaxed and noticed for the rest of the duration.

Towards the end I was all of a sudden "seeing" (not with great clarity) what I remember as me flying through the air and holding some device in my hands. It was about the size of a DVD player, but it had 2 handles on the ends which I was holding. In the middle was a small screen and it was playing some scenario (like I was watching a movie). I looked at the screen and it started getting bigger and taking over my vision as I was entering the scene.

Then I realized this was happening and I got a nervous feeling in my stomach which immediately stopped the experience and brought my awareness back to my physical body.

I'm not sure why I get scared I've had plenty of OBE's, but I haven't had one from a totally awake state yet and I think that's why

OBE # 35
9:00am, wake back to bed, phase method, RTZ, NPMR, unfamiliar location, unfamiliar people, learning school

I woke up numerous times this morning and tried going back to sleep with the intention of having an obe. Finally I rolled onto my back and I quickly fell into SP. I knew I could separate so I tried feeling myself getting light and rising. All of a sudden I could see my ceiling like I was laying on my back and I was rising slowly. I got about a foot or 2 above my bed and then unintentionally slowly started rolling to my left. I spun a 180 and then was facing my bed. I slowly descended until I was laying on my stomach on the bed. My vision then faded to black, but I could still feel I was laying on my stomach. Again I tried feeling like I was light and rising. I felt some sort of movement, but couldn't really see anything.
All of a sudden I was in a large place where it was all white. There was a small white brick building below and about 40 - 50 feet in front of me. I'm pretty sure the background was all white, but I could be mistaken. I flew down closer to the building and now I was standing in front of it. I was examining the outside and there was a big digital clock on one of the walls. It was displaying in red numbers and it was rapidly changing. I saw 7:00am and then 3:00am. I turned around to keep checking out the building, but turned back around to check the clock. It said 3:38am and it was steady this time. I thought that was weird because I knew it wasn't that time. I walked passed the clock and entered the building through a door.
Basically straight ahead was a round table in the middle of the room with some chairs around it. The room wasn't that big it was maybe 20ft by 30ft?  There were some windows and there was a small single person desk on each of the walls except for the one I came in through. To the left of the round table were 2 people standing and talking. There was a male and a female. I immediately went over and introduced myself to the female. She was African american and had dark hair tied back and dark eyes. She was well dressed and well mannered. I said Hello, I'm Justin and she said Hello, I'm (Jumia Mayba?) She brought me over and we sat down at the round table. The table was very uncomfortable to sit at because sitting down it was about chest height. I can't remember her exact words, but she said this is some sort of learning school for me (or my body and mind?) and that we have 12 projects to do. I was simply amazed. I was so excited because I remembered reading about Bob Monroe's experiences with NPMR learning labs. I couldn't believe it was happening and I was super excited to get started. She stood up and walked into a separate room. Now I was alone in the room with the other male entity. I introduced myself to him. I stuck my hand out and said Hello I'm Justin. We shook hands and he said, Hi. I asked him what his name was and he just said, Hi again. We both laughed at this and then the woman returned.
She handed me a piece of paper that was like a test sheet and told me to try my best. I think it was for her to get a basic understanding of how developed or undeveloped I am. She said I should sit at a table that is more comfortable to work at. I said Okay thanks and went over to one of the smaller single person desks. I didn't sit down I just stood next to the desk and leaned over and started reading the paper. I skimmed over the top sentence printed in bold because I figured it was the directions and I just wanted to start. I thought that was probably a bad idea so I went back and re-read it. I remember it saying circle the best answer.
The questions were listed 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. Here is what the first 3 questions said.
1. You may or may not be Jumia Mayba?
2. You are or you are not done working in the NPMR?
3. You are or you are not dedicated to working in the NPMR?
They were pretty simple and basic questions and there were more, but I didn't get to them. I was having a hard time focusing now and I REALLY didn't want to lose the experience. I didn't answer any of the questions yet and I turned around and went to the woman. I told her I was losing lucidity and it was hard for me to focus right now. I looked down at my hands to try to get back in control, but I could "feel" the numbness in my physical legs and it was pulling my attention to it. She asked me if I tried snoring? I said, no and tried it. I heard and felt myself snore once and told her I don't think it's working and didn't like it because I felt like it was pulling me back to the physical. I really didn't want to lose the experience, but it slowly faded and then I was laying in my bed in blackness. I tried 2 more times to get back, but I couldn't get into SP or phase. I figured it was better to get up and write this down.

I think this was my first time phasing directly into a NP reality. I usually only phase into the RTZ, which I did at first, but then found myself here instead.

Thanks for reading!  :-)

I had 2 more conscious phase experiences this morning. I used Bedeekin's method of blowing on my hands for awareness and tried his elastic rubber band method of flying or moving.

1/25/13 9:40am OBE #32
RTZ, wake back to bed, SP, phase method

I woke up this morning around 8:30am due to my mom making noise in the kitchen and my dog barking. I put my ear plugs in and quickly rolled back over. I rolled over a few times to get relaxed and then finally rolled onto my back with the intention of having an OBE. Very shorty after I heard a noise in my head which sounded like that electric frying noise, but it only did one pulse and it wasn't very loud or disturbing. I felt the SP come on in my legs so I focused on it and let go of my physical and it easily came on my entire body. Now I knew I could separate.

I felt myself get light and lifting up out of my bed. I immediately started getting sight of my room and then I landed standing upright next to my bedroom door. I felt more in control than my previous obe's, but still needed some form of reality check. First I tried my way of saying, clarity now! but again I had trouble saying the words. I actually felt like I had a lot of phlegm in my throat and I spit it up and pushed it out of my mouth. So right away I looked at my hands, they were chubby and my fingers were stubby. My hands were changing size, but I focused on them anyway and I could see the lines and everything. Then I rubbed them together and blew on them. Now I was in control enough to leave my room.

I exited my room by opening to the door and going into the hallway. I turned around and quickly passed by my door looking into my room twice to see if I could see my body laying in the bed. My bed was empty and there were just sheets on it, no body. I went down the hall to the living room and turned left. My mom was in the kitchen standing by the sink and my dog was standing by the fridge. I went over to my dog and said Why are you barking so much? He didn't respond, but my mom agreed and told me to tell him to stop. That surprised me because I thought she didn't even notice me. I turned around and went to the sliding glass door that leads to the deck. It looked like it had just started snowing and it was coming down and there was a thin layer on the deck and the table outside. I decided not go outside this way and turned around and headed for downstairs.

As I was going downstairs I passed my Aunt at the top of the stairs. She asked me to get her a soda so I said okay and continued downstairs to the garage where the soda is kept. She said No and pointed and the box of soda by the front door. I was surprised the soda was there, but I continued to the garage and she got the soda herself. My garage was a little different than normal. It had 3 cars stored in it instead of 2 and there was a new mountain bike that my dad had just bought me. I was checking it out, but both the tires were flat. By now I really wasn't sure if I was obe or not. I decided to fly because that would be a good way to confirm it. I walked to the open garage door and saw that it was still snowing outside. I easily lifted off the ground and flew about 20 feet towards my backyard before I came crashing down under a tree. I was annoyed by this, but I remembered Bedeekin's method of moving in the NPMR which my interpretation of that was to imagine an invisible rubber band between me and my destination. I looked up and saw a tree branch. I focused on it and imaged I was getting closer to it. Immediately I felt myself being pulled to it and started moving. Since I was looking up so hard all of a sudden it got very bright. I realized my physical eyelids were opening and then I lost my focus and was back in body.

The second obe was very short so I won't explain a lot of detail, but I was back in body and I phased again easily to the NPMR. I wanted to try this method of moving again because it seemed to work so well. I didn't want to waste any time so immediately I floated up and through my ceiling, (I really felt myself pass through the wood this time) into my attic which looked normal, but was completely empty, and then kept going, but got disoriented and ended up back in body.

Thanks for reading

Hey guys sorry this might be a long read, but I had this amazing experience this morning. It was my first time CONCIOUSLY phasing and holding my awareness through the entire process.

OBE # 31
8:05am wake back to bed, phase method, laying on back, loud buzzing, electric frying noise, RTZ, familiar location, familiar people, focused on breathing

I woke up around 6:45ish due to my dad making noise while getting ready for work which is normal for me. I got up to use the bathroom and then got back in bed. I was focusing on my breathing and basically just trying to fall back asleep. I rolled over about 4 times and couldn't fall back asleep, but by now I was pretty relaxed. I looked at the clock and it was 7:30. I said, "okay this is what I do, I practice this every day, I want to project." I rolled onto my back and continued focusing on my breathing and just noticing the blackness behind my closed eyelids. After some short amount of time I heard the familiar loud buzzing, screeching, electrical frying noise in my head. Up until now I never knew exactly what this noise was, but now I know I can phase when it comes. I've been experiencing this during sleep since before I knew what the nonphysical was. I felt my awareness change, I felt like I sunk into my bed, I actually got scared because I still wasn't 100% sure I was phasing or what this noise was, but the feelings accompanying it felt familiar. I easily switched back to the PMR and I felt myself rise and the noise subdued a bit. I was laying in blackness again and I knew I was safe so I relaxed and let the noise come on again. It did, and it starts out in pulses, loud electrical pulses in my head, and gets louder and stronger with each pulse and I usually make it stop before it gets too loud or annoying, but this time I let it go. It finally turned into a more solid screech rather than pulses and now I felt myself sink again. I knew I basically separated because the noise was gone and I knew the familiar feeling so I decided to use an exit technique.

I felt myself get light and floating upwards. I could barely see, but I knew I was out. I got a few glimpses of my ceiling and fan and then my floor. I landed on the floor in my room and I tried to get in control. I stood up and went to the door. My vision was white/grayish and hazy. I kept floating up and to the left unintentionally. I saw a few pictures on my wall that are right where I was in the PMR. I tried to say "clarity now!" but had trouble and couldn't say it. I decided to turn around and try and see my physical body in bed since I've never done this before and I wasn't sure how long the experience was going to last since I couldn't even get in control. As soon as I looked where my body would be on the bed, I was back in my body laying in blackness.

I laid completely still and didn't move. I let the noise come on again and felt the sinking feeling and I knew I could separate so I floated up and out. This time my vision was a little better I guess because I was just out, but I was still having a hard time controlling the expereince. I said "clarity now!" multiple times with very little success. For some reason my voice has not been working in the NPMR anymore. I used to say this phrase with great success all the time. I was able to open my door and leave my room. I remembered another way to focus my awareness which is to look at my hands. They looked real and I could see the lines and everything. I looked at them for a few moments and then rubbed them together. My awareness was increased a lot and now I was in control.

I went down the hall into my living room and turned left to go to the glass sliding door which leads to deck. It looked like it just snowed, the trees were covered in a fresh coat, and the ground was all white. I decided not to go outside so I turned around and asked for a guide. Again I had a lot of trouble talking so I just gave up on that. I looked at my hands again for a reminder of what I was doing and then I decided to go downstairs. As I was going to go downstairs I heard loud breathing and I stopped in my tracks and just observed it, I figured it was my physical body and I was sort of bi-located, but I had no other awareness of my body. I went into my mom's room and saw her laying asleep on the bed (which she was in the PMR) I flew around her room for a minute and then decided to leave so I went back upstairs into the living room. I exited my house easily by going through the glass front window. I had some doubts about being able to go through it as I was approaching it, but it didn't stop me and I had no problem going through.

Outside was the same as I had seen it earlier, it was white and covered in snow. Now that I was in my front yard all of a sudden I floated up really high and fast to about 500 feet above my house. I had trouble seeing since I was so high and everything was white. I was able to come back down to the ground. Now the ground was still white, but the trees were green and had leaves. I decided to fly down to the end of my street. I had difficulties flying and could only fly for a certain amount of time until I came crashing down in to the ground and then I would have to start over. This happens in every one of my experiences I guess I haven't learned how to stay up yet. But anyway, once I made it to the main street I wanted to try and fly to the store which is on the other side of town. I lifted off the ground and was looking up and I was headed straight towards the electrical wires. I got scared and had second thoughts of passing through the wires so my flight stopped and I came back down to the ground. I saw my neighbor up on a ladder working on the wires I almost just went through.

I figured since I couldn't fly there I would take a car. So I stood in the middle of the road and waited for a car to come. A truck came about 50mph around the turn and I stood there with my arms up and my hands out telling him to stop, but he flew right past me. I tried one more time and they also drove past me. I was kind of annoyed by this, but it probably wasn't a good idea anyway. I was still very aware, but it started getting a little more dream-like. Suddenly I was back in bed and woken up from the garage door closing because my dad left for work.

So this was a great experience for me the only questions I have are..

1. Why did I hear myself breathing? (bi-location?)
2. Why can't I talk anymore while obe? (maybe because most communication is done telepathically?)
3. Why do I suck at flying still?

Thanks for reading!

Hey guys all of my recent obes I've been having I seem to have trouble recalling them when I wake up. I guess that's because I've been having trouble having good awareness during the experience.
In my 2 most recent obes I've said "clarity now" with not much success where as it used to improve my vision significantly in the past. If saying that doesn't work I usually end up having this great sensation of me feeling dizzy and I can barely stand. A strong wind will usually come and knock me off my feet. This mornings experience I was on my deck in my backyard and I didn't say clarity now, but I said "I'm in the non physical and in my backyard" Then my deck started to flip upside down and I ended up on the grass beneath it and the wind blew me around my yard til I woke up. It's very hard for me to hold awareness while I'm being blown around like this and when I wake up I usually don't have that excitement of having an obe and don't bother writing it down because I can only remember bits and pieces.

Anyway I guess the lack of recollection is due to the lack of awareness during the experience.
And this wind thing just started, but it's happened in my last 2 obes. It might just be because of my physical body waking up
Also I've always had trouble flying higher than 10 - 15ft off the ground. If I start on the ground and jump i usually float back down to the earth.

I havn't posted anything recently so I figured I'de post this quick OBE I had this morning
I actually had 2, but the first one got vague halfway through and I forget what happened, so I'll post the second one
6/6/12, wake back to bed, familiar location, lucid awareness
I woke up after my first obe and went back to sleep without the intention of having another. Soon after I found myself consciously aware and looking at the clock on the floor next to my bed. I realized I wasn't looking at the clock from my bed though and it was more like my head was down on the ground next to it. At this point I still wasn't sure if I was physical or nonphysical though. So next thing I know I'm looking at my clock and everything starts fading. My vision starts going black, my hearing goes less, my body starts going numb and paralyzed. This scared me a bit so I forced my (nonphysical?) eyes open and I was again down on the ground looking at my clock. So I let go again and let this sensation come over my body for a second time and then I felt the familiar feeling and I knew I could separate so I pushed up and floated out. I rolled off the side of the bed which I always do when I first separate because its the easiest way for me to get away from my physical body. I was aware, but my vision wasn't great, but I didn't do anything to boost my awareness  :| I floated out of my room and down the hallway to the living room. It was dreamlike and there was a christmas tree and presents and some other stuff laying around. It felt pretty normal while obe, but its june and there is def no christmas tree in my living room now lol. I stood there for a few moments until I woke up from the garage door slamming in physical.

So yeah I'm glad I had an experience again finally since it's been a while. Next time I will remember to boost my awareness before leaving my room to avoid the dreamlike experience and make it last longer, but overall can't complain  8-)

Welcome to Dreams! / short LD from teeth falling out
February 05, 2012, 11:33:43
Finally had a short lucid dream this morning after a longg break. I woke up a few times this morning and kept falling back to sleep. At one point I found my self in a dream where I was in my garage standing there and I felt my front tooth was loose with my tongue so I walked over to the mirror hanging on the wall in my garage and looked at my teeth. I saw the 2 front ones on top and on the bottom were loose so I spit them out into my hand. Then while looking at my teeth in my hands I thought, wait my teeth only fall out like this in my dreams so I must be dreaming. The dream started to fade and I thought no don't let it fade and I looked away from my hand and started walking out of the garage. I got outside and 2 of my friends were there and I said I was going to go back to Megan's house so I jumped in the air about 50 feet above the trees and located her house across town and I was going to fly there, but I slowly sunk back to the ground. I've always had trouble actually flying. I'm always able to jump high but when I try to fly I usually just slowly float down to the ground.

So just thought I would share since I haven't had any real experiences recently. And I have noticed that I have dreams at least once or twice a week about my teeth falling out. I don't know why, but now it seems to be helping me with becoming lucid so I will try to use this to my advantage.

Okay so a lot of people here talk about the vibration stage in order to get OBE. Well I've had plenty of OBE's and I've never felt the dramatic vibrations that everyone mentions.
So last night I was having a dream I was playing golf in my driveway. I just remember the dream fading and then I was laying in bed. I don't even remember if I opened my eyes or not, but I readjusted my pillow and planned on falling right back asleep. I said to myself I want to get OBE. I usually say this all the time never really get any results though. So next thing I know it felt like someone grabbed me and started violently shaking my body back and forth. I was definetly in sleep paralysis because I tried moving to get out of it and couldn't I was actually a little scared. I tried mumbling go away because I wasn't sure what was going on almost thought a spirit really was shaking me. The vibrations lasted a few more seconds and then they faded.
I still didn't realize what they were until I was laying in bed again retinking the experience and it was clearly the classic vibrational stage. And then I relaized I had nothing to worry about. So if I get to this stage again I will try to exit because I was clearly in SP and probably couldh ave easily exited if I wasn't panicing

We had to put my cat to sleep about a month ago because she was getting very sick

I had a dream last night I was laying on my living room floor where she always layed and she was there and it felt great to have her by me and I was just petting her head then she rolled over and I started rubbing under her neck. We were talking telepathically I think and I was understanding her in english. I remember saying something like you will be okay making the transition, don't worry. I don't know if it was just a dream or maybe it was really her

Well finally this morning after a pretty long time of not having an OBE I had one  :-D

This morning started like my normal day. My alarm goes off at 7:15am I breifly wake up so I can hit the snooze button and then I roll back over and fall asleep for 5 minutes until the alarm goes off again.
But this morning after I hit the snooze button I laid back down and heard vibrations in my head that I get that I never thought was related to the OBE vibrations, but now I think they are because after I heard them I remember laying on my stomach on the carpet floor in my room and I was able to feel the carpet in my hands. Then I was laying back in bed and remembered "hey I was just laying on the floor?"
Refer to this thread for the vibration sounds
http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome_to_out_of_body_experiences/a_louder_silence-t32493.0.html

So now I think about laying there again and feeling the carpet in my hands and very soon I was laying there again. I quickly reached for the door and opened it and walked out. I went down the hall and in to the living room. I was looking around and thinking of what to do. I was trying to think of any goals I had thought of previously that I would try when I was OOB, but nothing came to mind. Then I thought about the playing card on top of the shelf for verification, but I decided not too because I feel like I waste my experience doing that because I've done it so many times now. So I float over to the front window of my house and float through it and outside.
Outside wasn't warm or cold, I don't know what I was wearing. It was early morning looked about 7am and I just flew around my front yard for a few moments and then up and over my house. Then I flew down the road until I got to the main street. I was floating about 50 feet in the air and looking down at the ground I passed over 2 parked cars on my street just taking my time and observing what I was seeing. I got to the end of my road where it hits the main street and my friends house is right there. I stopped in front of his house and floated down. I saw his neighbor moving around in the garage, but I didn't go over I just stood in front of my friends house in the middle of the street. I again thought about what I should do. I looked up in the sky and it was blue with some small clouds. I thought about traveling to space and that's what I decided to try and do. I always read stories about people flying uncontrollably fast into space, but whenever i try and go to space I just float up very slowly. And my ttechnique is to swim, it's the easiest way for me to get around while floating. I only got up to about the top of the tree in his front yard and then the experience ended and I was back in bed.

So now I need to think of something that I can try while OOB next time

Location: familiar
Time: between 7:15 - 7:35am
Duration: Less then 5 minutes

I woke up this morning around 7am. I had another hour to sleep before I had to get up for work so I closed my eyes and went to fall back asleep, but soon realized I was in sleep paralysis and I was hearing music playing in my head. This happens every time I get sleep paralysis and it's a good sign for me to know when I'm SP, but it can get anoying too because sometimes I lose focus hearing this music blasting in my head. It's always of songs that I know with lyrics and everything.

So while laying there in SP with this music going on I tried to go deeper in a trance state or more SP and soon it faded to black and I think the music stopped. I remember fighting to exit and it was hard to get away from my body and I couldn't even see.
The next thing I remember is being in my hallway and flying down the hall into the living room, I was concious, but not fully aware of my surroundings, there were some unusual things in my living room that arn't normally there.

Now I always keep a random card chosen from a deck of cards up on a high shelf in my living room so that during times like this when I randomly get out I have something to do.
So I flew over to the shelf, grabbed the card laying on top and took a look at it. I wasn't very consious here and all I saw was a bunch of numbers on the card. It didn't even look like I card so I put the card down. Focused on what I was doing and picked it up again and the first thing I saw was a red 5 of hearts. The numbers were still a little scrambled, but a much more solid number than the first time.

Now I put the card down and flew downstairs aimlessly for the next couple minutes or so until the experience ended. Then I woke up in bed and remembered the experience. I was skeptical of the cards number so I got up and got the card from the shelf in my living room. It was a red ace of hearts.

This is my second time doing this experiment and both times I have done pretty much the same the first time I saw a red 7 of hearts, but it was really a red 7 of diamonds.

I think if I was 100% concious of what I was doing and focused on the card I could get the exact card.

I woke up this morning at 7:00am thinking it was my normal time to get up for work. I got up, took a leak, and then realized I can sleep for another hour cause I really wake up at 8:15am
I got back in bed and tried going back to sleep for what felt like 15 minutes. Then I must have finally fallen asleep because I remember talking to someone in a dream and then all of a sudden I became slightly concious and I was in my backyard. It felt like early morning because it was light out, but not super bright. Everything was very clear and bright colors. (not like my normal etheric projections)
Then I started running and saying this must be a dream becuase I can fly! and jumped in the air and flew up almost a hundred feet above my house and was just looking down at the tops of the trees in my yard and flying in big circles over my house. I must have gone around 3 or 4 times just enjoying myself and what I was doing.

Then I remember coming back to reality and feeling my body laying in my physical bed. I thought the experience was over, but I decided not to move instead. And within a 10 seconds I could feel I was ready to seperate so I slowly let my self drift out and away from my body. I only got about 2 feet out and fell down the side of my bed and seeing my bed and floor. It was very hard to see and it looked gray and hazy.
Then I returned to my body and woke up.

Now I feel like the first one was just a lucid dream since there was no indication of a seperation and the colors were brighter and no hazyness.
But once I came back and got out the seoncd time that one felt like an etheric projection

I used to be able to get oob pretty often. At least once or twice a month. I admit I was much more interested in it during that time and read up on it more, but now I've been on a dry spell for probably almost a year and it's killing meee I just wanna get oob again lol.

Now every so often I'll wake up in the morning and I won't have vibrations, but I usually can hear music playing crystal clear in my head along with other sounds/noises and sometimes images.

Well this happened this morning, and everytime it does I always try to get out, but usually fail. I think about moving away from my body, but slowly the music fades and then I'm just laying in bed.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any tips on what to do when I'm in that state?

Okay I have a question.
Sometimes in the morning or at night just sometimes whenever I randomly wake up I'll have this feeling like a buzzing in my head and my ears. And it will come in pulses too. Almost like an energy surging or something. I don't know how to explain it.

I've actually experienced this all my life. This morning I woke up and I had this experience and while I was having it I tried to leave my body and to my surprise I was able to detach my legs, arms, and lower body, but my head was stuck and I wasn't able to get it out.

I've experienced vibrations only 2 times and it felt different to me then this. The vibrations I've had were smooth and constant and I could control them and make them flow through out my entire body.

These sharp pulsating buzzes are just in my ears and head. Are these some type of vibrations?
Thanks
