Hi, just thought I would share a cool projection I had a couple of weeks ago. I have always wondered, if while I was projecting, I could pull my dog out of her body while she was in my physical arms, sleeping. I can't say this excactly happended, but anyhow, I got into a strong paralysis and then seperated into my astral self. The room was very blue and illimunated, when I then saw my dog jump off of the bed, grab her toy monkey and toss it to me! I played catch with her about 5 times when she then jumped back onto the bed and fell back asleep. I then returned back to my physical body where she was laying in my arms and looking at me!! Cool!! Maybe I interacted with her dream?? Or could see what she was dreaming about?? Theres no way to find out, I guess, but still fun. Thanks-Astralcow-

Hi, through my AP expereinces, I have found that the stronger the vibrations and paralysis(Full, complete strong, paralysis) the way more vivid and colorful the Projection is. My question is, when youre in a trance, or just starting to feel the vibrations/paralysis, how do you raise the paralysis to a complete, strong paralysis, or how do you raise the vibrations during the paralysis? Or both?? I really feel its benificial to have this because of the improved quality of the Projection. Please, any tips would be nice. Thanks-Astral Cow-

Hi, I'm somewhat expereinced with projecting(About 50 projections) and was wondering if I could, while I'm projecting, travel to my freinds house and pull him out while he's sleeping. Also would he have to be in REM sleep and dreaming, or would it still possibly work if he was in a trance. Also would he be able to see me, or just feel my prescence?? Let me know if this worked for any of you-Thanks-Astralcow-

If I project when my dog is sleeping, can I will them out of their body/ interact with their spiritual body and project with them???

Finally had my first consciussess exit last night. I was really tired from running when I went to bed, so right away I went into sleep paralysis and tried to project. This time was differnent though. I felt tons of energy and vibrations and flashes of light. I called out for help to leave my body then hypnagogicly pictured a ladder and started to climb it. I felt my whole conscoiussness and body rising, then finally I fully seperated!! I cant stress enough how cool the feeling of floating in the air next to the ceiling is!! I then, as I was told, kept the projection short and reenter and woke up!! Do you think calling out for help/guide really helped?? Thankyou everbody for your help and tips!! Its very much apperciated. Oh, yeah, are there and projectors in the Wisconsin green bay/ appelton area?? Maybe we could meet somewhere??

Hi, ive been able to enter sleep paralysis qiute often now(every night) but have been having tons of trouble trying to seperate. I've tried the roll out method, rope method, floating method, etc, but cant seem to seperate. I cant even get an arm or leg out. Any tips or help would be very much apperciated-Thanks-astral cow.

Hi, awile ago I took a nap in the morning, and like usual, expereinced sleep paralysis(Very freqeunt with my meds.), but shortly after i was paralized I felt myself floating away from my body and the couch at will, where  I then floated around the dark basement and through the door into my livingroom upstairs. I dont know if this was a projection because 1. I had no astral body, i was just a blob of consciousness, and 2. I do know that floating sensations coupled up with strong hypnagogic imagery can create a pseudo projection. Also there was no glowing light in the room, but simply very dreamlike and vague.
Anyhelp would be very appreciated.

Hi,I have had more pleasant sleep paralysis episodes(Orgasmic fellings, euphoria, closed eye visuals, and pleasant hypnagognic imagery)  than bad ones(dark entitys, suffucation, fear). I know this is really rare, beacause ive never heard of anyone that likes sleep paralysis, besides me. Anybody else have this??? Also, i sometimes have floating feelings. Is this just a hypnagogic hallucination, or the begining of a projection??

Hi,im pretty experienced with meditation and trance states and have been doing these for about 2 years now, but i have been having trouble getting into the vibrations. I get my body very relaxed where in feel really light or sometimes really heavy, but i cant seem to get the vibrations. Does anybody have any tips for initiating them, or any early signs of them starting. I have experienced energy flows and open chakras when i 1st started meditating, but havent had any lately.
Any tips would be very much appreciated.
