It would be hard to answer your question without knowing exactly what it is that you do to try and achieve AP. Your post indicates that "ive been trying to AP a long time now" but really doesn't say how long or what it is that you do.

So without much to go on I'll just say that there are a number of great books to read that might answer your questions. Some that I would recommend are: Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce; The Projection of the Astral Body by Sylvan Muldoon and Hereward Carrington; Journeys Out of the Body; Far Journeys and Ultimate Journey by Robert Monroe; Out of Body Experiences by Robert Peterson; and Adventures Beyond the Body by William Buhlman.

There are many more books that I am sure I haven't mentioned. Perhaps other members can add those. Also, I would take advantage of the Astral Pulse search engine if I were you and look over some old posts by members such as Frank, Jeff Mash and Tisha for example.

There is also a forum here entitled Welcome to Permanent Astral Topics. I would invite you to read through some of these threads. They are there for a reason: there is a wealth of knowledge contained in those old posts on AP, OBE and Astral Phasing. Read them over and you will absorb some great and helpful information.

If you think you can't move it, you can't. Its all mental (makes sense doesn't it []) Just be confident, don't try to move it or else you will fail, expect it to move and move it. "Do or do not, there is no try" Hard to reason, but then again you're defying supposedly normal laws of physics. Just keep practicing and expecting it to move.

No that looks more like a normal optical effect in the eye. This is not aura. Actually I haven't seen any aura ... some people claim it is electromagnetic waves emitted by the body, well then the only one that I know is due to the temperature of the body, and therefore it is in the infra-red. When you look in the infrared (with a special camera) you can see what part of the body is hotter , etc... if someone has a flu, sure his sinus might be warmer, etc... but I do not know of anyone who is able to see in the infra-red with his own eyes!!! I never saw a bright luminous aura around anyone. What I think is that it is rather visible in the astral world, and that people who are able to see with their astral eyes while in the physical are able to see aura. but that's another story, as the astral itself is kind of a strange world. I never met anyone like neither. I know I am a sceptic, but that's why I am here to see if anyone can bring some real proof...

I had trouble for awhile too. Mabe you just have to use your hands. See, I could never just ''look at the psiwheel'' I had to feel it. So instead, I placed it in the palm of my hand and my other hand below it. Sometimes I have my eyes closed but most of the time I just stare at it. I ask my subconcious for help and most of the time imagine my hand falling away from the wheel or a string pulling it or the wind blowing it. It works too, I get it to pop up, float, and move around without much difficulty. Like I said; mabe you just need to use your hands.^^

Kuro Majin, the technique you just said was correct however, it is not as easy as said than done. you dont just open and close it. it will take practice and eventually you will beable to open it. and i believe levitation wont come easy either, it is very rare for someone to do it too. if you believe all those magicians on tv are really doing it than ur wrong. i seen a thin on david blain one day and i was an after shot like a reaction from the audience before he does it. they used a crane thing to lift him. that is why they show the audiences reaction before they show him in the air. and my technique for opening the third eye is to place my index finger on the brow chakra and close my eyes, i then try to visualise my third eye opening and closing. you will notice a lighter and darker color fading in and out to when you have you eyes closed. afterwards open your eyes than close them, do this like 5 times than close them again while visualising the third eye opening and closing with you eyes.  with practice you will beable to open it.

PS:i dont suggest getting tips from dbz anymore, many techniques are unabled for the human race, i think the most damage you could do is hurl an object at someone (object light). or maybe shooting a ki ball at someone which i havnt seen in my life done.

There are lots of topics that you can look at on the fourm to help you with this and there is also the book that Robert Bruce wrote, he has it on the front page of the site.  I still haven't had an OBE, but I have come close.  Hope you get there too.
