The eyes for some reason seem to be much harder to relax when shut than when wide open for some reason. It's as if the brain wanted to go rapid-eye-movement and brainstorming as soon as you close them. By placing one's focus on the eyes while shut, he can detect and manually release tensions in the area. There is a good number of muscles around the eyeballs. For me usually, CEVs (closed eye visuals) will start to develop that otherwise wouldn't. I'd say the eyes make up 60% of the overall body comfort or lack of it.

With this type of meditation also comes a very pleasant certain hypnotic after-effect that may last a while.

One day I'll put all the fragments of informations I've gathered in one big post but until then, I'll just keep sharing it this way.

Anyways, folks here it is - a very easy way to enter the kind of sleep paralysis necessary for OBEs and I'm sure it has been said before so If you already know, see this as a reminder.

You may alredy know or have experienced that in order to be able to have OBEs it requires me than simply muscle relaxation, it requires a full body paralysis or dissociation from the physical body to be precise. SP can be understood as technically being the wake-experienced crossover from the physical to the astral that normally happens only when the mind is already asleep. So there is literally a disconnection from the physical body control centers, so technically it is not a paralysis of the body just the self experiencing the physical body as a foreign object as it transfers its new identity into the astral body for the time being.

The problem is that when you lie down, normally the body won't shut down and there is a sort of "micro-movement" that is (probably designed to) keeping your body awake and you connected to it. When you cut through that micro-movement and "freeze" the flesh internally, your body begins to enter sleep paralysis and this process can run very quickly (my fastest one to paralysis and exit rush was about 8~ min). I have discovered atleast 4 stages in the process, with each one increasing the 'depth'.  Stage 4 is so heavy it hits you like a train, it's like a space rocket dropping it's last fuel tank. As you process through these stages, your body may feel dead-dry or like plastic or spatially extended or contracted or experiencing a kind of three-dimensional sight through closed eyes, just don't let it take your focus.
Just keep focusing on stilling your body parts internally and notice the sensations as you go from stage to stage to keep you motivated. If it helps, associate your focus with turning your limbs to stone or like being buried in ice or whatever inanimate metaphor you prefer. However, the body wants to move and may trick you into tensing up muscles, so sometimes it is necessary to check and let-go when tension accumulates. If you feel compelled to move, ignore that urge as best as you can and keep focusing on stilling your flesh.

Many relaxation techniques are based upon associations and metaphors to enter sleep paralysis, however if they don't somehow make one cease the micro-movements there is no chance of getting out.

And that's about it, once you enter sleep paralysis you will be unlocked from your physical body and can roll out, float out, fall out, visualize an object above and have it pull you out, phase to a location of choice etc.
Just remember, these exit-techniques won't work unless you are already detached, in a relatively deep state of sleep paralysis.

And as always, I recommend not to practice when tired or a tendency to sleep exists at a given time.

Much success and best of luck

Here seems to be some nice looking footage of the north entrance to the inner Earth. It looks like it's imploding.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hvHY1X08YA0

The orange spot you see in the middle probably shows you the special internal sun at the center of the Earth which is the real gaseous core that lights the surface of the inner Earth.

But it looks like it's collapsing to the inside.

Welcome to Spiritual Evolution! / My latest wisdom

To people seeking God and love i want to say this:
True unconditional Love is not something that can be harvested or conjured up in a ritual or a meditation out of thin air or in pretence of being 'positive'.
It is something that can be seen as a gift - it comes whenever the right decision has been made, the right decision in the best interest of everyone and everything.
Most often it requires selflesness. Selflesness is painful and its rewards usually come very late after a deed.
But don't sit out love and enjoy it, letting it fate. Stay in the chain reaction of giving, while the comfort of love and reward from your recent givings still surrounds you - don't wait until you are all empty and depressively love deprived.

True unconditional love is so powerful, once the motor is set into motion it can move everything.

Blessings and kind regards,

I thought it might help someone if i mentioned this.

Having troubles to go deep into relaxation or meditation?

Many people including myself have developed shallow breathing over time probably due to stress. Well it happens to be that a lack of oxygen will cause the brain to send out a stress signal that'll keep you awake and in agony all the time.

I have the problem that my autonomous nervous system won't automatically breath in as deep as is necessary for deep relaxation so I have to take the wheel in my own hands and breathe indeeper than it feels "natural" or even comfortable.

Take care

I believe the higher self is simply a projection of oneself - the original instance of the self of which a copy (that you are right now) is projected down into the incarnated human physical body at birth. So there's you and then there's the astral you. I believe the higher self is multiple times more intelligent than the birth copy and it would be stupid to disregard it's offerings.

I found that when I ask my higher self for projection, things seem to start to happen, when otherwise they wouldn't. For example, very high vibrational energies would start entering my body that I simply can not induce by myself or - my physical body will start to go to sleep at a time of day when I'm not tired at all - so if one allows it, the higher self will manage all the processes necessary to project and one doesn't even need to do anything other than lie there and remain as inactive as possible but should one start to interfer with the process using the physical conscious mind then the process will be interrupted.

I recommend you try it. Simply lay there and voice in your mind "higher self, guide me to astral projection!" and open yourself up to it's guidance. Then things will start to happen.

Dear folks,

I will share with you a little secret I have used for a long time. Many people experience an almost irrestible sexual urge in their meditations or energy work.

And evidently when one totally gives in to an orgasmic experience he will deplete himself very easily.

Next time while you're at the point of orgasm imagine all energy re-entering through your feet like some kind of fluid. Make this as vivid as you can.

You will never feel energetically exhausted after masturbating again, however you may still experience the residual sleepiness that I believe is caused merely by chemical reactions associated with the act.

Dear folks,

Only a week or so ago, I woke up during the middle of the night noticing a persistent hum at around ~80hz and sounds just like a propellor plane flying above.
Since then it has never really gone away tho changed in volume drastically several times and I have the feeling that it is here to stay. Sometimes it is very obvious in the room, much like a buzzing freezer or a running laundry in the floor below but at other times it can only be perceived if one is absolutely relaxed and no other sounds being present. It's waveform is unusually soft. My mom can hear it too although not as clearly as I do. This hum seems to be all over the place, I barely perceived it ( due to natural noises present) in the forest nearby and in a house located about 20 kilometers away.
As one who suffers from tinitus I can clearly distinguish between an outside invasive frequency and an internal stimulus such is tinitus. The hum in my area is an external frequency hitting the eardrum. The frequency is so low that earplugs do not help.

I've known about the hum before it hit appeared in our area.
This phenomenon is actually observed in various parts of the the world.

One site writes regarding the "Taos Hum"

QuoteThe 'Taos Hum' is a low-pitched sound heard in numerous places worldwide, especially in the USA, UK, and northern europe. It is usually heard only in quiet environments, and is often described as sounding like a distant diesel engine. Since it has proven indetectable by microphones or VLF antennae, its source and nature is still a mystery.

Among the most probable theories is the hum being caused by emitters of radio/microwave frequencies such as HAARP or cell towers and it actually does sound like a steady vibration caused by some form of electrical device except it is not locatable.

If you are plagued by a persistent unexplainable hum it is most important to accept it's presence as to not be bothered by it and like with any invader giving it as little attention as possible to lose it's interest. Develop an impenetratable Zen attitude towards it.
This is especially helpful in the case of a sound being deliberately aimed at you for purposes of psychological experimentation, mind-control or other forms of attack that DO happen.
Persistent sounds of any kind are very dangerous as they can lead to insanity.

Dear folks,

next time you're at the groceries, pick up a package of baking soda.

Dissolve about 3 knife's edges in 1 liter of water and boil it. This converts "baking soda" to "washing soda". This will raise the pH in the water instantly to 9 or 10 and it will be much more pleasurable to drink than classical baking soda which itself isn't very alkaline.

Your water will be highly alkaline and full of energy (hydroxyl ions). You can actually light up a weak light bulb with it.
If you're adult, your brain runs at aproximately 100 watts of current. You need energy! And you can get a heck of a lot from drinking alkaline water I believe. But please toss the coffee.
Vegetables and fruits also provide you with energy because when they are broken down inside your body, the minerals they contain such as magnesium will alkalize your body's water and give you energy! This is how fruits and vegetables work alkaline in your body even though when raw they contain a lot of acid!
Water is Alkaline when the pH level has risen above 7 - abundance of free negative ions (energy). When there are a lot of negatively charged ions there will be Orgone - the life force energy.
Subtle-energy of water however is a different topic that I don't want to go into here. For more info on that topic google or youtube:
Masaru Emoto.

Some independant japanese scientists have confirmed for you in animal tests that ionized (=energized) water is good for you:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGtQSgGkDgs

But then of course 'The System' and it's parrots are saying that there can be no difference between neutral and ionized water but those lies shouldn't bother us anyone since it has been scientifically proven that Ionized water reduces cancer growth, reduces death rates, reduces colesterol and blood sugar etc.

be well,

Dear folks,

I used to believe as it was mentioned in a book that the heaviness (a very distinct, recognizable symptom of body detachment that I usually experience in the eyes and teeth regions, increasing in felt weight by 10 or so) ultimately was a side effect of the trance state but my experience has shown me otherwise.
I sometimes find myself in trance however still very attached to the body and no signs of heaviness.
In fact I find this heaviness much harder to induce than the trance state itself.
Sometimes when I overcharge my energy body the heaviness comes on very quickly. I used to get the heaviness a lot when I was sick together with self-size distortions.

Now I wonder, do you experience the heaviness all the time in the pre-stages of your succesful wake induced exits?

Days before the ash cloud could even reach Germany the airports were already closed down, the excuse was that airplane-damaging particles would already be here.
Meanwhile it's been costing airlines (and the the people) billions per day as dozens of test flights have been done even directly into the cloud revealing not the slightest scratch to any of their systems however I think that it was clear since the beginning that the criminal governments responsible for this unreasonable and irresponsible act are doing their best to trash the economies on purpose by every means possible. Even those people who still do not accept the obvious fact that it is happening on purpose, they must still face the fact that what the government is doing - is  effectively destroying the economy. Still, the brainwashed TV watchers here in Europe do nothing to take the maniacs, in power out of power, for the media is still convincing them that illegalizing airplane flights was a reasonable safety measure just like they believed giving government, banks and corporations billions of dollars for free was a safety measure.
Why are they trashing the economy on purpose? It is generally understood today that the elitary establishments do this in order to generate crises allowing them to swallow smaller countries and creating multi-national unions reduced under one rule and thereby centralizing power.
It is was funny when here in Germany there was crystal clear sky the whole time since the beginning of the lockdown, yet the supposedly present and dangerous sulphurous particles held airplanes grounded.
Then yesterday, a few days into the lockdown, a number of planes were allowed to go under special permits and since then the "chemtrail" cloud seeding planes continued their operations aswell. Now, the sky in germany is completly bedded in a dead flat layer of artificial clouds again.

The most mutually benefiting step now would be to suspend by force the governments responsible for these maniacal and unconstitutional actions and charge all ministers involved aswell as charging all central banks and federal reserve (who amongst other criminal organizations fuel the many criminal gov. establishments with money) and illegalizing their ability to create money from nothing and giving it to anyone they want and of course, returning to the gold standard.
This however is an unlikely occurance given the enormously degenerate state of mind, many people are found in today. Noone in their right mind would elect the kind of leaders that are in charge nowadays. Republics have been reduced to democracies.
The citizens of the world are being robbed of their money, their rights and their minds but most of them seem to be in hopeless slumber, still for decades.
What a shame it is to see this bio-chemical, spiritual and social degeneration of humanity, considering the enormous natural potential they once held.

Dear folks,

do you not find it amazing how the most dissociative drug has become a quite hip party highlight and is actually legal in many states - a drug that even drug veterans say is completly off the scale compared to the all the other commonly known hallucinogens that are widely illegal across the planet?
Why LSD and shroom videos are prohibited to put out on youtube but then one can watch thousands of videos showing individuals consuming salvia divinorum, seeing people end up screaming, losing body control and hitting their heads onto the floor and struggling on the ground is really beyond me... I have yet to see someone claim that he has had a positive experience from it but I have seen someone saying that he's never had a positive one.
Ironically, salvia divinorum is used with even less caution than any other hallucinogen, people even use it to prank another (like passing it on and saying it is regular cannabis).

What's wrong with this picture?

Dear folks,

in Astral Dynamics Vol. 1,

Robert writes

Quote17. The Trance State
A trance is a very simple and natural state of being, the state entered when the physical body goes to sleep while the mind stays awake. Very simply, the frequency of brain waves changes in response to the changed level of mental activity

This stuck in my mind for a long time and I've tried to live by it.

he goes on to suggest...

QuoteEntering the trance state requires..., a clear surface mind,...

...but my experience has shown me that this simply can not be true!

I've always had very little success inducing trance by trying to empty my mind and still my thoughts and I will explain to you below.

I've come to understand that the trance state is not achieved through stillness but in fact happiness/mental & spiritual comfort and increasing mental activity!
Everytime I find myself unhappy for some reason I find myself unable to enter trance no matter how hard I'd try to quiet my mind, likewise when I find myself rather happy I'd also find myself slipping into trance easier and the more active I would keep my mind, such as playing around in thoughts, daydreaming etc. the quicker I would find my body-mind entranced! On the other hand, if I try to hold my mind clear and silent, most of the time I only find myself hitting the wall! (locked in full waking state!)

My experiences align with the observation that people watching TV are actually quite entranced even though their mind are quite actively absorbing the enormous visual and auditory input. It has also been shown that school children have an easier time focusing on their homework while loud music is running in the background!

I've had experiences where I entranced myself by wandering in pleasant thoughts and phased (as I believe you call it) directly from there into a astral or dream-like state.

Hence, my experiences and observations show more than the opposite of what Bruce and others have claimed! This is, even for myself quite baffling after having accepted the quietness-doctrine but I'm learning to accept the fact that the trance state has 0 to do with quietness!
Let there be no doubt that tranquility is a noble quality but it simply isn't required to hit the trance state and I think people should not supress themselves, trying to quiet their minds if they don't actually feel quiet within themselves.

Discuss!  :-) Has anyone made the same experience?

Dear folks,

once in my own spiritual development I started to see that the mystery known as desire is actually what is distancing me from the things I wish to achieve.
Desiring something is like trying to grab some kind of bouncy candy ball, hanging by a rope from the ceiling that you reach out to with your arms but can only barely touch with your fingertips and as you're doing so, you cause it to flip away each time.
Likewise, desire creates a distance from that which one intends to reach.
This paradox is almost universal, why shouldn't it apply to the practice of astral projection?

Many people report success with AP but after a while they seem to lose it, being unable to reproduce the exits etc. It sounds only logical when considering that these could be cases where people started to form strong desires (=blockages!) to repeat that which they had managed to achieve.
I know similiar cases from my own experience, especially regarding meditation. I could have a wonderful experience one evening and be in agony the next because I would have attached myself to and desiring to repeat that which I had experienced the evening before.
The paradox here, as mentioned before is that desiring spiritual experiences is causing a distance between oneself and them and it is only the intention and the allowance to let it happen that can actually make it happen.

So - maybe if more people started to consider that if instead of desiring astral projection - they simply set the intention to do it and then allow it to happen - maybe then many more people would find themselves successful.
Desires are very subtle entities that noone is free from unless one consciously works towards identifying and eliminating them and when one does so, usually wonderful things begin to happen.

As for me personally - I've been meeting incredible energetic changes to the worse that really have been affecting me severely as one who is relatively sensitive. Dear folks,

it is well known that water is programmable. This has been proven by the microscopic observation of the formation of water crystals while turning to ice after having been charged with specific information/emotion.

I'd like to hear stories from some of you who use this to your own advantages - programming your drinks perior to drinking them to result in certain mental or health effects.

Dear folks,

a thought popped in my mind lately - a consideration that in many of our travels that we don't remember afterwards, we might have actually had chosen not to deliver memory to our physical bodies in fear that afterwards our body-minds might abuse, corrupt and spin the knowledge that had been gathered.

What do you think?  :-)

Dear folks,

for a long time I have wished to express myself about this, however I can of course not accurately describe the issue in the written word.
Even tho I'm not speaking from a Buddhist perspective nor was i ever influenced by it, I now find my own independant results to be curiously similiar to it.

I've always perceived that enlightenment is not something you achieve over time, but momentarily and something that you can easily and quickly lose again.
People always wonder the reason why the child is happier than the man. The name of this problem is desire. As man walks the material world he picks up attachments that occupy his spiritual bodies and cut him off from the divine within him.
Serious meditators long for what many have called the "NOW". When they experience, they know that it is the best experience they can have in the world. But how can one be in the now?
Clearly one can not be here in the present moment if his mind is somewhere else - when he is attached to something else. The key to breaking attachments is to let go off of them, to cease the desire that chain oneself.
One must also understand that dread and dislike are also forms of desire.
Man has many desires that he is not aware of such as: the desire to be comfortable, the desire for achievement, the desire for happiness and the desire to repeat.
It is obvious that the surrender of desire is an expression of high spiritual maturity that takes effort and will to achieve. One must not delude self by assuming that one can work self up to a point of enlightenment and then rest lazily in the illusion of achievement. It simply can not be earned. One has to work every day as were it day one.
Needless to say, attachment may cause man unimaginable suffering. I've found that suffering is intimately connected with desire.
Here in the physical world we one can observe for example, that not everyone suffers from pain. In fact there are people who take pleasure in it.
This goes on to show something.
Suffering is really an inner conflict with desire, like warmth and cold pressing against another causing thunderstorms. The desiring man lives in comfort that he can or may one day fulfil his desires, whatever they may be.
But the suffering one finds himself in a situation in which he is brutally facing that there is no way his desire can be fulfilled. This raises an incredible inner agitation as one's attachment is brutally ripped away from self yet at the same time he is still trying to hold on to it. He wants so bad but faces that he can't/can never have!
Unfortunately man can not help one another in the effort of purifying self from attachment, however one can only inspire others to work at it.
It is a true mystery why one attachese self so easily to the material world.
I suspect that it is a process of magnetization of certain energy bodies.
The spirit (driver) however appears to have a will of it's own that is capable of defying these magnetisms, therefore one can indeed purifie self from attachments.

Thanks for your time  :-)

Dear folks, this is an article I've just found and of which a part I will translate for you:

Earplugs can lead to addictive effect of habituation - sounds will be processed differently

QuoteIt often starts with annoying snoring, then a sound from the radiator or the rumbling of neighbours. Some people then find only comfortable sleep if they use sound dampening earplugs. But the pleasant peace given by them, may over time give negative effects: Some users complain having become "addicted" and being unable to sleep without them. Even the slightest sound rips one out of sleep (if sleep is even possible without them).

But is there such a thing as earplug-addiction? Such a phenomenon apparently exists but it of course doesn't happen to be a addiction similiar to alcohol or heroin says Roland Laszig, director of the University clinique of otolaryngology in Freiburg. This is much more an effect of habituation as incoming signals will be processed differently. The phenomenon however is difficult to explai as there is nothing more subjective than sensory input."

http://www.epochtimes.de/articles/2009/05/01/439776.html

There you have it folks. This is why masters like R. Bruce recommend practicing meditation at a busy crossroads! You want to be independant!

I personally have a form of ear damage where certain soundfrequencies are amplified to the point where they become painful, earplugs are especially comfortable to me.
But I think that ideally no matter how much pain or distraction there is, the adept of meditation and astral projection should learn the art of ignorance which really IS the best form of psychic protection!

Dear folks,

I believe that this topic is very important, Stookie has mentioned it in some thread before.

It is my experience that every once or twice a week I find myself having developed a pattern, a habitual response of procedure in mental work, be it meditation, energy work or astral projection and these patterns turn out to be extremely counterproductive. It's like relying on a magnetic imprint, it gets weaker and weaker and eventually leads you astray and when it's fainted you lay in complete stupor and confusion and unable to proceed.
Apparently one can not exercise spiritual work like learning an instrument but practice every day as if it was the first ever.
It simply can't be "learned" as it were  :|

Thank you for your time  :-)

Dear folks, this is one of my main problems. I like to have 1-2 salt lamps on at night (at the other end of  the room) especially the orange one that gives off very little light, yet little light seems to be too much, this least little light makes my eyes hurt. This is strange to me because I have no problems meditating or even napping during full daylight in my room or 30% ambient evening light from smaller lamps yet there appears to be a problem with this 5% dim light...
Sometimes I like to have it dark during the day so I use a scarf to blind my eyes and then sometimes it doesn't cover up all light and 1-5% light comes through and that gives the same extreme eyestrain. When I remove the scarf and simply continue with closed eyes the eye strain goes away.
Apparently dim light is very confusing for the iris, not knowing whether to shut or not.

So I'm wondering if anyone's experience concurs with mine.

Dear folks,

we are influenced every day by those who are not in the flesh or by those consciously or unconsciously practicing "magic" (influence by intent) by using their projected etheric bodies or projecting their energy, their focused intent onto us while they are in the physical body.

We receive many impulses, urges, thoughts and desires from external sources such as the ones just mentioned, we must however always remember that because these impulses don't originate from our own higher selves, we always have a choice to accept or reject them.

I want to share with you a story I have just found which I believe serves as a good example to demonstrate this.

Quote
Today at school I met a girl who was "interested" in Psychic stuff. I told her a little about some of my experiences and she seemed like she believed it. She asked me to try it out on someone; Telepathic Suggestion that is. I decided that it couldn't hurt and put up some confidence in myself and just went for it.

It was strange to be doing TPS (Telepathic Suggestion, Not Toilet Paper Sheets) infront of a "stranger" but I guess I've done weirder things. I focused on a man who was lying down, apparently trying to sleep. I decided that I would have him scratch his face a bit.

My method was pretty simple; but over the few minutes I attempted to influence him to do what I wanted it changed until it felt right. My first idea was to simple focus on him and say "my face itches" and accompany it with a feeling of the arm moving/a tingle on the face. I think maybe the whole arm moving thing over-did it and made me lose some focus. Eventually I imagined myself as him; And really got that itchy feeling going on. I then imagined a fly crawling around on his face and I completely forgot about focusing on his arms. It seems that was a good thing.

Just when I thought I was about to give up BAM he wakes up from his little nap and quickly moves his hand to his face/nose/cheek area and "whipes" away something, apparently startled slightly. It was pretty cool to see it happen, I wonder what the odds of that where.

Dear folks,

It is full moon and I wondered if any of you have had problems entering trance.

I've had the most invigorating trance meditations throughout daytime but then as it turned night I found myself more and more "locked" in beta-type brainwaves (fast, steady) and I concluded that this could only be stimulated by an external force, for I myself was as physically and mentally relaxed as I could only be (atleast i thought i was). So I got up and went to write this post.
The full moon lights everything up bright here but my windows are covered with blankets and almost no light gets in, so there is no eyestrain for me.

I find this case to be extremely agonizing and it gives me a sense of not being able to control my own brain which is one of the most terrible feelings to me personally.

QuoteFull Moons are traditionally associated with temporal insomnia, insanity (hence the terms lunacy and lunatic) and various "magical phenomena" such as lycanthropy. Psychologists, however, have found that there is no strong evidence for effects on human behavior around the time of a full moon.[7] They find that studies are generally not consistent, with some showing a positive effect and others showing a negative effect.

My body is certainly in a more restless state since the night began but as I said, was having beautiful trance meditations throughout the day.

Dear folks,

this is a phenomenon I've observed for atleast 1 year.

Each time when entering meditation, my solar plexus chakra would begin to rumble until i would stop meditating or simply continue and 'overwill' it, forcing it to comply eventually and it would then shut up and smooth out like the rest of my chakras.
To be precise, this feeling is one of tightness and it begs attention like an entity would.

Now I'm wondering if anyone else experiences this.

Dear folks,

this book is said to be an occult classic in Astral literature and as such, I assume packed full with dense information not to be found in the usual new age books on the subject. I tried my best finding an electronic version of it on the internet, yet there appears to be none. There is an ebay seller in a country adjacent to mine, giving away used versions of this book for little money.

If I were to buy this book, I would be able to make a complete scan of it and put it online as an ebook, provided there is a general interest.

Dear folks,

I am looking for answers from those of you who are experienced in this field of astral/etheric creativity.
I got very intruged last evening, reading "Psychic Self Defense" by Dion Fortune, when I came to the section where she talked about the traditionally called "elementals" which in modern language could easily be termed artificial consciousness.
She writes that dying mothers sometimes subconsciously create guardian angels for their children they have to leave behind.
My question is: Is it possible to create them only while in the etheric state or is it feasible to create them during full waking (physical) consciousness aswell?
Do they truely represent a considerable form of protection when compared to a shielding bubble?
Do people who believe they have guardian angels always create them for themselves and so can always be observed by foreign projectors on the etheric level as solid beings, standing by the their creators?
Mrs. Fortune mentions that such an elemental is attached to it's creator through his silver chord but can be severed and take on a life of it's own - but at which point does this happen and can they last indefinitely once they are loose from their creators, the initial source of their energy?
And last - what percentage of angels and demons do you believe are A.I. in nature?

Thank you

After hours of fruitless effort and frustration trying to enter a trance state, I found myself returning from some kind of like a weird semi lucid dream-like thingie where I believe, a woman or an entity engaged me like a succubus would (she was ravenous). When I awoke I was completly burned out physically, a state I so long for to reach at will, so i decided i would try to detach, - and i did. Especially suprising to me was the observation that I wasn't very deep in trance yet I could easily leave my body. Recall of these two OBEs was seemless.
I visualized (realized?) an iron pot over my head and that shifted my focus away from the physical to the etheric/RTZ sufficiently as to project myself there (must've been my subconscious using this suggestions I had read the evening before in Peterson's book), climbed over my bed to the ground and tried to escape through the ceiling which didn't work at all so i went to the ground and passed out. I didn't sense any etheric arms as I felt more like a camera and whenever i hit solids i would smoothly come to a stop. My consciousness was quite dim so I had to make a conscious effort to realize that it wasn't a clairvoyant-like mental vision. And whenever I shot out of my forehead, my ears would internally tense, create this physical rushing sound of the eardrum. I guess those muscles were the last bodily attachment at that point, like a severed rope dangling only by one last strand. When I came back to my body I went out again and passed through one of my diagonal windows. At this point what Peterson called "The Phantasy Trap" started taking over - i realized more and more that i was starting to see worthless content from my dream mind so i aborted it.
It was muddy outside but in my etheric environment the sun was dimly shining through and there were artistically arranged clouds aswell. At some point I was trying to hurry up to the moon but halfway there I kind of blacked out. A lack of self confidence added to it.

That would be all

Welcome to Astral Chat! / INSPECs! (SUSPECTs?)

Dear folks who've read Robert Monroe's Far Journeys,

I was wondering if I'm the only one who questioned Mr. Inspec?
I had the feeling he/they are more like Agent Smiths except in white suites & -collars and the attitude thereof.
Now, I thought Robert had it just right when he discovered loosh but then I was so disappointed when he simply changed his mind as he blindly accepted the wild spin (which didn't make any sense...) on the original loosh story, given to him by his INSPEC friend soon after.
Also, another indication that the INSPECs are not what they appear to be is the fact that according to Robert Monroe, their way of "teaching" is not based on making the pupil learn anything by experience and such but forcefully programming someone's mind by, as for example, those astral learning scenario simulations (or w/e the term for that is) where Robert Monroe would *CLICK in and be forced to repeat the scenario over and over until he would act there in a specific way as desired by the INSPECs.
It seems that the INSPECs also support the life-addiction whereas Robert Monroe did not. This is evident by the rote (about a possible future) given to Robert Monroe by the INSPECs, in which AA and BB are highly knowledgable about life, but totally and completly addicted to it. The INSPECs basically tossed it at him, under a ludicrous notion, as something positive.

These INSPECs certainly spook me out and there's nothing straight about them.
Would you really trust them?

Dear folks,

it is said that when lying on one's back before the body falls asleep, it'll send the mind a strong signal to roll over to the side, just to check if the mind is still awake. If the signal is ignored, the body presumes that the mind is asleep and so begins itself to shut down aswell, so they say.

I believe I've felt this a couple of times, but the temptation is so strong I could barely resist it. With it came a strong urge of "I'd rather lie on my side and fall asleep now than to remain in this feeling" so whatever this is managed to kick me asleep each time.

Do you go through this process before you can detach from the body?
