Can any of you reccomend any books I could get that would help me leave the body? I have looked at a few and there are so many out there that I dont know what is good and what isnt.
I am good at the meditation side of things I just get so far and hit something of a wall.

when you are in hte astral realm can you do something that would changean outcome in the "real"world? like at a younger age encouraging you to start playing guitar or something?
