My question concerns the continuation of the current memory of that exact moment. If I die today today and reincarnate tomorrow, are memories are preserved ..?

issues;
1. How many of us can clearly remember that one did four days ago? At most glimspes, or do you get movie recall?
2. What *exactly* do you remember from the first 6 months of the current embodiment, if anything at all?
3. Is there a "scientific" way to proove, or research that shows transendence of consiousness between lifetimes?
4. Would it be possible to transform mass into this date of this planet, preserving memories?
 -> Say one living 1922 to 2011, then reincarnated in 2012 ..
5. Is there any culture, where the active memory to recall being taught as part of their culture?

The internet, and youtube has loadsa binaural beats yet, it doesnt work for me. I fall asleep.

Here's what i do?
1. I relax, do breathing exersice for >=2 minutes.
2. Using highquality headfones, start listening to binaural beats (mostly those that came with the book Mastering Astral Projection).
3. Then, more energy body raising attempts.
4. Finally, while listening to binaural beats kinda drift away dreaming/sleeping.

It doesnt work. Or i am doing something wrong. While listening to the sounds my mind would wander, or i fall asleep.

Now i wonder:
* Whats been your results from using binural beats?
* Do you have some type of routine before, after or during usage?
* Are you using binaural beats from The Monroe Institute, or some from youtube? Please provide a web link.
* Any noticeable differnces in your mental state from using it, or not using?
* When listening to binaural beats, what exactly are you listening to / for?
* Are you conentrating on 1 sound in the binaural beat, or nothing in particular?
* Which particular experience either beneficial or detremental have you had from using binaural beats?

Firslty, I dont wanna promote drug abuse.

So far i havent had any luck at projection in any way shape or form. The furthest i got was a feeling of swaying in my physical body.  Using hash ("weed") compounded the effect much more though not enough to get out.

So far i've tried
* Meditation with energy body work (as in the books of Robert Bruce)
* Binaural beats incl on CD in the Robert brice book
* Third eye activation

Eventually got to where my body was swaying but i dont get "out".

Then, tried above 2x while having used some "weed". Didnt help me at all. Only thing is, the i realized a sort of blockage around my heart chakra.

I guess i wanna ask, have you used weed/whatnot to project, if so, do u use it still? I wanna learn to project, without the need for any hallucigenics.

Becos of work i dont get much time to practise.

I would like to induce OBEs from my sleep. i know one can do it from lucid dreams but since i sleep so deeply i never have lucid dreams. Therefore.

Can your astral body hear what your physical body is hearing?

What i wanna do is record a voice talking to me through headfones in my sleep, giving me subtle suggestions like
* Look at your hand
* You can fly, try it. Just reach out into the air like superman does.
* Reach out and stretch out to <<girlfriend's name>>.

If my astral body can hear whats happening in my physical body then sure i would like to receive these messages!!

Does anyone have experience with this?
Is there anything on inet about this topic?
