Need help with a dream I had. Can't remember the beginning of the dream, but from where I remember, I was having an affair (but apparently didn't know about it at the time) with my ex (whom I just started talking to again about 2 months ago) and when we were doing something I was in her bedroom and she was on the phone and she said ok baby and all this to the guy on the other end, and I got irritated and got up to go to her bathroom, then it like "snapped" into an alternate house which I've never seen before, the bathroom where I went to was blue and very bare and ugly room, and I felt drunk and looked in the dirty mirror and I was thinking what in the hell are you doing while looking at myself, and knew I had to get out of there because apparently she had a kid too, and it was with this guy so I was literally splitting up a family.  Next thing I knew, it felt like I had one of my contacts fall out, and it felt like in my actual body (i figured out I was sleeping at this point) so I started to get up to put it back in, but apparently that was part of the dream, because I woke up and remembered all of this.  I think the contact part had something to do with the dream though for sure.  What could this mean?

Well guys last night I'm pretty sure I projected, and I think it was the first or second time,  the first time I can remember for sure.  I wasn't even trying, but I remember almost falling asleep, and then I heard some whispering, but it was loud and in a female voice, and I don't remember what it was saying, but I did understand it.  And then I remember being in my room, but I felt like I was moving my arms and legs, but my body wasn't moving.  Like I was aware it was there, and I felt like I was physically moving my arms, but when I moved them I couldn't see them move, but I felt them move.  Make sense?!  I also remember I could see my room, but my eyes were closed.  And then I tried moving, and I just fell and couldn't really control what I was doing, and at one point I felt like I was back in my physical body so I tried doing it again, and moved again but my physical body didn't move again.  And I heard the whispering again, only it was real loud like someone was whispering right in my ear.  It also seems like at one point, I tried looking at my hands, and they looked kind of like the "gas effect" you see when you look at gas fumes, they were just clear but they were definately there.  I remember thinking to myself that I was projecting, because I've been studying for around 10 years but never was able to do it, and stopped trying for about 8, anyone have any input??

So I'm new here but not new to astral projection.  I haven't had much luck until last night for like 10 years.  But last night was different.  I fell to sleep and I use the rope technique and last night I don't know what it was but I think I fell asleep.  And astral projected in my sleep.  Is that possible?  Well I felt my body loosening and it all came out for the first time, except for my head.  So I felt stuck and kind of started to freak out since I was halfway out.  Is this a common problem at all?  So I started pulling harder and harder and it felt like I ripped myself out of my body.  But I could no longer feel it.  I don't remember much about the experience except exploring the parking lot outside of my apartment but I couldn't see much.  Then I decided to go back in so I would remember the experience because I'm sure I must have done it before but went too far or something so I didn't remember the experience.  Anyways when I went back into my body, it freaks me out because it felt really weird, and it almost felt like something went back inside with me that was NOT me.  And that is the part that kind of creeps me out, is it possible for something or someone else to re-enter your body with you?  When I woke up, I was still on my back but my feet were crossed one on top of the other, and I was really creeped out and couldn't go back to sleep for a few hours.  I was shook up.  I don't even know if I really projected, or if it was just me projecting inside my dream.
