Hello,
I am somewhat new to this, but I am starting to gain a wealth of knowledge on the matter. I have been attempting OBE since July, and I have had a couple interesting experiences thus far (2 lucid dreams, and one obe I think). The obe I think I had was when it felt like I fell through my bed, but then I opened my eyes and I was awake and in my physical body.
Let me just give a brief history before I get on with my questions. I have been doing a lot of research on the net to determine and find out how to have an OBE and how to improve my chances. I've explored binaural beats (Hemi-sync and other binaural products) and now I am into Isochronic tones. These tones definitely have an effect on me, but the iso tone I listen to is only 30 minutes long. I have read a few Robert Bruce books and I have attempted the 90 day OBE challenge, but I can't dedicate that much time in my week for that type of training regime.
Now with my questions.
I generally go to sleep at 10-11pm and wake up around 7am, is this impairing my chances of projecting? Should I set my alarm at night to wake up to attempt projection, if so what time with the time frames I've mentioned?
When I get relaxed I use "NEW Energy Ways" to generate energy in my body and this does well in relaxing me, but I can't seem to get overcome my impatience or my great desire of wanting something to happen. Last night I feel I've come the closest to projecting and my head seemed to be buzzing quite loud and vibrating a lot, but then I had to swallow and seemed to take me out of the experience.
Can anyone offer me up some things I can do or I should be doing to help me out? It seems like I can't get myself to do what I've read, and I am also having trouble with "losing myself" or "putting my awareness elsewhere".
Should I be attempting projection every night or morning? I used to click out a lot during binaural beats and just wake up from being unconscious and not experience anything. I am now finding that if I concentrate on moving energy, it keeps me from clicking out. Am I on the right track with that?
Thanks, I'd like all the help I can get!
