Hello! I'm a 16 year old guy from Sweden who recently became interested in paranormal and psychic things. I'm a newcomer to AP:ing, I've been trying to AP for about two weeks now and so far i haven't succeded, but I've been close (I think). This seems like a great forum with nice (and helpful? 
) members. AP:ing seems like great fun and sure hope that my future experiences turn out to be just that. 
I've got a question; When I try to project my heart starts to beat considerably faster about the same time I feel the vibrations and this causes me to lose focus. Is this supposed to happen or is it because I'm to excited (or something else)? Like i stated above, I'm a newbie, so I'm not to informed about the subject yet
