Ive been having this feeling ever since i started researching all about this astral pulse stuff. it starts at the bottom of my feet usually and course throughout my whole body going to the top or my head and lasts for a while. its sorta like a bubbly feeling or vibration. i dont make it happen it happens by itself. it started when i was in the garage, and it was not very strong just barely noticeable. then later that night while i slept in bed with my bro, i woke up in the middle of the night and it was extremely strong and it felt like my whole body was bubbly or vibrating. and then today i was standing by the computer and it did it for a biit but like in between not very strong and very strong like middle. and then it happend outside of the car for a while, and then right outside the elavator and was very noticeable and lasted for a long time. i dont know if this is like head rush or anything. if anyone knows anything about this or what it might be please tell me.

If say i had a friend sleeping next to me was dreaming something and i was too and we were both asleep could he go into my dream and actually spiritually or in some form be there. not just a figment of my imagination. and could we talk and hangout.

I have been able to do this for the longest time, i can sit and focus, while im awake and i sorta push forward with my neck a bit and it feels sorta like a wave of vibration or tingle or kinda goosebumps. that start from my waist up into the back of my neck or to my temples. or if i get really happy or listen to a really amazing song it happens without me really even trying. and if i get really really angry it gets to an extreme level and goes on for a couple of minutes and i shake.
i dont really know what this is, has this happened to u or does anyone know what this is or might be?

Welcome to Dreams! / waking myself up from my dream
December 23, 2010, 02:29:32
Hi im new to the forum im 14. I have some questions and need some clarification on what is going on with this ability i have.
I have been able to do this since at least 10 and what happens is i would have tons of bad dreams constantly and not be able to wake up and so i developed a method to where i could wake myself up in physical life from the dream.
I would lay down in the dream and close my eyes and basically imagine myself in real life in my bed and try to connect with my physical body to open my eyes after i closed them in the dream and i would be able to open them and wake up. It worked. and so i practiced over time more and more even when it wasnt a bad dream and i could eventually just close my eyes for a couple of seconds and open them in real life. i would also be able to later on tell the difference when in the dream that it was a dream and not real life and have conversations with people telling them in my dream that it was just a dream and realize that. but i would have to focus. What does all this mean?
