I have done out of body experience randomly for almost a year now and at the same time i tried to prove it while i was in what some people call the real time zone using simple methods like trying to read a piece of paper etc but it did not work out, after all those failed attempts i was wondering if there was a way to prove it.
Actually every time i do the obe i find myself in the room where i slept and my house seem almost like the original one except for some details and this lead me to think that maybe we should focus on the big picture rather than small details so i came up with a method and i want experienced obers to do it because i'm having a hard time obeing these days.
The method is very simple but may require help from other people lets get into it first of all the obers must lie in a bed that can be carried around and his eyes must be blind folded then his bed should be moved randomly around the house by someone so that the obers no more knowns in which area of the house his body is and then he sleeps and do his out of body experience and after finishing it tell the person that was helping him in his experience in which area of the house he was (in which room for example) and if he succeed in his guess he keeps repeating it for lets say 10 times so that there is not a shadow of a doubt that obe is not a mere imagination in your mind then he can move to more complex test like ( if for example we started with which room test we can move to which corner of the room test then we can do more specialization) and in case the test failed we can do a generalization like for example moving the body from one neighbourhood to another known by the obers and see if he could guess it.
