College is when my OBEs started. I didn't know what the were at first but I knew they were different from dreams because they always took place in the room I was sleeping in as it was. No fantasy land or altered objects. As they progressed I was able control my movement and when I wanted to have them. Still at this point I just thought they were really cool reoccuring dreams the always started with a fast vibrating, numbing feeling then lift off with mind control.
Then there was a period that I lost control and they were just randomly happening. I was experiencing strange, evil beings that tormented me by grabbing, pulling, throwing me around the room and even dragging me down what turned into a tunnel by my feet. At this point I finally mentioned this to someone and they told me I was having OBEs. I never heard of them so I researched some books and to my amazement people were having the same experiences I was.
As time went on I started to gain control again and advanced with them. No more strange beings and I started to passing through doors, down hallways then eventually passed through the ceiling (without bouncing off it) into the attic then out the roof and shot up into the dark night sky. I noticed how I felt during this period. Very warm and comforted, I wasn't someone's brother, friend, son, boyfriend but I was ME (hard to explain)
After awhile the OBEs started to die down then I had nothing like I was having. Maybe in a dream I'll start to fly but I don't consider that an OBE. But recently the activity is starting up again from all angles. I'm having lots of lucid dreams and sleep paralysis and during the paralysis there are beings hovering over me, submissing me and some are jabbing their fingers into my ribs as though their fingers went through and locked in causing a very uncomfortable , excruciating pain.
The other night I was laying on my couch watching TV and fell asleep. Next thing I knew I was able to see my room from how I was laying. I heard myself breathing heavy so I knew my body was sleeping but I felt like I had control of my arms so I started flalling them if front of my vision but I didn't see any material arms but I knew and felt they were there. What I did see was that clear heat vapor effect you see in movies when I moved them. Next thing I did was put my arms back down to my sides and to my surprise I felt my actual arms that are attached to my body. I attempted to pick up my flesh arms with my astral hands several times with success and dropped them back down. They felt lifeless and numb like when the circulation gets cut off from a limb when sleeping.
I didn't include all my experiences or details in this posting but what I am going to do is research and practice this realm more to become more advanced with this gift I have.
