I went to bed as normal.

After a little while it became clear that although my body was drifting off, my mind remained very much awake. I entered mind awake/body asleep.

At first, everything seemed like a normal F10 trip, but then I started to feel connected to everything, I came close to losing my sense of self.

Then time stopped. I realised that time does not flow, it is merely something that just exists. I was free to move backwards and forwards through time. I decided to go backwards in time.

I can't remember how it happened, but I ended up in a garden, with classical music of some kind playing in the background. I walked forward, and saw a lady in white sitting on the side of a fountain.

I went up to her. Immediately I felt a great love for her, I don't think I've felt anything stronger in my entire life. I asked her who she was, she said "Don't you remember me? I'm your guardian angel" (I had had a visit from her before, but it was very brief).

I don't remember much of this, but we went for a walk around the garden. She said that there was another woman who I could love as much as I loved her, and that to find her, all I had to do was to go the next month completely sober (I am 16, which says it all I think).

There was another bit, where she was able to make me rise up. I rose so high that gravity was only just making me feel heavy. Then she let go, and said "sometimes, when you fall, you wake up, sometimes you hit the floor, but sometimes, when you fall, you fly". I flew.

She said it was time to go. I wanted to stay there for the rest of my life, but knew that I couldn't. She said that I'd see her again. Before I went, she just touched my forehead, and I felt all of my body filled with energy.


I now fully believe in angels.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who notices that different types and scources of energy seem to "taste" different

It's something I've been aware of ever since I started, but only recently started to develop preferences for different types. The nicer tastes also seem to be the more concentrated.

I find that certain places have paticularly nice tastes, and have more concentrated energy. I find that energy tastes nicer at night. Rain also seems to improve the taste of energy.

Any recommended types of energy?

Eyes should always be shut, defintlely. It helps you concentrate. You'll have little or no progress at all with your eyes open.

Perhaps learning gTummu Reiki would do the trick, although it's a bit of a sidewalk.
I remember once when I was little, me and my school class was walking outside in the winter and I was really concentrating on getting warmer, a couple of minutes later I had to stop since it felt as if I was almost burning up. It's nice to be warm and cozy.

That's a hard one.  It might be caused my energy blockages so perhaps working with the 'NEW' system would help.  Whenever this happens, I usualy scratch it, then try to focus on my breath and let the itching sensation alone.

Welcome to the world of seeing the what I call 'Hoppers'. ^.^ 'Hoppers' are little astral creatures, fall under the categoria 'demon', or whatever you wish to call them, and are completely harmless. They're stupid, and in my opinion extremely cute. ^.^ I never noticed a redish tail before, but they usually are so fast I barely have the time to have a good look.

However, you might want to get your eyes checked anyway, just to be sure, though I'm pretty sure you're just seeing those 'Hoppers'. Of course, I'm no doc or anything.
I btw heard a majority of people calls them 'Boo's', including guys at Veritas if that is of any importance to you. Perhaps that rings a bell. I'll just stick with 'Hoppers'. ^.^ If you want to know more about them, just check Veritas, and if I remember correctly the guy who goes by the name Vox Nocti once made a few posts about them on the old boards, I'm pretty sure he'll be able to tell you more about them.

Yup, the more you develop energeticly the psychic abilities start to manifest.

Maybe so. Your soul had extra energy and was going too far too fast, and was snapping back home. Did you hear\feel any sound when you snapped back? That has happened to me before, and I always felt a sense of danger and unease when it did.
