One guy wrote me a message and asked for help because he had depersonalization disorder symptoms. He told me that he tried binaural beats to get rid of his anxiety. He said:  "after i listened to it my I was getting Kundalini symptoms. A day later I was getting nausea and heat throughout my body. and ever since that one moment my emotions went down and my libido plummeted." Have you ever heard of similar stories? also i heard that certain frequency of sound can stop even heart ... who knows

1)I had dream about aliens yesterday... there was a abandoned landing zone  of the UFOs in my house.. yes in my house  . Small UFOs were landing in one part of my bedroom and different alien race UFO leaves a different substance on a floor. It was night, i decided to find aliens and show them that landing zone. I went to my kitchen and through the window i saw a white UFO in a night sky, i tried to telepathically communicate with them. It seemed that UFO was receiving my thoughts, but it still wasnt flying toward my house. I went to another side of my living room and i saw 2 UFOs. This time one of them got closer to my house and i walked to the center of a living room then i saw a alien going upstairs. IT looked like tall alien gray with white skin and it had colors on its face... it also had whiteish clothes as i remember. We both went to my bedroom and i showed the alien the landing zone. The alien approached to that zone and seemed curious, but it said no thanks for showing that thing. After that dream i had SP.. i opened my eyes and i saw little gray alien near my bed, but hallucination quickly disappeared and i wish i could see aliens more often during SP, but if i look any hallucinations for 2 second they disappear  .

2) I was in Bedeekins house lol and i asked if he had photos of real aliens... as i remember Ben showed few photos and then i saw UFO through window and a weird looking alien with purple head came into house... we shaked hands and i asked if it can cure my schizophrenia... but dream ended.

I had quite many dreams about UFOs in the night sky and i always felt awesome feeling while watching them, it is amazing experience  i try to induce alien abduction during SP, but i always failed

Hello astralpulse inhabitants 

As the description says i saw UFOs this night. I live in Lithuania, Vilnius.
I was walking with my mom back home and i spotted an orange moving light in the dark sky. A plane? no i dont think so, it had only one source of light and i have never seen a plane with orange lights (white and red yes). It also had no sound, no blinking lights aaand ... it started to glow less and less till it totaly disappeared in the sky. After 1 min when it was gone i saw another one! This time i showed second one to my mom. It looked same as first one and flew in same trajectory.

This was the third time in my life i saw UFOs. All 3 times they appeared during night.
1. first time i was with my dad and we were going back home, we saw hovering lights in the sky (orange, yellow lights as i remember)
2. second time i was in my home and i seen red lights flying horizontaly.
I am curious if you guys have seen these strange objects and how often.

i heard that she cured many diseases with sand , even cancer.

maybe anyone heard of sleepalking killers? I heard about few stories when ppl killed others while .. asleep. creepy huh?
what are your thoughts about that?

i dreamed that i was in snowy place(maybe Siberia) and it was ww2. as i remember i was in russian side. Most of russian troops were attacking japanese and left their base almost empty. i had to defend our base from Japanese. So Japanese came and i shot with my rocket launcher at them, but missed. japanese soldiers jumper through our barricades and i took my sword (maybe a katana) and i cutted them in two than japanese soldiers start came from everywhere and massacre begun. i cutted their heads, arms and other body parts off and it was awesome how my sword  can get through enemy bodies so easily. than there was situation when japanese soldiers were all around me and close, so i started to spin and pointed my blade at them and cutted all of them in two.than i was cough as prisoner and i appeared in place where was nazy officer, japanese guards and other prisoners. i rebelled (had my sword) and guards pointed guns at me, but nazy german officer said like: dont shoot! That officer had sunglasses, blonde hair and he also was interested in my sword anyway he left and he was followed by japanese guards. I appeared in prison cell and in that cell was guy with long blonde hair and dress (a gay or something). I didint liked him so i took my sword and killed him, than i humiliated his body by cutting it to more pieces. I went to corridor and chopped nazy german guards in there than i went to nice room and started massacre. Than went to some kind of small room and  a man (50 year old man) came in and he was like: i gonna help you, so he took pistol from dead guard and he shoot few bullets at someone,but anyway  i saw one man lying on ground who was alive and looking at me, he had black uniform and pointed gun at me but i shoot him first. He was still alive and i went close to him and he said:"this is not ...(dont remember this part of sentence) this is REVOLIUTION!", and after that game over, i woke up.
it is strange that no one shot their guns at me, but was just waiting to be chopped  hehe.  I was also cut someone's head in two and saw brains lol.
So this is my dream with a lot of action ... and blood.

hello all. so i was dreaming that i am in my house's bathroom than somehow i realized that i am dreaming and i thought of idea to summon my higher self (btw in bathroom i saw my face in mirror which is cool). So when i thought about summoning higher self he IMMEDIATELY appeared in my bathroom and he was wearing a colorful cloak, (very interesting cloak with red, green and more colors) but i could not seen his face because he covered his head with cloaks hood. Also he was moving.
Later after few moments i felt that my lucid dream is becoming blurred so i tried spinning method, but i still got out from my lucid dream (maybe i was spinning too slow) to SP. than i tried to go back again to lucid, but only got out of SP, anyway i quickly got back to SP again, but failed even second time to induce lucid dream.  
So what do you think is that was real higher self or not, because he appeared really suddenly, which is unusual.
