I was wondering if anyone else experiences this. I'm sure probably a lot of people do but no one I know seems to dream that they are not themselves. I've been doing this off and on for years. These dreams are not lucid but very vivid. My dad is someone who remembers many of his dreams, as I do, and he thought it was strange when I told him about this. I know some people believe in reincarnation but I am not sure if I believe in that. My old beliefs have kinda fell away after some of these experiences with out of body and lucid dreaming.

Recently, I was a female child in a class and my teacher was keeping me after school to help me. On another day I was some type of sociologist or something studying people in a small village with an old matriarch that didn't like me (who ever I was) LOL. I was not me. That was a long dream. Sometimes I am a man or a boy. In this reality, I am a woman and it's a bit weird sometimes. Sometimes, I have a different husband, completely different kids, and it's almost like being part of a movie. Since I have been working on lucid dreaming and out of body experiences (which I am far from mastering) these dreams have become incredibly vivid.

Do you have these kind of dreams?

Hi everyone

This is my second posting. Thank you for welcoming me. I just wanted to mention what happened last night. I try every night to silence my mind, stay awake mentally and concentrate on floating. I can feel the floating but have never left that way. In fact, for some reason, I can never remember how I left, although, I know I've had two good but simple experiences. Well, last night I was somewhere. I was holding something in my hands but I can't remember it. It was some sort of electrical thing and dangerous. I knew there was enough electricity to kill me, normally, but for some reason, as I felt the electricity coursing through me, it was a very strong feeling and yet didn't hurt. I felt it like you might feel something in the physical. It was very strong. Than, I thought, gee, I really ought to put this down. It was sort of disconcerting to hold something in my hands with enough power to kill my physical body. I am assuming, at this point, that I wasn't in my physical body.

I woke up in the night and thought, instantly, that I had had a astral experience. I just wish I could remember. You see, I think I have been having them more often but the only two I know were astral projections were extremely memorable. Do you guys forget your experiences or parts of them?

Hi everyone:

I'm a bit of an introvert but I thought I'd say Hi. I am a married mom of two boys. I've had one lucid dream and two out of body experiences simply by accident. They were simple but I would like to do it again and learn more about this whole other area of reality that I've never really explored. I've been reading your posts and they are interesting.

Thank you,
Teresa
