ok so i remember when i was like 13 years old , i used to have sleep paralysis frequently , and most of them was really scary. i had sleep paralysis for 1 years almost every night ( Got used to it now  ) but some experiences were really weird . so here it the most scary one ive had : i was in a dream , i was in the kitchen of my grand mother and i was looking for something to drink in the fridge , i took some juice then i turned around , i saw a portal in a wall with some kind of person coming out of it , he was looking at me with a creepy devilish smile ( it was reeeaaalllly scary ) the weird part is that this evil being looked exactly like my cousin . ok so what happen is , i tried to flee away from him but then he paralysed me and laughed hard . then i woke up paralysed in my bed ( from the dream ) and he was here in my bedroom ( let me remind you that he was in a dream at my gramas house and he followed while i woke in sleep paralysis) and he was laughing harder but seconds later i woke up terrified ! so basicly he came in my dream to get me in sleep paralysis . i also had the same kind of dream/sleep paralysis but it was with my mother and she was evil too .
does anyone know the meaning of this , why did they took familiar faces to scare me and if its really possible for an entity to drag you into sleep paralysis from a dream ? ( sorry for my bad english im french )

im new to this site and i would like to know what exacly is this island , is it some kind of place where you can meet with other human beings ? (Please answers , its my second post and i never had an answers  )

hey , i am a 15 yrs old boy and since i was a little kid , i always had sleep paralysis , when i was 13 yrs old everynight i would get sleep paralysis and it was really scary at the time but now i have learn how to induce them with my own will . i can still hear & see spirits in this state but now its actually fun . so recently i have heard that sleep paralysis is a step to astral projection , i have tried to get out of my body for like 5 months but i never could achieve to , i am always stuck in the vibration state but this morning i tried to raised the vibrations and i could only move my astral hand ( YAAAAY  ) can some one give me some tips to completly get my whole body out in the astral world ? i wish i could because sometimes when i have sleep paralysis i talk with some spirits that seems very friendly and i wish i could know more of them ! thank you and sorry for my bad english i am french
