So.. every night when i go to sleep i get out of body, but i cant move and im lying on my bed. ..and there are negs tryin to scare me or hurt me every time i try to astral before going to sleep. .. But during the day.. everything goes fine. What about that? thx. And im not hitting any vibrations at night.. i just astral without vibrations. Theyr like waiting me every night..Anyone has the same problem?

Hello! So when im tryin to astral etc.. i feel my eyes are so dry and they hurt and i feel green worms on me..u know those worms where butterflies come from. Theyr like crawling and moving on my face..into my ear and stuf. And i cant mentally touch them or remove them.. so i have to "remove" them physically touching myself and coming out of deep relaxion . What is this fing, help! thanks.
