Hello everyone!

After a month of holidaying in Canada, I have returned. While away I was lucky to organise a couple of regressions which produced some interesting and exciting results.

While I don't feel comfortable disclosing these, I will state that anyone interested in learning about Past Lives and those sorts of things should do some research and check it out. It was definetely worth it for myself, I feel.

Hope everyone has been well in my absence, and I look forward to continuing my contributions to the board.

Regards,

-Alex

NOTE: Reposting this thread in here since I think its more relevant to this forum than the OBE Discussion one.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This afternoon in preparation for a Matrix marathon I decided to spend most of the day sleeping. So I naturally did some of the relaxation exercises first. I was all nice and going well and I fell asleep and found myself in downtown Brisbane (city I live in) and I got out my mobile phone to call one of my best friends, who lives in another city, to see if he was interested in flying up and attending this marathon with us (Yeah I know, absolutely crazy)

Anyway, I tried speaking into the phone but the best I could do were grunts and other odd noises, it was as if my throat had been ripped out or completely failed to function. I fell to the ground in pain each time I tried to talk. Problems with my throat chakra maybe?

This is where it gets weird, I was obviously distraught and confused, and while I wasn't concious in the dream, I was able to get out at will, and when I did it felt like I was in a portal, transporting backwards into my Third Eye. Then I woke up.

After pondering on this I felt the portal back into my 3rd eye and the fact I was able to, at will, leave this "dream" made it seem like a possibility. Also the fact I literally felt like I was returning to my body made me wonder if this was an Astral Projection.

It didnt feel like my entire body was coming back, it was as if my...Self was coming back to the entry point of my body, I dont know its really hard to explain, so I'm sorry if I confused anyone.

Regards,

-Alex

I did my deep relaxation exercise last night, and had my entire body numb. I got a sudden heat in my feet and then I think about 10 minutes later when I started to get more and more relaxed, I think this was a precursor to what ended up happening to my head.

Basically out of nowhere I got this intense flame of heat that enveloped my entire head, along with these vibration'esque movement that absolutely scattered my vision. I had my eyes closed and it looked as if the darkness went from being normal and showing me various shapes and objects, to being like when you degauss your monitor, it flickers and moves around a lot, as if someone smacked you upside the head (minus the pain). I'm 95% sure the heat went from the top of my head down.

This happend about 4-5 times. It wasn't bad...just intense. I was trying to telepathically talk to my Spirit Guide previous to this, and believe I was succeeding on some level.

I've been using the White Light method graciously provided by Tayesin, and boy am I getting results! But I don't know how far I should push it and how much experimentation I should undertake.

Would people be able to provide extended actions that I could try? I figure if I incorporate peoples suggestions with my own experimentation I should be able to work more efficiently.

Thanks,

-Alex

I am in a similar situation.  I would like to provide tarot card readings.  I have thought of doing it over the net but I have been told it will be too expensive.  So I will have to see people in my home.

I will be interested also to find out if people have any ideas.  Thanks for this thread Ramiel and by the way, where in Oz are you from?

I'm sorry, but as one who hates, Hates, HATES conspiracy theories this doesn't sound like anything substantial. She supplies information within a particular context without giving any support or basis for why that particular context would exist.

And if you're interested in Pleiads, Orions, Sirians, Lyrans, etc, I'd recommend Lyssa Royal and Keith Priest and their work before this dame: http://www.lyssaroyal.com/books1.htm particularly their book, "The Prism of Lyra" which from what I heard has been updated (may have to get it myself, when I have money again).

I don't have a problem believing that some ET groups are neg and some are positive, but if you're going to have me believe that the entire system is evil and out to get us...I've had that game played on me once, sorry, not going for it again.

Basically any kind of meditation is geared toward quieting the mind.  One that is very easy for most people is to count breaths.  Count each time you inhale as one and count to ten (not out loud but in your mind).  When you get to ten start back at one over time you will notice fewer thoughts are distracting you when this starts happening you can progress to counting every other breath and eventually you can "follow the breath" as some sources call it, where all you are doing is being aware of the breath.  With time and practice your mind will learn to quiet its chatter.

I know the kind of energy you describe exists, but I've seen no evidence of an energy body. It could be a delusion caused by thinking you always have to have a body. I've felt like I was in one, but the distrust of my interpretation must be high because most humans dont remember ever not having a body.

As soon as you wake up, don't move, don't think, do nothing except replaying the dream you just had in your memory...  You can forget it in a few seconds, so focus on it and replay it at least twice even if you think you won't forget it.

If you already forgot it, focus on common things sequentialy, until one triggers a memory.  Like think about your house and see if you remember anything about it.  5s after, think about your school/workplace.  A car.  A friend.  A computer.  Bathroom.  Etc...  Then, from that memory, try to find what was before and after...  Etc...

If you are lucid in your dream, repeat something like "I will remember this dream".  Or just decide to wake up, and you should remember it easily...

Hope this helps.

1. Practice and practice!

2. Have the intention to do it always!

3. Try not to think negativly about OBE's every now and then.

Music works for some and does not work for others. So I suggest you give the music a shot.

I don't know what it is, but it sounds cool.

Well, not the spasming part, but, yeah, I think that comes from energy work, too. When I rest to do energy work, my fingers start to twitch, so I'll go with the energy work creating spasm.

Hi,

Since you had control of what you were doing then I assumed that you had experienced a Lucid dream, congratulations..

There really is no best place to start, it all depends on the person.  Some people jump straight into APs, while others only ever do LDs.  My suggestion would be to just start with one and see how it works for you and the move on to another one, if need be, pending your results.  Also this method for many just kinda automatically leads them into the areas that help them the best.

In my opinion the biggest thing that helps with lucid dreaming is the ability to remember your "regular" dreams, or actually any dream activity.  This will also help if/when you decide to start trying AP.

Many people who do dream work and such keep some kind of log or journal of thier experiences.  This also helps many with memory rentention and can help to bring about awareness while you are dreaming.
