Now I know not everything you see in the Astral or phase is truth? Depending on your thought perceptions when ur there! If you fear a demon... HMMMM.... you will welcome something to look just like you fear or create if you will... to look as such?
well... seems to me... if this is 100 percent truth... why go? There is no truth there! its all a mind Screw! You are making it a dream yourself! Whether AWAKE or not!

Now... just food for thought was my title... I DON'T believe this is true at all! However, it seems most want to play on both sides of the fence! like a Grey area that makes everyone one comfy. If its a bad thing its your mind in fear! if its a good thing... maybe you seen something! and if it dont come to pass... you fell back into LD! That is why it didn't happen in life... even a year after what you saw! why go if you dont grow is my question!

OK.. I KNOW i am swatting a hornets nest! AND EXPECT a response! which would be good for everyone!

I will state clearly right now... I AM A SOUL MAN! (Blues Brothers... GREAT SONG!) HAHAHAHAHA! and believe that your Inner man (spirit) resonates a frequency to your soul (mind power) to elevate awareness. Proof yet? No... only exited once and really haven't tried since as of now... planning on tonight.

one thing isn't clicking here... if you can fabricate in the phase... which i know u can!!!!! without a Spirit (third level of being) it is fruitless! there is no part of you to discern the truth! Will your mind who fabricated it know? ABSOLUTELY not! PLEASE Don't say the body! WE ALL KNOW ITS A SHELL!

And if there is a third level (spirit man)... and we are not projecting from there... which I am 100 percent convinced we cant without dying...is it possible to gain truth? YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you can!

I didn't post this to teach by no means! just to raise questions!

I use to write computer code for programming software. I would get stuck and couldn't get past a "wall" to get it to work.... here is the insight that never failed me!

I would get relaxed at night... (sometimes wake up and do this in middle of the night) and take the programming code and read it from top to bottom.... over 1000 pages... IN MY MIND! what blew me away was it was easier to see it in this state at sleep time than in the natural! I would see it... sometimes 2 or 3 nights later! but see the error that caused the software to lock! and fixed it!

has anyone had an issue and slept that night and went thru every scenario trying to find a solution? this was my job! I was the fixer. You are using your visualization skills! the same needed in the Sticky above! Could be hearing! could be eyes! find ur nitch and use it to phase! i used this training in the past to phase now... i was easy for me to get in this state due to past training! Most times... many may disagree.... your mind will train you for your future!!!!!!!!!!!! look at ur past.... it might have already prepared you for phasing! just saying! and a quick random thought on reading the stickies above! 

I still want a couple more weeks to perfect my exit and enjoy my times in the Astral... just getting comfy!  however, in all my spiritual experiences i am use to a friend... is it better to find an Astral partner to show you the ropes? or just bang around the Astral figuring STUFF out? I would think 2 is always better than one and know i could learn a great deal faster with an experienced traveler. I just got loose and looked around for a little bit... need more time... just planning ahead and want to know how others developed once they finally got free. thanx!

When I was a kid I had an aunt that did something remarkable! I had a wart on my index finger... she took a string and said something... dont remember... then tied the string in a knot and said, bury this in the ground and when it rots it will cause your wart to fall off. SURE ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!! wart fell off! anyone know of this practice? have another wart and want it gone naturally!!!!!

 I want to share a couple of experiences and hopefully get some insight to help my progress!

I just started meditating again after taking years off. I use to have visions and dreams that would come to pass
and traveled as an evangelist in my early years. Not really preaching... more prophetic seminars. Back then, i was very connected
to the Spiritual realm.

So now the present time: I started meditating just using breathing technique... first day... about 30 mins.
also all day I was using the dot on the hand technique, to check if I was in the Astral or not... did this all day yesterday

Went to bed with no intent on trying to OOBE (i have never had a conscious OOBE)... My Labrador (DOG) decides at 3 am it needs out and wakes me up...
I let her out and waited 5 mins. for her to return. I notice that during this period of 5 mins. that i am forcing myself to stay awake.
Dog returns and i decide that I am in a perfect state to connect and meditate... here is what happened next

I lay on the couch and just relax... for about 10 mins with eyes resting and closed... body was easily falling asleep now and my mind was really relaxed yet Sharp and keen, I really enjoyed how i felt so i decided to check my dot... as i pulled my hand in front of my face I NOTICED NO DOT!!!!!! I said COOL!!!!!!!!!! I KNEW I COULD DO THIS EASILY! then a thought hit me so profound... MY EYES ARE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!! then i felt the shock of breaking the state I was in! opened my eyes and started laughing for about 2 mins. then closed my eyes again and almost instantly or so it seemed i was in the middle of my living room... went for the dot check again (by the way... i really learned to love this dot!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHA) and just when i was about to look at my hand... my whole family was in the living room and I saw a tornado thru my Glass doors coming from the South West and it was heading right for the house! I screamed prepare for impact a tornado is coming! we all hit the floor and i seen it hit the sliding glass doors and went counter clock wise around the house hitting it every inch of the way, when it got half way around the house i noticed my dog was outside in front of the garage and the garage door was open... i seen thru the walls, that's how i tracked the tornado! The dog hates storms yet he was not effected by the tornado... the tornado never got into the house... then left. then i woke up.

I know lucid dreams can have meaning due too past experiences and sometimes they are dead fish perse'! this one has meaning... i will meditate today to see if I can get some resolve, however any insight would be nice!

By the way... been studying AP for about a week... reading books and this board! a lot of good info is here! that's why I joined! GREAT COMMUNITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks for having me!
