I have recently created a forum centered around spiritual developement and was wondering if I am allowed to create a topic to promote my forum and gain some members.

I already am planning on mentioning the astral pulse website on my forum, for it 's very useful content and Bruce's meditative techniques.

I realize the use policy says no advertizing allowed but I am not doing this for any personal profit.

Try the finger pull technique so that you will be able to detect when you're in a dream.

The idea is when you dream you act the same as when you're awake, so it's hard to tell which is which.

What you do is in the physical pull your finger several times a day to check if your dreaming, if you're dreaming the finger will stretch.

This programs you to do the finger pull when you dream, and then you'll know to try to project.
