Ok, well I used to AP heavily, for a period of 2.5-3months.
I enjoyed it, had incredible results, but 1 or 2 not so good encounters that spilt over into my real world (negative entities paid me a visit in my bedroom).
Ever since sometime mid april, every time I AP, I blackout. And its not sleep.
Because I'll be AP'ing and I won't breakthrough. But what will happen is i'll wake up the next day ( or when ever I usually wake up ) and it isn't like waking up from sleep.
I wake up, and go "Wasn't I astral projecting like 5 seconds ago..."
and then realize, "Oh nope, I just blacked out for the 10000th time."

I really need help in figuring out whats wrong. When this happened, to me it was like having your newborn killed.
Astral Projection meant so much to me! and helped me progress so much in life, and recall past experiences that helped change my life, and all my outlooks on life. It totally re-evaluated the way I feel, and think about life and the universe in general.

Ok, so I used to AP alot for a period of 2.5-3 months. It involved numerous, and repeated encounters with ET's, and entities during my Astral travels, and eventually, inside my room.
At one point in time, I believe I contacted entities that are not positive, and tried to mess with my brain. It was driving me a little nuts, so I decided I would talk to my councellor about it.
She told me that sometimes people can't come back ( I don't know if this is true or not ) and that it could be dangerous. It didn't bother me that I heard these things. But ever since then I haven't been able to AP succefuly on purpose. I've only been able to AP by accident.

Please help, I really miss AP.
