Welcome to Dreams! / Talking to dream figures
October 09, 2005, 11:45:25
HI

I heard about the tecnnique to ask my dream figures to tell me that I'm dreaming next time. But when I say that I am dreaming to anyone in my dreams they always denie it. Or they think I am crazy, or they ignore me, or they just say noo you can't be dreaming.
How do you talk to them about dreaming?

Welcome to Dreams! / experimenting in lucid dreams
October 28, 2004, 12:18:39
Hi,

I want to do things in my lucid dreams, like visiting a friend (who is also a "lucid dreamer") or meditate and all this experimental stuff.

But somehow when I'm lucid dreaming I forget these things. I do experiment al lot with flying and asking people about their being in my dream.

Does anyone have any training or excersices to let myself remember what I actually want to do in my lucid dreams?

And about flying....most times I just flote above the ground, but can't make altitude. Why?

Welcome to Dreams! / neg or not
August 20, 2004, 02:29:34
Hi, a few nights ago I had this weird nightmare I would like to share with you all.

It began just nice, with some kind of party with friends and unknown people. But all of a sudden we heard screaming, so we checked it out.
We saw a guy standing with darts in his chest. IT was horrible to see. He was in very much pain. Then we saw who was throwing these darts. IT was a really weird human like person. He had a normal body and face but the look in his eyes was very scary and weird. He took all the time to throw these darts. Then he saw us. And he began to throw at us. One of us got hit and me and some others got behind a car.
Now comes the nice things of my nightmares. I always realize that I am dreaming when these nightmares occur. Sometimes I just wake up. But most of the times I keep on dreaming and I can laugh the killer in the face and make hum disappear.
BUT this time I was still a bit scared. I was afraid he could still hurt me. And them I woke up

Could this be a neg?

Another question...can anybody give me a good tip to stay lucid for a longer period? I always wake up quickly after I realize I'm dreaming

Welcome to Dreams! / problems with LD
July 12, 2004, 14:58:07
Hi everyone

Since I'm young I have lucid dreams on a regular base. (spontanious, not self induced) But lately I just never have them anymore!
I don't understand why not...in the past I just came aware in the middle of a dream because I noticed something...this could be like something really strange, or I just felt my body lying on a bed but being in a dream at the same time.
But now...I do remember most of my dreams...and often really strange dreams...so I dont understand I will not become aware of my dream state. Can anyone help me? I've tried things like writing "Are you dreaming?" on my hand so I'll ask this question myself a lot during the day. (lol)
How can I train my mind so that he can notice the dream state easily? Is there a kind of meditation maybe?
Any idea or tip will do :-)
Thanx a lot

Hi everyone,

I'm planning a duo meditation with a great friend of me. We want to make some sort of connection bases on trading eachothers energy.
Can anyone give me some techniques and/or tips?
Thanxx

Adkha,
I have the same thing happen, if I understand you right. I try to collect as much as possible while dreaming whether it be lucid or otherwise. Sometimes if you can remember one small thing in the experience, the memory can hold it. Getting it written down as soon as possible helps. I constantly (when I do dream) try to remember one dream, then the next one. I got better by practicing, and not giving up. It's difficult because it seems to remember one part hides the other recall you want as well. One morning I had collected about 5 dreams, I had them in my file, suddenly I was distracted by what may have been a picture of my spirit guide. The guide had placed a picture between my vision and my file of dreams collected. The guide's face had probably been there the whole time. He was camaflaged, and I had actually been dreaming through his image. This image caused me to forget all these other dreams. I don't know if I'm being clear on my explanation. It made me wonder if this spirit guide has some control of what I recall.

Universe is not irrational, it just doesn't make sense. [:D]

I think universe is rational but it appears irrational or chaotic when perceived from a agains a limited frame of reference.

Welcome to Quantum Physics! / Quantum theory...(??)
January 07, 2004, 17:14:56
There are alot of quantum theories, but which one in particuliar are you interested in?

There is one complete unified field theory, which still remains a theory due to the fact that it is probably impossible to prove its relevance; String theory. String theory manages to collaborate the electro-magnetic, strong and weak nuclear and gravitational energies into a very solid theory. Well, its solid if you believe in alternet universes and 10+ dimensional planes..

quote:
As I understand...when we die, you will ascend to a higer dimension...or descend to a lower one, depending on your consiousnes in this dimension right?

There are many different after-death theories...
Some say you will "ascend/descend".
Some say you will re-incarnate until you get rid of your karma.
Etc...
Some say you will just vanish.
Personaly, I can't pick one...

But it's very logical that there will be a lot of minds there too!
My questions are...is there some sort of society there?

Hum... infinity is kind of... big.
On which surface do you think the billions of dead people will find themselves...?  Like some kind of planet?

Welcome to Dreams! / We Are Blinded...?
November 05, 2003, 04:05:25
Hey Adkha and everyone else...interesting name ya got there. Have you ever had a deja vu?  Where it feels like your experiencing something strange...but yet  familiar? It's quite...thought-provoking.

Speaking of dreams...I understand how you feel...in certain dreams we live out our fantasies...we become the hero...we become brave etc etc....yet inevitably we come back to reality. But then you have to ask yourself...what is reality?

I want to share some truths with you that I have learned.

"God is real" and "God is divine"

"Divinity is creature comprehensible as Truth, Beauty and Goodness, correlated in personality as Love, Mercy, and Ministry, disclosed on impersonal levels as Justice, Power, and Sovereignty."

Now....given the meaning of divinity...it makes sense that to become more real...we must follow God...who is divine...and become divine ourselves...for the command which has been spread throughout the universe of universes is "Be you perfect...even as the Father in heaven is perfect."

One of the greatest commandments Jesus ever proclaimed was "the Kingdon of Heaven is within you."

You should expect conflict from the life as it is lived in the flesh to the life as it is lived in the Spirit. "He who lives fully in either realm...there is little or no conflict."

Remember though what the Son of Man once said..."the gospel yoke is easy...and the burden of truth is light"

Sincerely,

Arie

I wouldnt call it a dimension. Dimensions generally have their space in a grid shape, but astral is chaotically organized if you get far enough into it. It is connected to physical reality in a measurable way, and it could be what the physicists write about, but its not a dimension.

People just want to know, that do they really live forever

The BEST Thing to Know, is to know that your spirit will live after the death of your physical body
