I know what you are thinking. This is not a dbzish wave that you might be thinking. Anyways, yesterday I was focusing my awareness on my hands and then decided to channel that energy outside of my body. What  Idid was I felt the energy coming out of my hands and flowing through the air and into something. Then keep myawareness from my hands through the air and into the object. Well after I got done with that I was beginning ot get heavy breathing and my awareenss in my hands was getting more and more tingly which in the NEW said that the stronger your energy body is the lest tingly of a feeling you will get. So I was wondering if this was a placebo or if I was actually channeling my energy into something. Reply back soon!

NEW is mostly for energy blockages.  Just because you can automatically feel your navel center doesn't mean that you are ready to go on.  Yes, you can feel someone elses spirit energy.  Some say that you just extend your aura and touch theirs.

Yes, it is possible.  There are many disciplines including reiki, chios, and pranic healing.  Although you don't need to know any of these practices to heal using energy it does increase the healings effectiveness.

All that is required to heal someone or something is the desire, the intent, to do so.
