I have seen amoeba tentacled looking things, but not the Eastern Guys.

If they're legitmate Eastern service to other, service to the Creator types...see if what have to say and report back.

If they're fake and just pulling "a miracle stunt" to get you interested, well, beware when they start asking you to carry around daisy's in airports to raise money for the Hare Krishna.

Set crystals up around your room, at the windows and doors.  Connect with them individually as deeply as you can.  Program them for security, a warning system.  I have a double terminated which gives off an orange pulse, like a silent siren.  Contact them on the astral plane, and communicate with them.  Hold one as you sleep, I suggesy a DT for a psychic shield.  Smoky quartz will give you a nice dark shield, almost like a cloak.  Amber seems to help around the solar plexus if you are being drained.  There are no "quick tricks" you will always be a warrior.  You will always fight against darkness. And you will always fight against yourself.

It could be an aspect of yourself that is called your higher self, your guide, your guardian angel. It seems to be around even if not obvious. If you read Robert Monroe's books he realizes in the Ultimate Journey that what he encounters are just other aspects of himself.
