This morning I was in my room, all of a sudden I hear my flat's door opening and closing followed by steps. Somebody stepped into my room. There was a guy standing in front of me watching me. I stared at him, speechless. As I began to feel afraid given the unusual event, I gathered some inner strength and told my self "don't be afraid, be corageous", and looked directly at the guy's face wondering "who are you?". Then it stroke me "I am dreaming". The guy dissapeared, and it was it.. I was having a lucid dream, the most lucid I've ever had... I looked at my room and it was as though I was actually living the moment, I was so in the moment, surprised by the vividness (i wasn´t very excited though). It all faded away afterwards.

The reason  I post this is because of two things:

1.- I have this strong feeling about being able to experience other reality frames if fear can be overcome. Thomas Campbell discusses this in lots of youtube videos. If there is anyone out there trying to have this experiences, I highly suggest trying to overcome fear. How? I don't think there is a prescription, it's about doing it. This is what I learnt today, it is as though I was being tested.

2.- I have had other experiences in which I have realised I am dreaming and become lucid, although never as lucid as this morning. Everytime I become lucid, the dreams fades away. Ive read that you should pay attention to your senses, and that's what I have done, however it hasn't been useful enough. Any tips or advices?

Thank you very much for your time!

I don't belive in evil... I think there is confusion, ignorance and lack of awareness.

Love equals intelligence, love equals wisdom, love equals experience, love equals knowledge.

Gratitude is one of the most sublime and beautiful feelings. Sadness and depression comes from the difference between what you expect to live and what you actually live. Acceptance is crucial to live happily.

Bad or good does not exist, it is a matter of interpretation, it is a matter of choice.

I consider demons, black magic, and evil overall as a very imaginative thing, interesting to many, but still prone to be a fantastic thing.

What do you guys think?

In these recent days I have had a few lucid dreams, however, every time I realise I am having one I lose lucidity immediately. I dont feel excited or scared, i guess i simply dont know how to remain lucid for longer. Any tips? Thanks in advance   8-)

Hi everyone and thanks in advice for reading this. I have tried to AP since some years ago, I have never been succesful when trying to do it consciously, however, I have found myself floating above my bed a couple of times while sleeping. The experience has been great and scary at the same time. I am really motivated to learn how to Astral travel, my reasons include getting guideance and solving inner stuff I have on my mind. In the past it was mere curiosity and amazement out of knowing something such as the astral plane could exist.

I have been feeling down for some time and I would really like to fix what troubles me, I belive astral travelling will help me expand my mind and understand my problems a little better, but first I have to learn how.

*Will my current emotional status interfere with me being able to project?

*Are there other reasons apart the lack of practice that would disable me to Astral Travel like somebody stopping me from doing it given that im not ready or not entitled at this particular moment?

*Is clothing, position, environment among other stuff really that important whille attempting to project? Or is it just a matter of concentration and attitutude what really matters?

*I have just started to practice it again, I can feel some vibrations and I can relax at a certain point, however, quietting my mind seems like the hardest for me. Any advices on that?

I am really looking forward to discussing this subject and my personal outcomes this with someone else. Thanks for your time!
