Alright, need some opinions...

I was confidently experimenting with vibrational state, round 4am this morning. usually I get too excited and nervous and come to my senses, but I was determined this morning. calm, no fear. I was however, having trouble exiting the body. so I tried the imagine being somewhere else = teleporting there method. and I was having more like lucid dream experiences that way, flying around my house, the neighborhood... I was dissapointed with the lack of vividness in it.. it was cool I guess but I craved more realness. kept coming back to the body, retrying. same thing, flying around... not as vivid as I want. well at some point I come back to the body, and try sitting up as exit technique, and boy was I in for a shock...

I sat up and immediately notice this gypsy type woman sitting in the bed with me... the lights are on, and there are about 4-5 other strange looking people in the room all watching me.. and this excrement is VERY REAL... I screamed a blood curdling screech, jumped out of the bed and ran over and stood with my back to the wall, just freaking the bonk out... then I say, "ok, its ok, its ok" cause I'm thinking this is my first encounter with some astral people... and I don't want to waste it in fear... so one of them starts to approach me, and Boom, Back in the body... head on the pillow, nobody there. heart racing. wtf.

any opinions? don't know if it was dream. I suspect/hope it was a genuine encounter, the only trouble is it was not at all what I would expect from the astral plane.

A month ago I sat up out of my body. first time for me. haven't done it again since. I still can't believe its real, and I'm spending most of my waking time either telling people about it or studying about it, or doing other related mind work. I have a good bit of responsibilities during the day so its tough, but pretty much all my free time goes to this. I'm just super excited and happy that I have personal evidence of the non-physical world. I also feel relieved about the after death situation now. I'm just all around stoked. my hope is for everyone to experience it, and I'm working on achieving it again. I wanna be part of a community of projectors, and this seemed like a good one. so heres what happened/how I did it.

so it was just this average night, I was sleeping in my bed, it was like 4am. I remember I had come out of a dream, and i was just looking at darkness, basically awake looking at the back of my eyelids. very conscious that I was laying in my bed. I couldn't feel any body sensations though. and then it occurred to me to make an attempt at pulling out of my body. just whimsical thought, but the vibrations kicked in, and I got excited, cause I knew that was the ticket. those vibrations are uncomfortable like nails on chalkboard except the inside of my body! anyways I just like, sat up real quick, in a jerk, pulling out. I mean I really felt the separation happen, like 2 magnets being pulled apart. then I was like whoaahh! it worked!! I could see my foot in the bed, like glowing white a little bit, and the air was hazy and dark bluish. oh and my crotch was still stuck in place. I can remember trying pull it out but it felt locked in and I was worried about "ripping it out." weird feeling. then all the sudden I snapped back into my body.

I've been doin a little happy dance ever since.
