I was paralyzed this morning during sleep I became lucid, and not awake and not sleeping. I was paralyzed and was moving around loosening from my physical body.

My physical arms were loosley crossed not too close together, but my astral arms became free wile the rest of my body was still in place. I begam trying to turn around in circular motions in my astral to further loosen from my physical and then woke up a little later, I believe because of fear.

It shocked me when I tried to move my arms and couldn't because my astral arms had come completely loose.

This morning, I had an interesting AP in a Lucid Dream. I was dreaming and then realized I was dreaming in my dream so I tried projecting and I "fell" out of my body. It was like I dropped to the floor. I felt like I was a sphere, and my legs and arms went limp and i was struggling on the floor. Later, I got going a little...

Then I insisted on testing to see if it was real by yelling or trying to get the attention of my roomate in another room by yelling really loud, however, I don't remember the response. Then, to try to get attention, I was in my roomates room (i think) and in my dream threw an alarm clock onto the floor.

I'm not sure, I didn't ask my roomate about anything. So I don't really know.

Hello.

Mirrors are fascinating creatures indeed.  The true danger with working with mirrors is the risk that you might become trapped within one, or in a circle/sphere, where your energy is blocked.  Fortunately, this is quite rare, and few actually know the proper structures and circles needed to create such an awesome trap...

As for the AP aspect, I believe you are referring to the 'Mirror Image' techinque.  It simply involves imagining yourself, every detail, across the room, above you, etc.  wherever.  Slowly your conscious flows into that 'created' image and wa la!  You are out.  I would not recommend this tech until you have some experience under your belt and can achieve AP's with minimal fuss.  Just a suggestion, go at your own pace.
