  I am sure that if it was a monsoon like rain then nothing would want to be out in it. It would constitute running water. I have not seen regular rain have a lot of affect unless you are crossing streams of it running on the ground. Pipes would have as much affect. If you prayed as you walked in the rain like you did in a shower to cleanse yourself it could have some affect.

sounds to me like a dream, but like to said when you dream you are slightly out of coincidence anyway so who knows. May have even been a prophecy, you should check out the prophecy and divination section

  The bad thing about psychic combat is that you can get hurt. Life has a way of giving back what is given out. You can hurt others if they don't have good enough shiields. They can hurt you the same way.
  You will find that if you study psychic combat expecting to get into battles then they will occur to you. I also want to comment that there is always someone bigger or badder than you or anyone else.
  The most I believe in is reversals. I have found that if you are continually reversing things that effects your life also. The reason is that you have a lot of dark energy being sent out from you. It makes it look to others that you are the one causing all of that energy.

maybe it is monitoring you. as in, maybe someone else (ie a mage) created it. or maybe it is just an astral creature that is neutral in its "alignment". don't provoke it and it shouldn't attack you. however, you must also remember that it may (and probably does) have a different definition of provoke than you do. like an animal, it may feel threatened by you moving about in its vicinity. so be careful. if it attacks, try to banish it, or destroy it if neccessary.

but first, try to learn about it, or communicate with it. it may be helpful if you want help from it.

Secret of Secrets

You could, yeah (from a lucid dream anyway).  The easiest thing to do is if you find yourself in a lucid dream, try to feel for your physical body but without waking up.  You should then be able simply to roll out of your body in bed into the real-time zone.

Now there is a subject.  I have a long winded explination of how I percive the whole soul thing to work.  But I give you the skinny version.

In short.  Every one has one and it is with you since the time of your conception.  It may be new or old, good or evil.  It is a part of you and you can not give it away.  Only parts of it and this is done all the time wether you are aware of it or not.  It guides you through your life but it does not control you, you can change it, and you can be changed by it.  You life and its experiences add to that soul sometimes making it stronger and sometimes making it weaker.  I could ramble on and about this.  But in short do not worry about loosing yours just becareful who you give the pieces to.  One more quick note.  God or the Devil do not enter into the equation for me at all.  Since I am a none believer, or rather a believer of a different faith.
