Hi there,

I'm looking for the old webmaster of outofbody.co.uk.

I think his name was Anthony. Beyond that I can't remember his surname.

Just wondering if anyone has his co tact details as I would like to get in touch with him.

Thanks

Sounds silly, but often I feel as though somebody is literally pulling me out of the bed by my feet.
If I relax, I can actually feel myself being pulled under the covers. Usually when this happens, some sort of OOB effect happens.

Im just wondering, whether it is just the astral body naturally seperating, or whether it is an actual 'someone' pulling my astral body to help with seperation. Either way, its pretty bizarre, and it often freaks me out!!

Hi!

I'm 26 years old.
I started energy raising from the age of 21 for about 2 years, but I stopped energy raising for the last 3. I've started again, so have found it quite easy to get into the swing of it.

But was wondering...

On average im probably doing about an hour a day (1 half hour sessions all body energy raising and small ones during the day from feet and hands to sub-naval storage).

Is this unwise? I read Robert Bruce's peice and he said as long as you're only storing into your sub naval, than it is safe, as you will gradually fill the higher centres in a natural manner.

Just wondering, people who have been energy raising for many years here, what their thoughts and experiences are and what you recommend. What differences have you noticed in the last few years you have been raising energy?

From my standpoint, I find it interesting that even after 3 years of doing absolutely NO energy raising, within seconds I fell back into the swing of it.. its as if the energy body never forgets.
I had an OOB on day two!!!

Please post your thoughts and experiences... energy body workout is so interesting.
So, im especially looking for the views of the older maturer posters here who have energy raised for some years to see what they feel, and how they have progressed?
Im a learner again you see!  :-)

Hi there, I havent been here for a few years, mainly because I completely lost interest in energy raising after doing it constantly for 2 years (it started stressing me out... defeated the object really!)

Anyway a couple of days ago I was sitting down watching tv when all of a sudden I felt my sub-navel pulsating with energy.. it was the first energy feeling i've had in ages.
This inspired me to start working out my energy body again.
So for the last two days I have been exercising my energy body.

Last night, I was in bed and woke up to find that someone was pulling on my feet. Naturally, there was nobody there. I kept with it until it felt like I was being dragged under the covers. Everytime I opened my eyes, i'd snap back at the base of the bed. Unfortunately my eyes kept snapping open for some reason, so I couldnt quite hold onto the experience, and decided just to fall asleep.

All of a sudden I realised I was looking at my hands (they were greyish and started melting in front of me).
EXCELLENT! (I thought thought to myself), so I jumped up and realised I was standing on top of my bed. To the corner of my eye I could see a cord connected to my body, but remembered from previous OOB experiences that it was best to get away from your body otherwise i'd get snapped back in.

I left my room, floated down the stairs and decided to go to the kitchen. From that point, things got VERY hazy, and I saw my brother in the kitchen (my brother lives 200 miles away btw).
I decided I would freak him out by turning off and on the kitchen light, which I did.
I found this highly amusing. I then decided I did not want to forget this experience, and remembered reading that I should jump back into my body with every intention to recall what happened.
So thats what I did.

Last night, I thought to myself "Excellent!! I've had my first OOB since 2004!!"
But now, the morning after I have that classic feeling of "well, hang on... if I was really out of body, why was my brother in the kitchen, and how come I could turn off and on the light".

My hopes are that the first part was an OOB, and the 2nd part was me falling asleep into a dream.
I would really appreciate it if some experienced OOBers could give me some insight.

Eitherway, i'm happy for the experience that I had, even if it was just a strange lucid dream, and look forward to having a much more lucid OOB again ;o)

All the best

Rob

Welcome to Dreams! / dream interpretation

I have no idea, sorry, Mrsix.

For what it's worth though, i think you should really try and find your own meaning for your dream. After all, dreams are a product of the individual's mind, and everybody's mind is vastly different. I know that may not be what you're looking for, but i just had to say it.

Good luck with it!

Losing memory is usually caused by the death of neurons that dont contain the memory but provide access to it. Many memories are stored overlapping in groups of neurons. The other memories in the same location can still be used, but not the lost memories because remembering them requires one of a subset (of an exponentially large set) of fire orders of the input neurons to the memory location, and the death of certain neurons prevents most (but not all) of those orders to occur.

When people lose their memory, the memory usually still exists, and can affect their thinking in unconscious ways. In a way, they are still the same person.

Hi Rob,

Have you ever had anything else happen to you to indicate that you might be clairaudient?
Energy raising is a real good way of hightening our perceptions in bith the physical and astral realms.

Regards,
James.

Hi Rob,

Welcome to the Astral Pulse! [:)]

While I am not aware of any significance with regard to your particular inquiry, perhaps someone else is. What I would recommend is a look at Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce. There is excellent information on Energy Body Development in that book that may answer your question.

Also, you may want to take a look at the website of Mr. Bruce. It can be found here: http://www.astralpulse.com

You may want to look at the link on training as there is some good information there on NEW (New Energy Ways) that may be just what you are looking for.

Very best,
