Hello. Yesterday night I was trying to astral project but unfortunately I fell asleep and I saw myself trying to astral project! Actually I am not sure If I was dreaming or not. In the beginning I could feel my physical body, and after a while I saw that crazy dream. This has happened to me like five times. Every time its a different dream, but very intense and a bit scary. What happened to me?
