I once read somewhere that in order to project your etheric body should be recharged. Otherwise you won't be able to project. What do you think of this? If it's true then how can you recharge your body?

Sorry my friend.... but in the nicest of ways....Are you Crazy? Projecting into space, earths direct gravitational influence... Have you been watching to much Start Trek?

Have you considered the possibility that you was dreaming?.... That most of you guys that think your projecting are in actual fact just dreaming?
Our minds are very powerfull, we can easily Delude ourselves into thinking it's actually real.

So I surpose my question to you is.... How can you be sure, 100% you wasn't just dreaming.

It is not unusual to experience strange first OBEs, but it's mostly with voices and noises (i heard a woman shouting at me "STOP ! You're floating over your body !!", it seems to be what is the more often heard by new projectors - useless to say that it scared the s**t out of me on the moment []) However it is possible for the new projector to create a personification of his fears in a "visitor", but you didn't seem to be very scared by the experience, so what i would think is that your blonde neighbour was either a conscious or unconscious projector too at this time, and she just happened to fly in your room. Why the laugh though, i don't know ... She might be a mischievious neighbour []

Totally agreed. After about 10 minutes of exercise the brain starts to produce endorphin, an hormone that causes a sense of well being,  relaxation and lethargy, in other words, it is some sort of trance yes. Other ways to produce that hormone are laughing, dancing, playing an instrument, swimming, singing, listening to music, bathing, etc...

Oh my God, you would have to post this as i arrive at my parents home in the American Midwest for the Holidays...I know the answer to this and can reference a book (a chemistry book) as to why this is happening...the chemistry book is back at my apt on the American East Coast.

Short end of the stick, from what I remember off the top of my head, lithium is required to facilitate the passage of information through the nervous system (do not quote me on this directly until I have found my chemistry book and give you a direct quote, I haven't studied this passage in years and am not a qualified expert).

But what I have described above is one of the reasons why people with chemical imbalances are given Lithium. Trying desperately to remember the specific passage...hope I am not making a fool of myself...There is a proportionality, lithium is concentrated on one side and not the other. It has to be this proportion for succesful neural transmission to occur. When it's unbalanced, it can cause severe mental problems even mania.

    You mention you had learned to ask yes/no questions, so I imagine you have a little more understanding of the "thought police"'s function.  Could you share that?  What is your personal interpretation of the "thought police"?  Is it a system for suppressing certain thoughtforms, or something less restrictive?  Feel free to drop metaphors or stories of experiences in.  The impression I get from reading the post is perhaps incorrect, but my mind wants to feel that the "thought police" as you describe is simply an impersonal program running in the human system (uh, maybe in Monroe's M-Band frequency or whatnot, part of our current 3rd dimensional perceptual programming)- impersonal and with a function that perhaps suppresses development or evolution of consciousness (until identified as a separate entity/program such as you've done)...  Is this in any way how you feel about them/it?  Do the "thought police" seem to you to be an entity or entities or a mental-type program?  Or something entirely different?  In what ways have you taken benefit from your interactions with them/it?  Also, any negative occurrences or experiences to share in relation with them/it? (forgive my extensive use of "them/it", but I dare not presume)

hey matt, i too also have astral dynamics unfortunately im reading up on witchcraft and the arts, i have only reado the mind split chapter 3 i think it is. well hope every thing works out with you and astral projection, the only scary thing that happens to me when astral projecting is doing almost a full spin in my bed because the vibes are so bad, its almost like seizures. well tty
