Every time I try to project I have a big problem the prevents me from getting very far. I can easily relax every part or my body but....my head. When ever I lay down to relax my body is relaxed within seconds but my head never gets anywhere at all. I keep thinking of random things no matter how much I try not to and whenever I try and focus on relaxing my head I only make it worse. Because of this I can never reach sleep paralysis so I just end up giving up and going to sleep. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happining.
