I had a very intense, vivid dream a few nights ago...

I'm standing at the mouth of a very large, fast rushing river. My Mother is standing with me and we are marveling at how large and powerful it is. She turns to me and says, "here put this on", it's some sort of apparatus that allows you to breathe underwater. At first, I'm not concerned and place the device that fits very loosely almost invisibly over my nose and mouth. As soon as it's on, my Mother literally pushes me into the river. I'm immediately taken under and I'm terrified. I'm able to breathe, but this doesn't help to abate my fear. The river is pulling me up and down violently, relentlessly keeping me from reaching the surface. It seems hours pass by until there is a final violent drop off a tall waterfall. I felt like I was falling forever! I'm convinced that I won't make it out of the river alive, but I peacefully float to the bank where my Mother is waiting for me, happily might I add. As soon as I see her all my fear dissipates and I'm calm. I believe, I asked her questions and tried explaining to her what had happened, but I cannot recall the conversation. This is the first dream I've ever had that I was able to breathe underwater. Thoughts on what this might mean?  :? :?

Welcome to Astral Chat! / AP with another person
August 20, 2015, 17:08:18
Hello everyone :) Recently, I have been experiencing an increased amount of spontaneous APs. During my last one, I decided that I would attempt to pull my husband out with me. Seemingly, I was able to accomplish this, even though he seemed like a very sleepy version of himself. We spent what felt like the better part of an hour walking and flying around our neighborhood. When I felt that the experience was fading, I repeated to him over and over again "Tell yourself that you will remember." The next day, as I was recalling the experience with him, he did not remember, until, I told him about me telling him to remember. He said that when he heard me say it, he had a dejavu type of feeling. My husband has never AP (knowingly) but does believe that I do it and that it is possible. Has anyone else ever successfully done this with both parties able to recall it?  :?

Hi everyone! Just thought I would throw this out there and see if it is or isn't just me. Over about the last 3 weeks or so I've had trouble projecting. For me this is strange because normally it was the opposite (I would have trouble not projecting) So now I really have to concentrate if I want to. Has any one else ever experienced periods of difficulty? If so did you relate it to some thing? Thanks guys :-D

Hello everyone. I have a question. Has anyone ever helped another person project while they are projecting? I have been able to project for about 20 years now (it happened spontaneously). Now my husband is trying to learn. I guess the question really is, can I some how help pull him out of his body? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

For the first time in my life I projected with total control and no fear! I am so excited about this. Normally, I would hear a very strong vibration and hear loud buzzing. This time I felt my body begin to rise and hover. That's it. No paralysis at all.  I waited a few moments before I attempted to move, when I did with a single thought I was able to pass right through the roof and straight up. I can only describe this as euphoric. It was as if I was apart of everything around me (hard to explain) it only lasted what felt like a few moments and I felt a tug in the back of my head and instantly was back and awake. I completely attribute this experience to reading and participating in this forum. Thanks! Life changing! :-D

I have been able to voluntarily and involuntarily astral project since the age of 16. I am now 33.  I feel a high level of fear most of the time. I have learned to relax when I feel the vibrations and hear the buzzing. Still, even when I try to, I cannot control my "body" very well. On occasion, I wait and I'm able to shoot through the roof or wall and fly, but I can never really get passed that. I do hear whispering and have seen other "things' but again the fear holds me back. My question is what can I do to benefit from my experiences? I have always felt like I'm supposed to be achieving something because of the frequency and uncontrollable nature of my travel. I'm very new to talking about this subject with anyone. Any information or help would be greatly appreciated. :-D
