I have the same thing except I don't see color.  I just see a clear distortion around objects and people.  You know the one where it looks like light is bending around the object.  I do know that it is an aura though.  I have always had this so I know it wasn't from practice.

I have no ability to AP so I have no way of knowing if something/someone is there. So far it sounds harmless for the moment, but having ghosts (or whatever) nearby is not always a great idea.

I'd start out with some light countermeasures, like prayer, or like the next the channel gets changed on you, yell out whoever to cut it out. You may feel like an idiot screaming at air, but if it is just a poltergeist, putting your foot down is step one.

There are a few people here that can AP, if things get worse, maybe you should consider looking them up.

I've heard their pretty powerful brownies, but you need TURKISH hash, nothing else will work.

1) why you wish to influence,
2) to want end,
3) and how.
For anything you do by magic will resonate throughout the universe eventually reflecting back on you.

Many years ago I was asked by a close friend if I would perform a ritual that would seperate an affair his father was having with another woman. Basic theory:

Crossing running water (i.e. streams, rivers, and even sometimes taking a cold shower) has been known to temporary detach negative entities.

Playing childrens songs/rhymes has also been known to drive negative entities away. (As it would most beings, heh)

Negative entites feed off emotion, especially fear. They create a physical pheonemon (i.e. banging noises) which usually generate fear, thus repeating the cycle.

I *believe* if you soak all your walls in green tea this will help prevent spirits from coming around. (Get a second opinion on this before doing anything rash) []

Also certain incense I think Dragons Blood it's called helps get rid of them, again double check this.

Eating garlic may help as well. (This one I don't understand 100%)

When awake or projecting visualizing yourself surrounded by a unbreakable shield of white light can prevent attacks.

It all depends if it's just occuring while your projecting. If it's not happening during the day just lay off projecting for a little bit. Also if you in the astral you can ask for your armor and sword from God (just ask for it outloud in the astral), or you can visualize armor and a sword...

Of course this is all theory, I've never encountered a negative entity. It seems like your still afraid... you could be attracting it with your own fear. The best thing to do is to be calm, and banish it. I'd suggest just disbelieving it out of existance. Don't try and start a war []
