Ive had the best luck with catching it in progress as i am falling asleep. A kind of keeping mind awake but body asleep mentality and letting it happen naturally. The problem with this method is that you dont have much conscious control over when the projection occurs, but ideally if you could really get into the whole mind awake body asleep feeling thats sometimes all it takes. The good part about this way is that it is very simple and doesnt take much effort, the projections that you would be catching in progress are happening naturally you are just along for the ride.

That is a very common effect. It even happens to me. I don't really know why, but I read somewhere it is a by-product of the tremendous energy build-up required to project. This makes sense to me.
I have yet to see "Cause of death: Astral Projection" on any death certificates. My assumption is it is perfectly safe. [

Welcome to Astral Chat! / What to look forward to.

There are many things you could look foreward to. Here were some of mine:
1) The realization that out of body experiences were real, and that we can exist beyond the bounds of our physical bodies. For example, some people beleive that when they die, they go somewhere else....somewhere pleasant. Well, now you can taste a little slice of it!
2) The ability to fly. Imagine looking at a 4 story house and saying, "You know what? I'm just going to jump to the top of the roof." And then BAM! You're amazed as you do that very thing! You feel everything....you feel the motion, you feel the excitement in the pit of your stomach....it's as if you're really there in the physical doing these impossible things!
3) You can meet up with astral entities, visit foreign places, make contact with deceased loved ones.
Those are just some of my "things to do" when projecting.
