Hello, i started practising cyrokinesis (kinda). But i have allot questions about it.

First of all how to full believe in that. I mean i can imagine making water colder, but making iceball from thin air ? .

Next one. I read that u first need to prepare your body for cold. But after some time being in cold temperature my hands, feets ,,freezes" dam it hurts ( yea im kinda MR. obivious here)

Maybe i should try go out to astral first , i mean maybe i would get answers there ?

I know its more astral forum , could somebody but link there i could learn more about cyrokinesis?

So its kida old but i wanted to ask this anyways. It ws my first time (and most succesfull id say) obe i had , well nearly got. I am not used  to sleeping on my back , so i slept on my stomach. And guess what , vibrations started. Then sudently somebody grabbed back of my neck and started pulling me out ( it felt like pulkling my soul out) and all i hear in my head was  - I will help, i will help.
Well like everybody ishitted my pants and started ressisting. so this is how it ends

Is it posible to get lucid dream right after you go to bed ?

From start im sorry for my broken neglish but i realy neeed answer.

I from time to time am dreaming future. Sometimes 1 day ahead , sometimes month , sommetimes even year ahead.
The thing is i always forget them and remmember when they already have happened. One time i remmembered my dream just before it happend, and guess what i changed future.

So whats up with my dreams. Maybe it has something whit thing i cant lucid dream or go to astral
