Sure...just close your eyes,imagine bright white light,coming from universe,and entering either your third eye,or your eyes,and at the same time,try to see place,you are at.More you will practise this,faster will be effects.

also,if you decide this light to enter your eyes,is better to accumulate this light in your eyes,and let it stay there,as long as possible.

Well with energy for me it's easy.
it's like a regular body function. I'ts as easy as moving my arm. i tried the immagine some light going up your arm thing and into your palm but that is way to slow. I don't get it though how do you make an energy ball with your hands facing towards each other not tuching. I can make an energy ball in my hand and my fist and also when i make my two index fingers and my thumbs tuch together i can make an energy ball in the diamond.
