If you are completely set on the fact that you must have sounds to help you with this, there's a nifty shareware program at //www.bwgen.com. You note that I say shareware I bet, but you need to know that there is no timer on it, just the limitation that you cannot import presets (easily) without registering. This means you have about 30 built in presets, and anything you create by hand for free forever. Beyond this nifty program, there isn't much you can find without kazaa.
