Lately i've been getting alot of moles appearing, or spots on my skin, some darker than others some bumpier than others. I remember a discussion about them relating to negative entities or something of that sort?

Although I haven't really been doing anything weird way before they started appearing. I don't really know what is causing them, are they natural? Anyone have any ideas?

Cheers

I've heard good things about a product called Threelac:

Also, you might want to try posting in one of the healing forums.

bluejay,
The big picture and the little picture. You woke up while at the repair shop. I believe that at this point you are fixing a problem. A broken neck and then a broken finger. You are the instrument. Adaptability: You are adapting to your circumstances. This is the way to success.

Finger is the fifth digit. Five represents the human form. It's probably a minor detail for you. You've already expressed this.

Here is another example of a big picture and a little picture. My dream last night I wacked my enemies out of the picture. Making them small as possible, then wack them. I will explain. My daughter called me late one night from her cell phone. She was walking alone on a city street. I was fearful for her safety. Some guys around her were acting suspicious, and coming on to her. My dream last night I was protecting her from some negs or tricksters. I wacked them. I thought this morning, these same creatures could represent some enemies I had(did have) at work. I believe I wacked that problem too. Hooray!

I practice Pal Dan Gum every morning also and practice N.E.W. before bed every night.

I wouldn't do N.E.W. while watching T.V.. Part of energy-workouts, in my opinion, is to focus your attention on your body (ie. T.I./M.B.A.), and T.V. by nature pulls much of your concentration away from any such activity.

Maybe you will have to watch the stars at night...  The 'K' might be a constellation.

Hi,

Interesting thoughts! It depends whether to whom you are directing the question. Also is the question one of value? If on one hand you are simply posing the question to nothing in particular why should you expect an answer?

If on the other hand you sit for meditation with intent of posing the question to say: your higher self, guide, the Angels, God (in the highest divine positive form or unformed), a spiritual master – then one might expect an answer! The answer may however not come in the mental form of words, and may be given to you in many ways. For instance it may return as emotional feelings or physical sensations, image(s), a knowing and so on. Or even be returned at a later time following your practice - even days or weekes later, but you will know it when it comes!

It would be interesting to know how you actually go about your practice. The relaxed state you experienced seems good, but you may find that you need to raise your awareness to a slightly more alert state to be able to seek inner guidance to are asking for!

Hope this helps,

Stephen

Hey Bluejay,

I thought this topic might be better suited in our Book Recommendations & Reviews and no, I've never read it.  I'd like to hear more about it, perhaps someone will come along that has. [:D]

I've only had one headache, and that was after straining way too hard to get out of my body..

I'm not sure about the N.E.W. though, maybe you should not cram so much into one session?

I think EOL007 knows more about the N.E.W. perhaps he will come along and give you better advise. [^]

Sort of.  My eyes roll back in my head often.  It's a horrid sensation, and my eyelids do tense as this happens.

I also see through my eyelids frequently, but never while they're tensing or rolling.  It's very annoying, isn't it?  I wish I had some advice for both of us.

Maybe you should stimulate the sub-navel a bit before raising the energy.

two books come to mind.

"the Magician's Workbook" and "Practice of Magic"

also, the old books are what the new books get their information from :)

Hi, bluejay!
I have a similar sensation of heart pounding and also cannot actually escape my body. I also get very tense and start to shake and sweat. People suggest to practice more and the intensity goes away with time giving more opportunities! Hope I could help! Good luck :-)

You could either have energy blockages or your chakras and energy pathways are already well-developed.  In either case, doing it for longer or stronger might produce a reaction, if that's what you want.

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / time?
March 28, 2004, 04:23:43
definately. just stick at it and do it daily. That should be plenty of time. Many people dont even manage that amount of time.

Robert Bruces book called astral dynamics is absolutely brilliant. He explains everything and gives planty of excersices to do.
Make sure you follow the book from the begginning and not just skip straight to actually projecting as it wont work and you might lose interest. Work at it from the beginning.
