] We have had a number of threads over time regarding the merits of one type of binaural cd versus another. There seems to be a variety of opinion as to whaich is best. There are other cds as well from companies such as Awakened Minds and Brain Sync. There is also the BrainWave Generator that you may want to look into.
We have a search engine here that can bring up a lot of previous posts on all of the above, and I would invite you to give it a try. Also, in our Welcome to Permanent Astral Topics forum there is a long thread entitled: Gateway Wave 1 pointers you may find helpful.
