] There is a great OBE article that was just made a "sticky" topic in the Welcome to OBE Discussions forum. It helps to read these articles, but the obe part for some of us doesn't come easy. It took a lot of energy work and practice before I floated out, and then had mind split issues. So I keep at it, and alternatively work on astral phasing as well. That has gotten me to some interesting astral places, but I'm still much the student.
So that said, the only suggestion would be to keep on with your astral practice, and in time it will happen. [
