Okay, I think I might have been to the askashic Records once, and Witnessed(SP?) a time of when I was 7, I stepped on some glass.  It was playing on this touch screen computer, there were tons of them.

Now I wandered this too about going into others records, But I dont think your allowed too, because there were beings there that would help you, and I'd think it'd be a privacy thing.  But she is in trouble, so maybe theyd allow entrance to her records, I'll meditate on this..

This is classic sleep paralysis that Robert talks about. I do not know for sure but my experience whould lead me to believe they are not external.  They are being created by your subconcious mind.  After you seperate in OBE they stop rignt away.  That is probally the case.  I get all the same type things myself.  Voices, bangs and a recient post were I wrote of being touched sexually.  I have had sleep paralysis for over 20 years on and off and sometimes even see enities who just stand and look at me.  I have never been attacked.  I would however read the section here on Protection becouse that is something I do believe in.  Even if it is a creation of the mind it is a portion that you can not control at this early stage of your OBE development.

I have not tried the "hemisync" process but I do know all about it....

The brain reads the two sounds as an Oscillating wave form around 6hz.

I am a computer software engineer, made a quick application that dumps sound tones into a file and then used off the self "music mixing" software to underlay the tones in a music CD.

The results were mixed -
Tape One - did nothing for me
Tape Two - I quit smoking for about 3 months (and I LOVE to smoke)
Tape three put me to sleep fast (very fast, almost too fast)

so i would say (from my limited knowlege) it works.
BUT
do your research before you buy a product!

A lot of people experience this in the beginning and most of them say like you it is the heart cahkra that you're feeling. However some of the people like me are absolutely sure it is the real heart beating fast since I used to check my pulse. Maybe it is different for different people. You were not having a heart attack but if you generally have any problems with your heart it is not advisable to try to leave you body. I believe this occurs only in the beginning. The more you get to leave your body the less vibrations you'll experience when you leave. It's like you feel the separation instead of the vibrations. I don't know if I managed to explain it clearly [] But I hope it helped.

I have never healed my body from the "astral realm", however I have received messages, learned lessons, that I "brought back" to heal my body. This has happened a number of times, and with very good results. Some persons in the International Academy of Consciousness (IAC), talk about projecting for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment, as well as prevention. I know one of those persons is named Rodrigo who is from the Miami, Florida, USA Center. You can contact this organization at IAC World. I guess you just enter that into Google or some search engine. I really don't know much about them but they seem to have garnered an excellent reputation. I know some people at the University here who are very active with that group and seem to have had excellent results. Robert Bruce has a fairly good article on Healing from the Heart,( which you can access on this site ). I learned intuitively pretty much the same as he did after many years of working as a healer with various disciplines. I highly recommend you read his article.
