I'm home alone right now and my parents find it neccesary  to leave me home alone all day on Saturdays.  I have never seen a shadow person but I've been googling these things you guys keep mentioning and honestly, I kinda scared now. Please don't say these things aren't real.

How can I find this person. Please don't crash my hopes and tell me I can't.

A few hours ago I almost had my first conscious obe and i think it has been because i think about it all day. I was half a sleep than all of a sudden i start getting paralyzed and i can't hear myself scream and can't open my eyes I feel something pulling me (almost longing for me), but I focus on wiggling around.

If i decide to exercise in the astral world can i get stronger to fight demons or is it a mental things?

Please don't try to convince me to go along with it. I have no interest. And although i haven't achieved out of body experience yet. I want to avoid it at all cost. I wan't nothing to do with it I have not slept in 2 days.

How do i prevent astral projection?

please give me some methods.

And what are you experiences with them?

or is it just the astral plane you can go to?

Also will just thinking of a persons name and face bring to there whereabouts even if i don't know where they are?

is there something you can do to avoid them?

It seems like an entire new phase of my life and once i take a step in there is no turning back. I will have to deal with angels and demons and life and death which hopefully doesn't result in me drawing my last breath.

So how oh how can go into there  not knowing who will be there. Will the a hand on my should result in the in the standing of my hair.
