So here we go.

The memories of this dream start right outside my house, in the street. Everything was normal, until I looked up the sky and saw a big big planet, very close to our planet. It was earth like, water, continents... I could even distinguish the different colors of the land. The feeling of being there, seeing that... I can't describe. It was so powerful really.

The curious thing is that I never paid too much attention to that "story" of there being a planet, Nuburu is it called?. Never really dig into that much.

So; when I saw that in my dream I called my friends of course, to tell them to look up the sky. We decided to meet and walk around. People were crazy all around, chaos everywhere. Me and my friends were calmed, just enjoying the "change". I cannot remember well what happened exactly, I remember though going underwater seeing this... purple artifacts at the bottom of lakes, seas...etc.

I appeared in what was like a WWI bunker, all grey and old. I was laying down in a stretcher. And there he was, to my right, a 2 meter tall... ¿e.t?. He was kind of grey, had a long beard. Big black eyes. He was wearing some sort of a suit, nothing too "space-ish". I wasn't surprised, nor scared...etc; I had confidence in him for some reason.

He talked to me, telepathically, he told me to be relaxed and that he was going to fix me. I said all right, looked at him when he started doing reiki on me. He closed his eyes and started going up from my head, to my feet. I looked at him when his expression changed; he was disappointed when I heared in my mind "oh no, not again", coming from him.

That's when I woke up, feeling the strongest vibrations I've never felt, surrounding me. So so powerful. Of course I thought about ignoring them, and trying to get out, but I couldn't. I still had the image of my space friend, the vibrations slowly faded away. I'm not going to lie, my heart was racing like an F1 in Montecarlo.

I haven't thought about this experience, nor tried to define it. It is what it is, regardless of what I believe it was. But it was beautiful, calm, and exciting.

Somehow the sounds of it, the ambient, made me post it in the Astral pulse, knowing that many of you will feel that blue/purple color in the sound.

Hello everyone. Happy new year

So here is the thing, I came back to practice after a while, I've been meditating but very lightly these past holidays. Thinkin back about my last experiences, and posting about yesterday's practice; I used some soundtrack lionheart posted a while ago, 30 minutes track which worked perfectly. After 15 minutes of laying there, and tried focusing on a room of my old house from childhood I started feeling the spinning sensation, my awareness came straight to those feelings, I tried focusing back on the room but the spinning was to hreat so I let them be, after a while they stopped.

I stayed there, sound track stopped by then. I started to walk into my old house again, picturing and touching everything as if I were there; strong physical feelings once again, a bit of vibrations, lifting, heavyness... way too strong; I couldn't keep my focus.in anything else but on those strong feelings.

I enjoy these sensations( I think too much, hehe) but I cannot keep my awareness away from them ,they are too great.

Any advices, or has anyone been in this situation before?.

I suggest you to type in google: Fluoride in your water. Or the causes of Fluoride in your system (including Pineal Gland).

I can't give you resources, or pages, cause they're all in spanish. But really, it freaked me out, and once I got home and checked on my tooth brush, on my water even... Fluoride it's there.

So I had this dream; I was in a beautiful place, desert, mountains, forest...you name it  . I was with a tribe of some sort, can't actually remember them but I'm sure I wasn't part of them. I was just enjoying my self around that tribe.

I walked to a plain field, looked towards the desert and suddenly... I started growing. The feeling of it was somehow natural (dreams right?). I started growing so much that eventually the trees were the size of my nails, even smaller. I could see the curve of the earth...etc. So I was worried, cause I couldn't walk properly (I destroyed everything on my way, inevitable). It turned night, and I saw some fireplaces, and some anchors coming through the forest towards the tribe's town. I realized they were going to attack them, so I reached my hand towards them not really knowing what was I doing... as my hand got to the ground well, I couldn't see the people but I didn't feel too well about the outcome of my big "little" action.

I looked to the left, and saw this pack of lions. They started running towards me, and as they were, I started getting smaller to the point I was at my regular size when those lions came close. I climbed a weak tree that was by me, and stayed up there with the pack of lions underneath it. The tree started to fall down, breaking in pieces; can't remember much of that, but after a while I was in another dream, in the same place, telling the dream I just had to a friend of mine since childhood. Then we started jumping, around 20 meters per jump throughout the desert  .

Pretty nice dream if you ask me, but kind of... not sure. The feeling of being a giant was nice until I realized I couldn't move without killing everything around me. And the lions...god they were hungry

Okay, here is a thing that happened a couple of years ago. A bunch of friends and I were playing this board game, about a cell which you had to escape. True story about some american that escaped from a nazi prison.

In the middle of the game, people were talking out loud, but my best friend and I weren't, we were just starring at the board at that moment; when one of the pieces started moving, very softly. It moved around 3 or 4 squares, out of a cell, in a straight line. My face turned white, so did his. We looked at each other and freaked out.

The move was sooo neat, so perfectly smooth. I didn't think much about it, but I see two options: Either it was one of us, either was someone/something else 

So I was there, laying as usual, very relaxed. I was focusing on my spot at the blackness in front of me when I heard this voice of a woman, very clear, saying: " When you close your eyes, it doesn't mean you can't see. You should knew this by now". OR something like that, I'm translating (not language, the meaning) cause for some reason it sounded clear, but now I can't get the exact words, but I do remember the meaning and the half smile that I think I had in my face.

After that by the way, the blackness started shifting, into... well, there were shapes; full shapes. On the left and on the right, as if there were big boxes there.  That was this morning, I didn't put my headphones on today, so got distracted by sounds around the house.

Anyone had this kind of... information coming?, from voices that aren't your own, yet not being out of body, being totally aware of your physical self.

Hi everyone, glad to read you as always.

Last night, I woke up in the middle of the night, didn't check the time. I stayed still, and was very aware of my position in bed. I suddenly could see my wall in front of me, and a big white bright symbol... kind of a maze, very very bright, very clear. I had my eyes closed. But could still see the wall, and the maze itself, while being very aware of my body, and my state of consciousness.

I opened my eyes, thinking that I already had them open at that moment (when you just woke up, you're sometimes not sure if you have your eyes open, or where you are... etc. Takes me a few seconds to gain back lucidity).

Once I opened them I realized I was seeing that with my eyes closed, but it was so clear...

Any feedback?.

They bite me when I'm trying to meditate! . And those mosquito things you plug in just wont work. I do keep my windows open at night or it will be impossible to sleep.

Hi everyone, from Spain here.

I've been reading this site for a couple of months now, and have been trying to archieve an OBE ever since I discovered it. First times I was just attemping, to see how it goes ( I haver never tried any sort of meditation, or anything like that). I almost instantly got the falling sensation as if I was falling down, and spinning at the same time. It amazed me, of course I got too excited and my body got a little tense, since those sensations were new to me.

I can't say I have archieved one. But I think I'm getting pretty close.

I want to ask a couple of things though; Every time I try it, I get the feeling as if my body is far far away from me, below my own self. I also got the heart chakras racing madness. The problem is that I get too excited when this things occurr (Excuse my english). I know is a matter of patience, and patience is a thing I have (eaven though I'm 22, and I'm pretty mentally active).

I have found some answeres to this nervous feeling I get any time I feel those weird but pleasant sensations, one of them is to do regular energy work to stabilize my Energy Body. It has helped me so far, eaven last night, I was doing some energy work, and I started to feel that "getting farther away from my body", I managed to stay calmed and keep up with the energy work. After that, I started to feel as If my head was really turning red (as If you do some heavy heavy strength exercises). That sensation came down to my shoulders as well, and chest. I can't say it was surely vibrations, since I never had those, but I surely felt something powerful there). Again, I got excited and everything stoped.

Just wanted to tell here my experiences, ad see if anyone else have been in my state before, or is at the moment.

Appart from that, thank you to everyone for keeping this place as it is. So much great information here, and pretty nice people. All I can say is that my biggest goal in life right now, is to get as much knowledge as possible I can  before I leave this place. I take this life as an opportunity to learn, feel, and share.

P.D.   Also I want to add, that I'm not alone in this. Three of my closest friends are moving towards getting out of body. We share experiences, thoughts, and information. I can surely tell you human kind will fully awake, no longer this material world can fill our lifes. I'm sure we all have learned enough in our past living experiences. I get the feeling that important things will happen to us in this life, in this period of time. We are all together in it, we are all walking towards the same path.
