Best place to start? Have a look at the FAQ section, and have a look at the articles on the main www.astralpulse.com site. The site is mainly about OBE related topics, with a few offshoot forums for spirituality, religion, magic and philosophy discussions.
The energy raising forums are also in support OBE type topics, as OBEs and other psychic development generally requires you to raise your energy body to higher vibrational levels to achieve higher sensitivity to the spirit world or higher levels of consciousness.
