Hello again guys. I have been working a lot the past two years and haven't had anytime at all to try to get 'out'. If it it starts the happen I go with it but not using my old methods. Anyhow I wanted to talk about some things that are going on with my dreams lately. I have not had dreams come true or even a part of one. On the other hand things I have seen in projections were verified so many times, which makes what has been going on weird. So in my dream there was this woman. I couldn't see her face but she was tall and thin. For some reason she knew a bit about me, that I was married and have a daughter. For some reason she thought I was trying to come onto her and she yelled saying "you are married" I laughed and said "what?", curious as to what the heck she was going on about. Then she said "how would your daughter feel". I asked her what she meant and she said again "how would your daughter feel?". I said I don't see what she meant and she said "when your wife leaves you how do you think your daughter will feel?".

It bothered me and I thought how messed up that dream felt. It felt real weird, out of the norm from my usual dreams, but definitely not a projection. So a few days later Im at work and a friend and I were sitting together and a women sat down next to us. He was talking to her and she was going on about college which I though was weird considering she was in her late forties early fifties. So I asked what degree she was in for. The. She turned to me and asked "how would your daughter feel" I freaked out and said "what are you talking about?" and she sighed and said "how would your daughter feel?". My friend looked at her and asked her why she would bring up someone's kid and it wasn't cool to do so. She laughed and said "oh he knows why". It was the strangest thing. She's no longer working there two days later she was let go because our employers came to the conclusion the woman was nuts. But that doesn't explain what happened, she wasn't right in the head but this was no mere coincidence she acted as if she knew something only her and I knew. Like I should know what she was talking about and like I should recognize those exact words which I did. But she became increasingly agitated everytime I pretended those words meant nothing to me.

It's been a while since I last posted here. If anyone is wondering, yes I continued to go about obes. Anyway normally right before I exit I get the vibrations, and I hear a pulsating buzz or screeching sound. This last time I got the vibrations and the buzzing sound, then as the waves of vibrations rush over me and get more intense my senses sunk into the droning buzzing noise and it seemed my brain/mind or whatever started to decipher it. It appeared to me that this intense buzzing sound is not really one singular sound at all but a mix of thoughts/spoken language and everything in between. As I started to hear the parts making up the buzz I heard such turmoil and anguish I had to snap myself out of it and sit up it was really disturbing to hear. I heard women, men, children screaming, crying, yelling and even calling out for help. It was truly disturbing, I heard other things but these thing really stuck out. It was funny because up to this point I had experienced almost everything I read from Robert Monroe, before and after reading his books...everything but what he called the M-Band Noise until now. It was intense, and I thought I'd share it. There is a ton of pain and anguish in the world, and sometimes it's easy to forget that or take that for granted.

Attempted to get out and did. The intent was to do Jay's verification test. I ended up in a place on the otherside where a lot of people that passed over end up. I was talking with this older gentleman. I recognized him but I don't know from where. When I was there it just didn't seem to be important to ask him. He was explaining to me about the place and was showing me around. He was telling me that most everything we can do here in physical reality we can do there like read, he showed me books and how he could manipulate them, changing pictures around...etc. In this place it resembled a partially cloudy summer day. I wander if this is the place authors like Konstintinos and other occult authors talk about when they refer to the 'Summer Realm'.

Everything was bright but not too bright, just right. this guy told me a lot of things so it's hard to remember them all. He told me just about any luxory we have here in physical life can be replicated there. I asked about something a person here in physical reality was doing wrong when he mentioned this person but he said it wouldn't be right and something about a balance it's just something I had to find out find myself. The way he explained it is that it would be like cheating or something like that because he was talking about events that haven't happened yet in physical reality. At one point I felt myself slipping and I asked him how much control he had over my stability because I felt myself about to lose control and come back and he said oh about 4%. Part of the reason I asked was because I felt unusually anchored, like something was holding me there steadily than I can on my own. everything there was so serene and beautiful it would have to be seen to be believed. I just wonder where I knew the guy from and why was I being shown around like I was.

I feel bad I couldn't get out locally and try to move myself to jays place to give it a try, but I ended up with the most wonderful experience. I have been to a lot of places now but never to a place where absolutely everyone could see me. I mean these people were all passed over already. I instictively knew this but the guy also told me this. He was explaining that this place is to make people feel secure, and help transition them or something along those lines. Everyone there could do their own thing. It was like a huge sandbox, by that I mean everyone could create their own thing and enjoy themselves. I suggest trying to see if you can purposely visit this place. I don't know how but Im certainly going to try to get there again. It's odd how I end up in these odd places about 2 out of every 3 exits.

I actually came up with this idea a while back but have not gotten around to try it yet. It stems from my interest in a different area of parapsychology particularly EVPs (Electronic voice phenomena). For those who have never heard of it, it is when you are doing a recording on a tape recorder or other electronic mediums and upon playback you hear voices and sounds that you did not hear while recording. A lot of people have tried to dismiss this as radio transmissions or a persons brain is just making a person think they are hearing something they are not (persons brain is using the random sounds to internally create a dialog). Honestly these explanations can be applied to some situations and evp experiments but not all of them. However in those cases obviously you wouldn't consider them true evps anyway.

Sometimes you can get stray signals from radio broadcasts however those are obvious to spot. However these rebuttals do not apply to an Evp in which a person is calling out to you by name, talking about what you are doing at that moment, or asking or answering direct questions. All of the above has happened to me and most of my friends who experimented with Evps back in the day. However now with these Hollywood movies about the subject like the movie White Noise for instance, which was completely ignorant and idiotic in many ways, a lot of public interest has ensued. Now you can not talk about the subject without people saying things like "Do you believe everything you see in the movies?". The only reason why this has not been scientifically proven as a real occurrence is because the variables involved and the fact that they can not explain where they (the voices) come from. Unless it can be explained from the current scientific stand point it would not be officially validated.

They could have a EVP on tape that talks about the lab setup, and it will not matter unless there is a legitimate theory about how the voice got there that did not involve disembodied beings (because in science this is frowned upon). If you want to experiment go ahead, with time and patience you will see it is a legit phenomena. I have only mentioned this idea a few times, and I don't believe I've posted it here before. Anyway the idea is to setup a tape recorder or other electronic recording device out of earshot range of the area you go to practice the obe state. The reason for this is obvious, you can talk while projecting just like you can talk in your sleep (with practice of course). You can setup the tape recorder near some kind of ambient noise generator if you want, or try both with and without. The program I use to filter out the noise and amplify is cool edit pro 2 (yes its changed its name but I still use the old cool edit pro) and it works perfect for it. Once you project you go to the room with the recorder and try to imprint your voice on the recording through a variety of ways.

Try speaking into the mic, try screaming into the mic, try concentrating on the words, try everything you can think of to add your voice to the recording. After you are satisfied of the attempt, end the experience writing down in your journal what you tried to say. Add the audio from the recorder to your pc to strip out the ambient noise, and amplify what is left then listen to the recording. Obviously you will have a long recording so it will take some time to listen to the recording, unless you succeeded in projecting rather quickly. You can estimate the length of time it took you to succeed and go from there, or just go through the recording with a fine tooth comb (which is what I would do). If you succeed let us know of your results and obviously add a link to the recording. I will get around to this experiment myself sometime soon. I located my tape recorder but Im trying to hunt down my electronic recorder since it has a longer recording time, and sound quality is better.

I know this is something you probably have heard a lot, at least the general idea. Never the less it works a great deal for me when I do use it. Even if you are wide awake you can practice this method and even though you may not be able to get out if you are completely wide awake you will feel certain sensations and know what to look out for when you use this method in the right state. For practice lay down and get relaxed. I would say spend about ten minutes or so and get as relaxed as possible. When I do this I am laying on my stomach a lot, but either way it will not matter. Focus on the space about 1 to 2 feet from the crown (top) of your head. Of course for most people this area will be behind a wall if your bed is up against it like mine so do not be too literal about it. Picture it as like you are standing up and picturing the empty space a foot above your head. Just focus on this space only. Do not let other thoughts intrude your mind.

You need a single minded concentration on this. You can focus easy at first, but then try to sharpen your focus. Over short increments of time increase the strength of your focus on this space. You should start to feel some sensations in a pretty short amount of time. After some initial sensations I start to dip into the vibrations pretty quickly. Once you get them (if you are like me and get them everytime) shift the focus from focusing on this space only to focusing on entering that space. Picture this anyway you like but keep the main idea that you are now transferring your consciousness into this space. At this stage I start to feel an upwards rush as my awareness really does start to shift to this space. Obviously if you are completely wide awake you will probably not get this last sensation, but you should get some sensations and know what you are looking for in a full attempt.

You all pretty much know by now what the perfect state is for projection, and when you should attempt. If not it's the state, at least for me, in which I feel relaxed easily but not too tired to the point where I need to lay down to sleep. It's about the way you feel when you decide to take a mid day nap because you have nothing better to do (if you are so lucky). In this state it works perfect, and upon waking up obviously... pretty much anything works upon waking up.

Verification is always nice, of course it's usually personal verification. The best kind of verification is the profitable kind. 8-) Most projectors have a problem (including me) on including other people in a verification. However I have a few friends and family shaking their heads wondering now 'could he be right?'. I have been really busy lately with work, and not getting any sleep because of mine and my wife's schedule. This all revolves around a bet I placed, I'd have to review my journal at home for dates... perhaps I'll post that later when I get home from work. Never the less about 3 days perhaps a few more than that before I placed the bet I had an projection. I have always had my doubts about traveling in time (specifically to the 'future'). After witnessing things in the past in other experiences, from places I could not have memories from I knew that was possible. I always had a problem though with wanting to try to go to the 'future'.

I've had experiences where it sure seemed I did, but with those experiences only time will tell (probably from what I seen 5 - 10 years).  Never the less I found myself in my bed trying to go to sleep. I wondered to myself occupying my mind while I await sleep "I wonder who will win the superbowl between the colts and saints?". I get the vibrations, usual obe sensations and I said awesome a spontaneous obe. However what I seen was just not usual. I found myself literally on a football field the saints and the colts on the field at what seemed to be the last play of the game. I didnt look for the scores as I was really too preoccupied with "could I of caused myself to have a lucid dream by my super bowl thoughts?" I looked around to pay particular attention to who wins because I wanted to verify obviously. I found myself facing the back of blue and white uniforms and the saints on the other side. The colts were making an attempt. What I noticed next told me all I needed to know. I seen the colts' players bowing their head, and some even crying tears and not tears of joy.

I said thats gotta be it, the Saints win. Considering I do live in bloomington, Indiana I really had to ignore any bias. Sure I dislike Indiana in some ways and maybe even their team but I know they are a tough team, perhaps slightly overrated. Never the less. I struggled with thinking my obe must be a lucid dream because I had no real evidence that going to the future was possible, at least not to 'our future' because I do consider the many worlds theory to be pretty much the best theory on time/events...etc. However I when I sat up to get it into my journal I said well it felt like an obe, it was as clear as an obe, it seemed solidly objective to me as if I really was biased its always nice to see the home state team win even if you dislike them. I thought well it must be an obe then. So I stew on this for a few days. I go to work and I talk about it with a coworker. His brother believes in obe's but he doesn't so when I told him the Saints will win he thought I was nuts. He needed the Colts to win to avoid paying his boss 50 dollars. I said oh I know for a fact the Saints are going to win. He asked me how so I simply said in a joking way "I haaaaad a dream". Anyway I said to him (since he is a gambler) if he knew of a reputable online betting site based on Vegas odds. He said yep and showed me on his laptop. I asked him about the ins and outs of the site.

He told me if I did win it would take more than two weeks to cash out, and they charge 50 dollars to cash out. I said F* that I wish I was near Vegas and I would bet directly. He said "my father is in Vegas right now because he just got out of California from a hotel convention". I said no way, is there anyway he can place a bet for me? He told me that not only could he bet for me he could get a ticket and I could simply mail in the winning ticket and at no charge have a check cut and sent to me within two weeks. So his father placed the bet at his request for me at the Rio hotel and casino in Vegas, and brought the ticket back. I gave him the cash when he returned from Vegas for my ticket betting the Saints would win the Superbowl. The odds were 7 1/2 - 1 in favor of the Colts, the money line was +180 so for every hundred I bet I made a 180.... niiiiice for a team you know for a fact will win haha, I call those odds skewed (to my favor of course). Probability also told me (after already making up my mind of course to place the bet) that the Saints should have it. Anyway the rest is history, one thing I need to do in order to protect myself is to copy the bet ticket just in case anything goes wrong with the mailing of it.

However it was perfect verification not only to me but the one friend I did tell about the OBE, and well my wife is now thinking I might be evil by now... at first she just thought I was insane for placing the bet because not only were the colts favorited by the odds but no one thought the Saints had a flippin chance. So in fact I was not betting on the Saints to win, but I was betting on how confident I am that out of body experiences are legit and can be objective events if the projector takes care. I know this is a long ramble but I forwent my nap to watch the entire game to see if it is indeed what I experienced, particularly the last play which is where I ended up. So Im a bit tired. Also there are some Jehovah's witnesses (my mother told them about the obe's and the entire story regarding the bet before the game started) that now think that I am evil incarnate.  :evil:

I laid down at 9:00AM to go to sleep. I fell into a deep sleep quickly but awoke around 11:20 or so. I opened my eyes briefly and I felt (even with my eyes open) strong vibrations sweep in. I closed my eyes quickly and relaxed in just mere seconds the vibrations swept in full force. I felt the thing I commonly feel every so often, intense motion like Im going down a huge roller coaster hill at high speeds. I ended up in a place I did not recognize. However I had a plan (something I have been wanting to do). I concentrated hard on my intent and said aloud that I wanted to see the beginning of the earth. I felt an intense movement and everything went black. I was in a total void, nothing just blackness. In my field of vision I could barely make out weird movement. I looked closer and closer. I realized those movements I was seeing was being caused by these very very tiny particles. They were everywhere.

I guess sort of like what you would see if you let light into a window of a very dusty house, how you see the movements of the dust particles, except smaller scale and literally everywhere. I expected a big bang or something along those lines because my true intent was to witness everything, beginning of our solar system..etc Anyway never-the-less I began to see something interesting. These smale particles started to stick together, like being attracted to one another by some force. The more that became globbed together the faster it seemed to happen. At this point I felt I was starting to lose consciousness so I concentrated intently on committing this to memory. Before I knew it I ended up in a semi-conscious weird dream, about racing to different points of a city and injecting myself with some odd substance (like I said weird dream). Anyway my wife woke me up at noon and I had almost forgot about the obe. Lately Ive only been sleeping a good 4 hours a day if that, luckily for me I have a good memory with this otherwise I might have forgotten I succeeded in the first place. I don't know what to make of the results of my idea for the obe, but that is what I saw. It was definitely not what I expected though.

In the past few weeks I have had a dry spell when it comes to projections. It's probably due to the weird schedule I keep. I work third shift and get off at 7am sometimes later, I get to bed by 8 - 8:30 then at noon I have to wake up to watch my daughter because my wife leaves for work. So on a good day I may get around 4 hours of sleep and on bad days around 2 hours. It really is a crap schedule but I have to do this so that my daughter wont need a babysitter as I really don't trust my daughter with strangers and my family is states away. Since I have kept this insane schedule I have not had many out of body experiences, still have some but not as many as I used to. Since I have read something from Stephen Laberge about Galantamine I became interested in it, but never thought about it much as at the time had plenty of projections and didn't think I would benefit from it in anyway.

I've read a lot from others who have tried it with great success. I'm not worried about that too much, I'm sure with a small nudge from the galantamine I could get out as long as I get to the familiar states I can force it. Anyway my interest in it lies within its reported ability to sustain precursors to prolong the experience. Some people have reported projections and lucid dreams that seemed to last around an hour (real time). That alone interests me greatly as even if I use techniques to prolong a projection it will usually end around 20 - 30 minutes at the most. With a prolonged state I can probably pull around 50 minutes no problem with my experience.

To have around 50 minutes or so to explore even further really opens the door for me to do some projection experiments I've been wanting to do while out. However when I get out I have no idea how much time I have and the experience ends before I find a viable way to reach my goal, and usually this means not figuring out how to get myself from point A. to point B. especially if we are talking about the real time zone (yeah I have yet to actually teleport myself from point a to point b in the rtz). Anyway obviously I don't feel I need anything for help but I do a lot of experiments with other things to see what could aid an aspiring projector and what is just not practical. So I figured I would order Galantamine in the following dose: 1 Capsule = 4mg Galantamine; 200mg Choline. I do not like the idea of taking the higher 8mg capsules.

I think if Galantamine is going to work, it would work with 4mg. I do have a host of 'chores'/experiments I will perform that have real world value, not monetary but I mean applies to the physical world. I have received the Galantamine today (ordered beginning of last week), but I do have to wait for a day off because it does take some time because I will be using the "wake back to bed" method while using it. I really don't feel I need to but will because it seems to work best this way. This thread is the one I will be adding updates to for these experiments so be sure to check back sometime next week (next day off is monday).

   Laid down within a minute was out of my body with the intent on trying to make it to the white house.
I ended up in some place that looked familiar to me, in the physical. I tried to will myself to the whitehouse... no luck just when I would sense movement the obe would start to fade out. Demanding clarity would yield results in the way of visual clarity. But I could tell I was lacking on the focus side, probably because mentally I am pretty tired still. Demanding focus does not work the same as demanding visual clarity. Tried some more times to end up at the white house, did not work. I figured Ill try to bring something relevant back. I walked by a red car with a person inside. I yelled, waved my arms and no results. I tried to get other people to see me and no one could. I knew I was definitely someplace within the physical. It lacked that mystical/magical kind of feel I have when I end up places in the non-physical. Colours were bland and everything was physically orientated. I seen some kind of military man talking to someone and seen him write something down.

  So I went over to him and he had the name Kent Chaser written down.Also tried intending on sitting up to end the projection before my consciousness would fall prey to sleep, but I would not end up sitting up in the physical like I usually would. I would still be in the non-physical. I was like "oh crap it's not working". Tried again... "nope still in the non-physical body". I kept repeating the name so I wouldn't forget... then I intended to sit up... again nothing. I said to myself "well what the hell it always works". Finally on the last try it worked. Now that I am physically up I know why. Mentally Im as tired as you could get. I staggered/stumbled over to the table to type this up, couldn't even walk lol. A lot of details of this were lost as my focus is not all there, and attempts to sit up would not work right away so in the process of trying to sit my physical body up I lost a lot of the information I was trying to bring back. The only thing I was able to bring back is what I seen the military man write down for someone, and that is the name Kent Chaser. I have no idea what it means or who that is I just wanted to bring something back I could look up and validate.

  The original intent was to make it to the white house to view a meeting that was to take place this morning (which I believe was a meeting with Obama and the CDC to brief him on the Flu response and preparedness assessments) to see if I could glean some information I could bring back and check up on. Will just have to try try again. At least I brought something back, just don't know how useful a name is. I did some search for people named Kent Chaser but nothing came up. I know I remembered it correctly though, I paid extra close attention to it. There was a time or date written down next to it, perhaps a meeting with a guy named Kent Chaser... but I paid no attention to the numbers just the name.

Laying down half asleep. Had a scenerio playing out in my mind, almost like a dream but not visual at all. Then it hit me that I was in the right state for an OBE as soon as I felt the first electrical rush. I then feel as though Im moving forward into a dark tunnel at a very fast rate. At the very end I see some light radiating. It was multi coloured. I end up in this room and I hear a kind of droning sound. As I move around I realize I am in a room in a house but do not know where. When I go to turn around in the window of a door (wooden door but mostly made of glass) I see a reflection and it is the multi-coloured light. It's so bright that even the reflection causes part of the room to radiate/glow. The light itself was very distinct.

  There were multiple colours in the form of oval rings making up on light. What you could compare it to is how a person or any other heat radiating object would look in a thermal cam. Very odd. I slide outside through the door. What I find out there is spectacular. It seems like a very mystical place, but also campus like. The grass is flowing in such a way it's motion is just majestic. Very crisp green, not to dark not to light... but also seems to radiate some kind of energy/glow. I see a building, not very large that has an interesting shape almost castle like in the way it was made. Two parts almost tower like, and a huge wooden door. The entire thing being made of stone. I see some maroon signs, and some paths to other buildings like it. In the middle there is sort of a court yard patio made of bricks in a pretty interesting design. Even more interesting were the animals gathering in the middle of it, kind of roaming around and not timid at all. There was this one I focused on more than the others so I would be able to describe at least one of the way the animals looked here. It had an almost triangular shape to it's head.

  The face came to an extreme point for an animal and it's ears were pretty long. Short hair light in colour. It was just a weird wild animal. I walked into another building then I started to lose focus. So I repeated focus focus...clarity... and it worked as it does if you just command yourself to. It prolonged the experience well enough. Instead of roaming around inside I went back out and noted the stunning beauty of this place. Also as I was walking to go back out I heard someone talk to me, or say something that referred to me. It was soft spoken male and he was telling me to take my time when I was trying to prolong my experience. It was right when I focused a certain way and I almost stopped perceiving the area. I did not see anyone around so I continued on. I started to hear wind raging outside and even though I was out of the body I still didn't want to stick around.

   I jumped to fly and could still hear the massive wind building. So I turned around but continued to fly so I was flying backwards. After I was down a bit from the place I felt more comfortable. I started to hear arguing some woman screaming at another or perhaps a male can't tell as the other party didn't get a word in. I was above this place and the roof was pretty interesting made with panes of glass inserted into structure to shape and hold the weight. I couldn't figure out where the voice was coming from. At this point I decided if I wanted to remember this all I better keep it short. So I intended to sit up in the physical, and came to sitting up.

   I woke up earlier, stayed up for a little while then laid down in my bedroom. I was completely awake and could not get close to going back to sleep. I was not even in the hypnagogic state yet. I noticed an interesting thing though if I focused in a way that my awareness would stretch out. It felt like I was being stretched like taffy through my head. Each time I would pretend like I was trying to pull the other end of my room torwards me, this would happen. I relaxed even more which was hard because my daughter was running around on the bed and my wife was on her computer talking to me the entire time. I felt a quick electric like sensation in my head (very subtle vibration). I had an idea, because of my theory about eye (physical eye) placement and brainwaves/altered states. The next time one of those tiny vibrations took place I rolled my eyes upward and shifted them from side to side real quick, like I was mocking REM sleep (even though not all projections take place in this state).

   I shifted my awareness and forcefully willed myself upwards. Sure enough I was out and very quickly. As I was floating up I could not see anything but could only feel going up. For a few seconds I seen weird shapes in sort of a void. Like cylinders standing up vertically but lining up in a line horizontally (not quite sure what it was). With the intention of shifting my focus so I could see my surroundings I seen my room/physical body/daughter and wife just as I was ceiling level. I went up through the ceiling and the upstairs to outside. This entire time it was hard enough to focus as my wife kept asking me if I was listening to her. She kept saying did you hear what I said? I intended to keep it short anyway so I focus on sitting up physically and did so. It was kind of funny because before I made the exit I was sitting up in bed talking to my wife only 2 minutes earlier, which is why she still thought I was listening. Im surprised I was able to force an exit because I wasn't even deep enough at this point to hit hypnagogia, was just really relaxed and approached it a different way.It was one of the less eventful projections but flying is always fun.

Was woken up by my wife and daughter so I moved to a different room. I laid down for a while walking the line between sleep and wakefulness. I realized I was in the perfect state for projection, it feels to me like being out of sync...disorganized. Never the less the rush came in which feels like going down a large hill on a roller coaster. I found myself in this suburban type of neighborhood.. no houses just duplexes. I walked through the front door of one (literally) I seen two young children running around by themselves. A little boy, and a girl unsupervised just wandering around. I began to wonder where their parents were so I went looking. I finally found the mother taking a bath, which sort of relieved me since I thought they might be in the house alone. I did try to get the children' attention but they did not see me in a manner where they looked directly at me but when I was walking to the sides of them they would turn their heads quickly in my direction. Perhaps they were perceiving movement in their peripheral view.

I left the house and went outside to get in some flying time  as soon as I moved into the air I was yanked backwards through the air at a great speed. I then fell from the sky from a pretty high distance as I was cloud level. I was laying horizontal and spinning as I was falling so it was very disorientating. I stood up and I was in a really rural type of place but with a lot of houses. Sort of like a small town but condensed and everyone lived near each other. The very first thing noticed was that I could no longer walk, I just bouncing up and down. I felt a weird sensation on the feet. It felt like a very strong magnetic repulsion was keeping my feet from touching the ground, and the bouncing was a result of me trying to walk. I used all my will to will myself onto the ground but couldn't I was just stuck in the air. I decided to fly so as I went to move up further in the air once again some unknown force threw me through the air like a rag doll in all directions it was the oddest thing that has happened to me. I decided to terminate the experience and just start over, by this time I had been projecting for what seemed like a very significant period of time. Once I was back in my bed again I closed my eyes and focused. This time I wanted to try something else completely. Rather than projecting I thought about trying to "peer" through time, which is something I haven't tried, although I have accidentally projected to future and past. Upon my intention of doing so and enough focus in the middle of my field of view which was the usual 3 dimensional blackness I seen something happening like a small roundish window opening up. I started to hear people talking, screaming, yelling.. and police officers screaming "Police freeze" and I heard the steady whining of their sirens which seemed very loud and annoying in this altered state of mind. I could see what looked like a bridge a guy was standing on. This guy was dressed in some kind of uniform and looked sort of like a swat team member but more military and he was the guy in which the cops were telling to freeze. He was wielding a sub machine gun of some type (I am not a gun expert but it was definitely a sub machine gun). He would not put it down and was pointing it every which way.


Just then my wife walks in and tells me she needs me to go into the kitchen to get something down from the top shelf (she is only 4ft 11in). All in all it was a really interesting experiment, but not as fun as a projection of course. The falling from the sky whether intentionally or not with no intent of stopping the fall is a very freeing and fun experience, no roller coaster in the world can beat a straight drop unaided from the sky heh. I am wondering if this is the force that Oliver Fox wrote about in his astral projection book, that some I think Robert Bruce calls "astral winds". All I know is whatever it was there was no fighting it, and no telling where you will end up when it stops.

  Laid down earlier to take a nap before work, was tired from doing work over my aunts house. I laid down and relaxed then attempted to project. I was so tired I fell asleep. I woke up some time later and remembered not to move, it seems the vibrations were so intense it jolted me out of sleep. I did a few mental exercises (math) to see if I was entirely awake and I was. The vibrations and the energy was just so strong I knew I could separate if I tried. I thought about moving up and out, but I didn't.

   So I pushed off my bed and looked up, I felt heavy and I looked around, could see everything perfectly. I felt like I was supporting my physical body with my arms and thought damn it I'm moving my physical body so I laid back down thinking I screwed it up by moving physically. Then the frustration that set it made the vibrations fade away. I couldn't get them back so I sat up and thought about it only to realize I didn't really move physically then that made me really frustrated heh. I wouldn't know what you would call that, some would say it is a false awakening. I wouldn't go that far though because I was already awake before trying to get out. Anyway I felt so damn physical that even with all my mental faculties working perfectly I could not tell the difference between being physical and being out of the body, time and time again I am fooled into thinking Im physically sitting up because sometimes I must be getting out so close to the physical realm that it in turn makes me feel more physical while out.

   Anyway when the vibrations were going I felt so much energy coursing through me it was ridiculous almost stronger then the strongest I've ever felt, which hasn't been for a very long time. Usually, at least lately, the vibrations and energy hasn't been as strong. The only thing I can think of that I did differently today was I planted plants for my aunt. This may sound weird but perhaps being around or taking care of plants perhaps imparts some kind of energy into yourself, perhaps like you are absorbing some of it's energy. I never thought about energy raising before and never thought there was a need to but just maybe there is something to it that could help. All I know is that today for whatever reason I felt a rush of strong energy, and felt more energetic while trying to get out than usual. If I hadn't been tricked into thinking I was moving physically it would have been an interesting experience I am sure.

Laid down the vibrations started. I rolled over onto my side to get more comfortable. The vibrations kicked in again and I felt that intense motion feel like riding down a steep roller coaster. I realized I Went back to the Village in 1996. I seen a lot of old friends in the way they looked when they were around 14 years old. I seen my Mom back then. It was such a surreal experience everyone was a completely different person than they are now. As I walked around I could not believe I was actually there seeing everything I haven't seen since I was 14. I seen two of my old friends LS and BM running around with two of my ex's on their back, laughing and just having fun. I laughed to myself thinking yeah you think you got them now but in a year from now I get them both [in bed]. I was seeing a day in which I was not around (physically must of been at home that day).

    My aunt lived in the village though and my mom would always drive down to hang out. Everything was so right I mean I haven't seen what any of my friends looked like at that age since I was that age, so when I first seen them in this obe I almost couldn't recognize them then it hit me who they were and at what age heh. I felt bad though both of them are no longer my friends in the physical. Staring at them was odd though knowing all that I know now, that we wont be friends and what happens to them both... it is kind of sad that they were so free spirited not knowing just what kind of messed up stuff lays beyond them. In the moment I wished I was able to materialize myself there to take a picture of them, however I just knew it was wishful thinking... but at least I got this experience. It's so odd not knowing where and when I'll end of when attempting to obe.

  Not all the time but at least half that time that is a genuine concern, but Im glad it happened this time. Even if I could of somehow relayed a message to them, I knew that they would never have believed me about what goes on in their lives later. I spent a few minutes at my aunts place looking at my cousins, my aunt, my mother and just how young they looked 13 years ago is astonishing huge differences. Then I sat up in the physical as the experience was slipping. 

[note: I realized what I wanted to do, my objective but the importance of it seemed to pale in comparison to the importance of what I was experiencing at the time. It was the first time I ended up back in time]

Vibrations started after periods of losing and gaining consciousness. I exited and ended up in the room I was laying in. I looked around for a moment and an idea occurred to me to try something new. I remembered how in one of my previous experience a long time ago I began seeing in all directions all at once out of the blue (360 degree vision). However short of looking at my hands I realized I never really made any real attempts to perceive my body (my non physical body) while I was projecting. I recounted that experience of seeing in 360 degrees and wondered if it was possible to shift my consciousness to see my non physical self from a third person view. At the thought I felt a shift in perception and I seen a figure standing in the middle of the room. I thought about lifting my right arm and it did. I realized I was now seeing my non physical body from the third person view. I turned around to see the head and front. What I seen startled the crap out of me. My arms had a checkered pattern (sort of what I seen described in Rick Strassmans DMT book). However what freaked me out the most was my head and face. My head was a deep blue colour and there was an odd pattern on my head. I had no hair just bald blue head and what looked like yellow lotus flowers connected by single lines in a geometric pattern. This was the very first time I ever encountered something like this. I don't think I'll be wanting to see myself while out of the body again lol. I always thought and expected like others mention that it would be a dark filmy, or perhaps even sparkly energy body, but that is not what I seen. Anyway just thought you guys might be interested in hearing about that.

I would like you guys to give this a try and post what you experience. Do whatever you usually do to get deeply relaxed. Once you get the point when your hands are going a little numb, and you feel like you are to the point where you might fall asleep. Roll your eyes up (while keeping them closed of course). Make them look up as high as you can to where it starts to feel a little uncomfortable (not too much of course). Then focus all your attention on this point as if you plan on exiting through that spot. You should know if this is going to get you results within a minute or two. You should feel as if all your awareness is being condensed in this spot and the parts of you that werent numb already are instantly going numb, and you should start to feel as though your bodily awareness is melting away pretty quickly.

Note: Normally I will project while laying on my stomach, and on my sides (and sometimes on my back). However I have trouble finding the same position with my eyes while on my sides or stomach. I only manage for this to work while laying on my back (it seems just merely its a problem finding the same position with my eyes in any other position). Also if you do this when you are not deep enough yet, you will get results but you will peak in results and wont get to seperation. If you do it while you are in the right level of deepness you should start seperating within a few minutes. Anyway just give this a try and let me know what happens.

I think I may have found a way to use physical tools to induce an obe. Right now Im going to be vague because I do not know if it is safe to do so. I have just only tried it once at 3:00 am today (30 minutes ago as of this posting). Having obe's unaided for some time now, without any fear is one thing. But using physical tools to attain the state, could there be physical consequences? This is the question I am now asking myself after what I just experienced. Within 5 minutes my face grew increasingly numb.


   I thought hey this is different so I relaxed a little more to see how far this technique would take me. All of a sudden once my face grew increasingly numb I could see through my closed eyelids. Feeling very odd I started to let fear creep in because of the aforementioned question, all of a sudden I couldn't see through my closed eyelids anymore. I reassured myself okay this is just like any other time without using a physical tool just relax into it, "just relax into it".... then BAM I'm seeing through my closed eyelids again. My heart beat grew rapid (which is never the case for me when doing obe's naturally). Now my chest was growing numb increasingly, and my irregular heart beats start rearing it's ugly head I turned everything off and sat up.

   The shear intensity of the experience, the very very quick onset of effects and results is stunning. Now I wonder if I can take this idea, really relax into it and force a seperation. First things first though, I'm going to march up to the room with my courage I seem to be having and see if I can replicate the results. I will post back here in about 30 minutes. Since falling asleep doing the technique Im doing is not a problem, fear for the worst if I don't post a follow up =-) I'm just wondering if the drowsiness I have is making the technique work so well? Perhaps once I try this again here in a minute, if it works again Ill have to try fully awake tomorrow and see if the same thing happens. Will be back!

Laid down to go to sleep. The vibrations kicked in. I thought about making them stronger like usual but before I could start my technique to do so they just got stronger on their own with the mere thought of them getting

stronger.Once again I ended up somewhere other than my room. I was in this nice neighborhood. I went to fly to explore a little bit and I noticed something. This neighborhood was built vertically in columns it is hard to explain without drawing but there must of been around 3 to 5 layers of houses, something I have never seen anything like this in this world. I'm starting to think that perhaps sometimes I am going accidently into another time, or a parallel earth.

Anyhow I went above all the houses and just tried to perfect flying for a bit. The feeling of just flying when you go so high reminds me of the feeling you get when you go on a roller coaster, or an airplane with the exception of it being more intense because there is nothing around you obstructing your view. You are completely flying unattended. SO when you fall (which I did) it's a rush. The thought of falling came to mind and I ultimately went down to the ground.

I thought I might take this chance to try my hand at teleporting again. I came up with the intention of going to astral pulse island. I remember seeing a shift almost like going through a tunnel. In the middle of my vision (like tunnel vision) I can see water and waves. In a few seconds the black borders of my sight expanded and I could see perfectly now.

I stared a few seconds at the water with the thought that, if I didnt make it to API at least I successfully teleported this time. I looked down I seen sand at my feet. I turned to the right and seen the coastline. Before I could go anywhere else I snapped out of it. I guess I will have to try again.

Laying in the bed, started to feel the vibrations so I focused on making them stronger. Started to feel
the increase in the vibrations and started to see slowly through my eye lids. Before I knew it I was flying over
constructed water falls in some massive glass room. Everything was so beautiful and the reflections off the surface
of the water and glass walls were coloured like a rainbow. I started to clap my hands to focus myself (which is something
routinely do because it seems to help). I started to feel a shift and before I knew it I was standing in an airport/
or large bus station. I felt so extremely solid (unlike dreams or lucid dreams) that I almost believed for a moment
I was not projecting any longer but physically walking around. Commonly if Im out and black out for a moment or shift
elsewhere for whatever reason something happens to make everything seem so solid and physical, to the point where
I believe I must be physically active. I retained full consciousness so I walked up to a counter and placed my hand
on it. It felt completely solid. I concentrated on my hand sinking into the counter (to test to see if I was physical or not)
and after a second it did. I concluded I was obviously still out of the body. There were a lot of people walking around, I tried to get peoples attention to see if they could see me, and they couldnt.

  I looked around for a moment or two. I realized I had to try something as to not waste the chance/experience. So I said to myself aloud (another thing I routinely do because it's not like anyone else will notice heh) "I want to go to the white house" so I reinforced that aloud to see if that would make me shift/teleport there. An older gentleman with glasses, and grey hair sort of sloped over to one end like a come-over but he was not bolding came walking up to me. He asked me why I would want to go
to the white house. I said "you can see me?" He acknowledged that he could.
he also mentioned that they would be doing something there right now or that whatever they were doing would not be interesting (one of the two) , as if he were trying to talk me out of it. I could not hear the last part of what he said so I asked him to repeat it. Instead he told me to take his hand and he would take me there. I took his hand felt a shift but snapped out of it because my wife was
yelling for me.

Notes: There is a lot I don't know about this gentleman though. From the experience I gather he was just there on his own before I came along, perhaps just watching people for whatever reason. I think the only reason he came up to me is he realized that I was unlike everyone else there (not physical like himself). I have no idea whether he knew I was still alive physically or not, I doubt he did know which is probably why he was questioning my desire to go to the white house. (Im sure if I were dead physically the last thing I would want to do is to go see the white house heh). From the amount of control he had, focus...etc I would say he has been non-physical for some time (meaning he's most likely not living in the physical any longer). This is the very first time ever that someone in one of my obe's had acknowledged my existence while out for obvious reasons. (pretty hard for people that are physical to see the non physical) Im excited about it because I do not go out of my way to find people who are able to see me...etc. because it would waste my time to do some other things I have been wanting to do. It's great I could just go about my business and someone who was out (permanently?) came up to me and talked to me.

Hello I dont know if many of you know who I am or remember me. I was a member a year ago here (by the same nickname I am using now).  To everyone who remembers me hello, to those who have now just heard of me nice to meet you. I am posting two articles I wrote a year ago here, some of you may have already read them, in that case read again. I have spent the last year implementing the same methods I give in the articles and I have an amazing amount of mental control and have progressed so much and I attribute it to everything I explain in these articles. Give the ideas expressed herein a chance and you might be surprised. With that being said here you go.....

Wake initiated lucid dreams and astral projections from non rem sleep with consciousness intact.

For the many people who try to have lucid dreams and astral projections, most methods described by other's whom experience the lucid or obe state are for the most part misleading, not intentionally of course. Rather the experience itself is so complex that they lose sight of how they accomplished it in the first place. That and what they do and their thought processes leading up to the experience is in itself hard as hell to explain and rightfully so.

I have experienced lucid dreams for the first time a few months ago as a direct result of the way I try to induce astral projections. Before I thought I had experienced the perfect state for projection but it wasn't until now I know the exact state to be in. I haven't used this state yet to project because at the time my intentions were on having lucid dreams. I set out to see what occurs between dreams and being awake, meaning can one be conscious during regular non-rem sleep? Having accomplished this I can say for a fact yes. As to what occurs in this regular sleep, I can explain this too.

Once fully asleep (non-rem) with an active consciousness I felt all pre-projection symptoms. Vibrations accompanied by a roaring in the ears and a feeling of pressure in the ears when the roaring sound occured.
Also in the head there is a shocking kind of feeling that spreads throughout the body and with that feeelings of movement may occur. All these added up is what I know as the vibrational state.

So the state to be in is regular non-rem sleep with your consciousness intact. The phrase mind awake/body asleep sounds right and technically is, but seems a little misleading. You yourself are sleeping when people think of body asleep they think "oh the body is numb", well its sort of correct but theres more to it than mere numbness.

I am sorry that I have to go through explainations first before telling you the method I used, if thats what you want to call it. You must know my explainations as to what the mind goes through because most people do not describe it well enough or only give you methods that do not work or they work but you dont know hotw to think with control or you cant control your thought process. I will give my account of what I did and what my thought processes were doing at the time.

Alright having explained what I thought needed to be said I will move on. I am not sure if this had anything to do with what happened but I will go ahead and say it anyway. I was half tired and just as equally awake. I had only three and a half or so hours to sleep before I had to leave for work. I decided to use those approx. hours to sleep, anytime I go to sleep I attempt projection and while I try I just fall asleep while trying so its just a part of my sleep pattern now.

So anyway I slept for 3-3 1/2 hours, woke up drove to pick my wife up. Came home spent sometime online, then laid down to sleep/project for another 3 1/2 hours. I laid down and let my mind wander and I kept my thinking pattern going normally until I notice I am in what I call stage 2., which is where sounds have an impact on my body. In short when a real sound occurs in my room I feel it in my body, a slight cushy,win,electric wave will hit my body. Now if this works in my favor that electric shock feeling stays and pulsates this is when I cease and slow my thoughts down and I dont pay attention or too much attention to this feeling. The more I ignore it the stronger it becomes, sometimes I will have to focus on strengthening it, but for the most part I dont have to do anything other than ignore it.

Ideally this shock feeling will spread to the rest of my body and give the impression of being electrocuted, more or less like when I am at a dentist and have the nitrious oxide mask on is what it feels like, but its a really deep body shock feeling. With this sometimes I feel spinning sensations or sinking sensation, with the spinning I feel positive and negative g's but not everytime.

Now is when to stop all thought bud dont lose your consciousness either. ONce I see hypnagogic images and hear sounds I call this stage 3, and this is when most everyone loses consciousness when they are going to sleep normally. Since all this occurs so close to sleep and even mixes or overlaps sleep most if not all of these sensations are forgotten with dreams upson awakening, unless you have good dream recal even then some are still lost. So to recap I am feeling a electric type sensation and seeing visuals. At this point I can do two things let myself go deeper or pay closer attention to the images thus also lowering myself further into sleep only in a controlled way.

What happened at this point is the sensations already felt intensify or go from moderate to concrete occuring non-stop and pulsating. From here I may drift in and out of consciousness, but I realized this is not what you want. Grasp your consciousness and keep it. What happened next slightly confused me. I still had full awareness but never the less I blacked out (losing consciousness/awarenesss momentarily). It may have been seconds or minutes no longer than 4 minutes, because I mapped out the times from each dream (percepted times and it matches up with real time spent sleeping minus the 20 minutes used getting to this state. When I woke up or I should say gained consciousness but the effect was I woke up in a dream. I dont mean I was dreaming and gained lucidity I mean there was no dream till I woke up consciously then it sort of formed around me (the dream environment).

At first I stood up and said "what the hell happened" then "am I projecting or did I come to in a lucid state"
I looked around and then tested control, and I came to the conclusion its a lucid state. I walked around in this huge empty room. There were windows, nice white walls and a wooden tile floor. The i-beams were a give away this was just a nice office room within an industrial building. I then said "well this is no fun, there are no people around" It was amazing I awaoke in a dream that had no signs of life, just dead silence, no monsters, no people nothing but me. I said time to liven this up, I noted filling this room with people and desks would do it. Then instantly there were desks, people, sculptures and all sorts of office [edit] around. I then said a phrase I say in real life when I accomplish something amazing which is "Bickety bam" which is one of the hundreds of non sensical things I say on a daily basis.

I looked around there were more men than women so I thought "more women" with that thought there were knocks at the office door and women entered. I looked around and marveled at my creative environment I have made saying "Holy sh**, I am more in control than in my first two lucid dreams" Okay what I have to say next is the most amazing discovery I made today. I used thoughts or methods from some people but the way I applied them probably hasnt been done before. I want to say first that I appreciate everyone that has read my article this far and in the next few pages I will explain something that I havent seen anywhere else or heard about, so you wont be disappointed. Tust me. I appreciate it because I have taken my time in analyzing my lucid state and noted exactly how I achieved it, and what I went through mentally and the sensations that occured. Then I came to work where I am taking my time to write this out page by page then once I go home I will be typing this out word for word only for others' benefits.

Okay now onto why I wanted to go lucid. The last time I had a lucid dream at one point I seen it start to fade, I focused to stop it from doing so over and over again. But whatwould happen if I let it fade? I know what happens for most people, the dream starts to fade and along with the dream the consciousness fades out until you go unconscious and into a regular non rem sleep with no consciousness and for some people they wake up. but what if you let the dream fade and kept your consciousness? Heres what happened, I found my eyes (physical eyes) werent moving at all. The dream was completely gone and I was completely conscious still, with full and complete awareness of my body and the sensations of the vibes were still felt. I knew and felt the exact position of my physical body. As far as sight, well nothing but complete darkness. Immediately I knew what happened and what this state was it was just normal non rem sleep only I have my consciousness going. It then suddenly hit me like a punch in the face. I researched a lot of experiements with obe'ers, including Robert Monroes and at the times he said he was out of the body, the eeg and technician observing said he was in a seemingly normal non rem sleep. Everyone I looked into the eeg and technician concluded the same, along with some weird eeg readouts that they werent sure of what it meant.

So the projectors were able to relax so well and firmly grasp their consciousness but the let the subconscious take over all body functions, but kept their consciousness in control over their mind. In short its a conscious non rem sleep which is exactly regular sleep with your consciousness intact. NOw here I am in complete darkness, feeling vibes,hearing roaring in my ears, feeling pressure in my ears with the roaring. I said "this is the perfect state in which projection would be simple."

It came (projection) so easy in fact at that thought I started to feel my legs and arms start to rise, I said "get back into my body" referring to my limbs and they stopped, and I felt a sinking/falling sensation in them, my focus at the time was mastering the lucid state. Once again here I was in darkness, so I wanted to see if I can bring a lucid dream about by thought and focus (keep in mind I am in non-rem sleep) and nothing happens. I remembered some one told me when your lucid in a dream if you see it starting to fade if you spin you will stabalize the dream. I thought well I am not in a dream though, can this work to bring a dream about from normal sleep. The answer amazed me. Even thought I was not in a dream I could spin around. It was more like I was spinning my awareness but when I spun I could feely myself spinning.

I had no pre-conceived idea aslo what if anything would happen by doing this. To my surprise while I was spinning a shard appeard, it was a fragment like a really thin but long piece of a picture, a long rectangle with very small width. The more I spun the more shards appeared, connecting to previous shards. I could see a picture forming before my own eyes, a picture I was not making. I was only spinning. I seen half the picture was finished and I wanted to see what would happen if I stopped mid-way. So I stopped and it started to fade away. I let it fade away and all I could see was darkness again. I said "okay lets try that again"

So I spin and spin, one by one dream shards came up. At first all I could see was backs of seats and they were red. Soon I seen two rows of these seats. Then rows and rows of seats,finally I see a movie screen. Then the picture was complete. It was a movie theatre, at first I could see all the individual outlines of the shards then it smooths over and I am left with a very highly detailed picture of a movie theatre. I said "Now what do I do with this picture?" I came up with an idea to push my consciousness closer. So I move closer to it till I am up against it, I move a little closer then looked around. I look all the way around me and see that I am now in the movie theatre, it was all around me. I said to myself "I am in the fuc*ing picture!!" I jumped up and down because I was so excited. I noted everything and I was in this theatre all by myself.I created people, then pointed my attention to the screen as there was actually a movie playing, and it was a real life movie too. I wont say which movie it would be too cliche.

I shifted my attention to the people then back to the screen. Now the movie was gone and replaced by a guy talking to a girl it looked like it was a girl movie. I said to myself "can I do this again?"
Referring to getting back to regular non-rem sleep and back to a lucid dream. Once the dream starts to fade I went about my mental technique (explained later) to keep my awareness/consciousness and I was back into the darkness and once again aware of my real physical body and its position. Thinking I couldn't possibly repeat what I just pulled off, I tried it again and to my surprise the dream shards come again. ONce again I could enter the finished pictures. ANd each time I could let the dream fade on its own and keep my consciousness.

I repeated the process till I had 6 lucid dreams each feeling like they lasted a half hour. I sat in darkness whie noting to myself what I had just done and accomplished at that thought my alarm went off. My alarm doesnt make any noise it has a wire connecting a black box, you put the box under your pillow and it vibrates when the alarm time comes. I sat in darkness and said well time to get up and sat up. It was so fluid, seamless. NOe trouble sitting up in normal non rem sleep with consciousness. No apparent paraylsis, no trouble and no lapse in consciousness, which enabled me not to forget any detail of what I had just went through. I set the alarm approx. for 3 and a half hours, it took me about 20 minutes to get to what I call stage 3, and about 5 minutes to come to in a lucid dream, each dream felt like a half hour, there were 6 lucid dreams all together. Add it up and you get 3 hours and 25 minutes almost exactly what I set my alarm for.

What I accomplished was lucid dreaming about 3 hours non stop by will alone. It was so easy I could of done it for eight hours easily. No lapse in consciousness between dreams, which was 6. My physical body felt refreshed and my mind not tired at all either.

So to recap, lay down get to the state I call stage 3 (explained earlier) then keep consciousness till you black out while slowly lowering yourself deeper and deeper. Note: You may drift in and out of consciousness, do not confuse this with blacking out. If you dift in and out you will now because you and your body will still be awake, when you fight to keep conscious and get to the breaking point you will not be able to hold on and you will black out. when you come to you will wake up in a dreamscape and you will automatically be lucid no need for reality checks you should kjnow why you are there and what you were trying to do before you ended up there.

Now you are lucid in a dream. What you want to do is let it fade away on its own do not force it to fade. So you may be stuck there for a half hour or so, make the best of it. You may need to know how not to get too involved in this dream, if you do and get too comfortable you will lose your consciousness. What I do to avoid this is keep and internal dialogue going constantly to keep using my consciousness/awareness exercised so they are firmly held. For example if I am walking (I will either think it or say it, its the same thing either way) I will say I am walking, noting what I see along the way. I do this non stop in all my lucid dreams.

Now once it starts to fade out keep sayihng to yourself "ok the dream is fading" and note the things that are disappearing "there goes the wall, the white wall"..etc. This keeps your awareness/consciousness going while the dream fades and prevents it from being swept away as well. After all is said and done you will be by yourself in the blackness. YOur body awareness will kick in and you will feel the vibrations. This state once again is normal non rem, non dreaming sleep only you managed to smuggle your consciousness with you.

From here you can project or go into a wake initiated lucid dream. Projection from here is easy and self explainatory. All you have to do is affirm you are floating up, or just say now I will get out of my body, or even try to picture your room and you will automatically see through the closed eyelids (well for me anyway it does this). It will happen easily. The hard thing is gettihng to a lucid drea, which not many people have methods of doing this without the possibility of either projecting or waking up, but I do. Just spin, spin your awareness clockwise (to the right) as if you were spinning yourself in the physical over and over at a moderate rate, either you dreamscape will form around you or you will have shards show up like I did everytime, if the later happens keep spinning till the shards form a complete picture and then stop they will seemingly seal and a vibrant, highly detailed, vivid image will be the result. Walk into it or push your consciousness into it. Slowly look around and you will see you are now in the picture, it now becomes your dreamscape.

If what I call the dream shards appear from spinning email (email at bottom) me and tell me about it. Each time the dream fades repeat the spinning process once back in non rem sleep. You can repeat this over and over. Give these instructions a try and keep me posted. You can have better odds if you do as I did and set an alarm for 3 and a half hours from the time you started. If you are too awake it will take longer to hit stage 3. If you are too tired you will hit stage 3 really fast. However either way you will get there regardless, if you are 1/2 tired and 1/2 awake it will be just right and easy to do. Each step in this article is vital so read carefully.

Notes: In between dreams and in non rem sleep do not attempt to focus on or move your physical body or you will end the sleep period and not be able to induce another lucid dream. Also keep repeating the dream processes I mentioned for more dreams after about 5-6 dreams your alarm should go off you will have a choice to either continuing the dreams or wake up if you choose to keep going you take a chance of losing consciousness in the lucid dreams and you may forget everything if you do lose consciousness in the dreams. So I would chose if I were just trying this for the first time to wake up like I did in order to not forget the entire experience. Another thing is dont use headphones or listen to hemi-sync audio while trying my methods in this article and dont use ear plugs as you will miss natural sounds that occur in your room or house or outside that might trigger the electrocution sensation that helps in the whole process I explained here. Now for the last note when you are in non-rem non-dreaming sleep with your consciousness and you are spinning your awareness around no thought to what the resulting picture should be apparent. Actually the only conscious effort is put into the spinning itself and just observing the shards or forming dreamscape, dont try to make the resulting picture any different just move torwards and into it and then you make the changes you want to once it is your dreamscape and you are in it. Article #2 Further understanding of the environments (which I called lucid dreamscapes in the first article). Aspects of the self, and more on projection.

We understand that the limitations of the physical need not dictate the level of our mind or influence its limitless abilities and infinite potential. Having said that let's get right into it. This writting is about lucid dreams and astral projections, but this whole article is for the most part centered around lucid dreams, aspects of consciously induced lucid dreams and naturally occuring lucid dreams. When one thinks of lucid dreams for the most part they think of dreams that you have complete control of. Which is right for the most part. Here is what I think when I hear the term lucid dreams. Lucid dreams are a direct connection to the subconscious with little to no filtering, there are two kinds of lucid dreams consciously induced or naturally occuring, a gateway to other states and the door way to conscious sleep (non-rem) - the lucid dream is the door that will let you consciously cross over to the aforementioned state (conscious sleep). I think of more than that but those are the basic forms of thought I go through.

Regular lucid dreamers experience what I call naturally occuring lucid dreams. They consciously conditioned theirselves to recognize what they call dream signs while they are deraming. Dream signs are things that might happen while in the dreams, things that normally wouldnt or couldnt happen in their phyiscal lives. An example of this is they are dreaming and see a person fly, the person floats with out support, they see this and right then they know they are dreaming resulting in a lucid dream. They consciously acknowledge they are dreaming and a fluctuation of consciousness occurs and from there they have conscious control and awareness. The fluctuation will also affect the dreamscape or environment itself forcing it into a high detailed,vivid, and more physical dream.

Regular lucid dreamers are completely content of their ability to control dreams, which is good thing. The problem with that is they never once think about other options or experiences they have concious access to. While some may devise ways of control in the lucid dreams that result in a longer lucid dream, they never once thought they have another option. They think the lengths of their lucid dreams are only limited to the lengths of their rem sleep cycles. They think that when a rem cycle ends it is the end of their lucid dream and when the dream fades away their consciousness is swept away also. While the last statement is true it doesnt mean there arent other options. Options they didnt know about or otions they originally thought were impossible. In this article I lay out the options I speak of, and along with it I will tell you how to have the options and how to experience them.

In these two articles, I dont hope people will read this and automatically believe me. What I hope is to pique your interest so that you will try and experience what I talk about for yourselves. I say these articles because this article is to be a companion for my walkthrough article on how to experience what I speak of. This article will contain things I didnt write in the first, and explainations of things I wrote in the other article to simplify it of rpeople who might not completely understand the first article. You may ask "why if what you say is true and it works, are you taking your time to tell others rather than keeping this to yourself?" I can tell you its not to profit heh. Well the reason is because I am not selfish what so ever. I iwsh to help others and by doing so maybe it will result in more research to be done on aspects of sleep and other experiences as well, such as astral projection. I want others to have access to their spiritual selves. When one hears spiritual they think of religion. Those two have nothing in common. Religion plays no role in these experiences. I am talking about being able to understand your origin and experience your true non-physical form, and have choices in the non-physical paths you can take. My last reason is because I love people. I am empathetic to those of us who feel lost or depressed by the pressures of the physical, when they needn't be. I will be honest there was a time I was in a way selfish. I was so absorbed and conditioned to the physical my ways of thought invilved nothing but the physical. I broke out of this cycle of thought when a very wise person named uri told me in an email not to focus on the physical aspects of the mind but more on the non-physical and to use my time to help others.

Of course at the time I didnt know what I know now. His very insightful and somewhat cryptic message set me onto a path I am on now, and it took me sometime to understand what is important. So now that I know a way I can help others, I will do just that.Once I uncover other unkowns and make them knowns, these forums you frequent will be the first places whom I will go wtih my new information.

So now you have a little insight to how much depth there is invovled what I would like each of you to ask yourselves is would you like to experience what I explained in my last article? Do you have the will to completely re-vamp your way of thought and your thinking processes?

The truth is so many of us are too caught up in our physical lives to have time or want to take the time to do any of these things. Once I knew the process and knew and realized teh mechanics I was able to experience what I explained in the last article my first try. Its true I practiced projection and lucid dreams for over five months little to no avail but I was blindly trying to do something I didnt understand, it was not till I come to a realization that I was able to completely understand. Once I understood, first try was all it took for me to experience what I always wanted to but couldnt. Heres what I have known but not understood. To project you need to lay there and get your body asleep keeping mind awake. At first I thought okay getting the body to sleep should be easy. I realized the person would have to go to sleep, regular non dreaming sleep consciously or within the beginning stages of this. Robert bruce said in his boook: Astral dynamics that if one finds himself/herself in sleeping paralysis a projection has already occured or is occuring. This is not always true as I can relate from my experiences. You can go from complete consciousness to a lucid dreamscape carefully traverse into non dreaming conscious sleep and at that point try to move and you will be paralyzed, then still seperate no problem as long as paralyses doesnt make you panic. I agree with Robert Bruce with just about everything else. Next topic will be what the differences are between natrual and induced lucid states.

2.) Differences between natural occuring lucid dreams and consciously induced lucid dreams (environments)

This topic will be exptremely short and straight forward. The first and most obvious difference between the two of these, is natrually occurring lucid dreams are when one becomes conscious in an already active dream. In this state the dreamscape already has people and things created by your subconscious. This state can become extremely chaotic causing the lucid dreamer to lose hi/her consciousness. With consciously induced lucid dreamscapes you do this from conscious non dreaming sleep. In this state once you enter your created environment you will be all there is, short of the environment itself. The reason for this is its a completely new/fresh environment that your subconscious dself never fooled with yet. Since you're conscious in this new environment your subconscious wont do anything with it at all unless you state the intention for it to cretae something, perhaps a person,people,art,drawing-anything you want it will create. This state is perfectly clear, its higher in detail-more than you can imagine, and has more uses than I can state here. This brings me to the next topic.

3.) Uses for the consciously induced environments as opposed to the naturally occuring.

In induced environments you can carry out what you originally set out to do without the distractions of people and other things that would be going on in a naturally occuring one.
If you are an artist who paints once in a induced environment state internally or externally (out loud) you want to see a remarkable painting and it will appear where ever your focus or attention is, like in referrence to in front of you on the ground or in your hands. It will be more intricate and amazing than you could ever conceive. Then study it, memorize it then traverse to non dreaming conscious sleep and once ou can physically start to feel your body sit up. Since you didnt lose consciousness you will remember everything perfectly. Not only will the painting your subconscious created be wonderful it will be symbolic- having an insightful message/meaning that can be interpreted, which adds all the
more beauty to it.

If you are the kind of person who likes to relax, once entering an induced environment you can just sit and relax and observe. This is the ideal state since there will be nothing exept you can the environment

If you draw you would do the same thing as a painter would, same thing goes for poems,songs, anything else artistic even sculptures.

If you wish to experiment, the induced environment is ideal as there will be no distractions, unless you consciously create some yourself to challenge yourself for whatever reason.

If you are like me and want to speak with your subconscious self or want to receive messages from it there are a number of ways I will state here.
1. If you want to view messages or subconscious images while the induced dreamscape hold the intention for a television to be created in which your subconscious will show you images or video to communicate with you or send a message to you. Take a seat and watch it.

2. If you want to conversate with your subconscious with actual spoken words hol dthe intention to create a person which will embody your subconsciousness, it will be a vehical for your subconscious self. The amazing thing about this test is it does work perfectly. Instead of your subconscious speaking to you through symbolic images it may speak to you directly yet in symbolic speech, it will be normal speech but have great symbolic meaning.

If you enjoy sexual intercourse this can be done too just hold the intention of creating your ideal partner and your subconscious will create him/her, or more if thats what you want. you will notice that when you create people your subconscious doesnt create drones or mindless bodies, each person has his or her own personality, phyical attributes, likes and disklikes. If you do not approach those you created they will go do their own thing, and even converse with one another. If you hol dthe intention for them to do something they will do it. If you tell them to out loud without holding the intention internally they may not do what you say, holding internally the intetion is key. Another side note is the people you create here in the induced environment cant bring about new things in the dreamscape or create unless you tell them to do so. If you create a body/vehical for your subconscious he/her will be able to bring about things in the environment as him/her has as much control as you do, but it wont be distracting. If you want him/her to leave it will no problem, usually.

I have listed many things you can do from here, but there are millions of possible applications. Be creative and you may leanr and experience very interesting things.

4.) My personal experience with consciously induced environments

Here I will state just two of my experiences. this way you can decide if this is something you may want to experience, and so you may know what kinds of things to expect.

My very first experience: I lay still for about 15 minutes, on my back breathing through my nose. I then hear a click caused by my heater. The click occurs in th eheater and a second or half second later an impact feeling hits my head resulting from the sound in my room, a fuzy feeling along with an electricity type of shock sweeps from my head to my feet. I pay no attention to these sensations. Then the electric type shocks just keep occuring till its one steady electrocution type of sensation. The hypnagogic visuals start coming, once they start to occur more I pay a little attention to them, thus lowering myself deeper. I hit a breaking point, my consciousness feels like it wants to slip away but I get a good grip and dont give up. Instantly I black out, what feels like a second later I find myself in a big office. It feels as thought I am physically waking up. I look around. THe floors were tiled wooden floors. The walls were white. There were windows that revealed outside. I looked around, this office was completely empty. I first thought I might liven this up. Once I knew about how many people I wnated, I held the intention to create and they just appeared, along with deks, sculptures, amongst other office stuff. I noted these sculptures were complex with the most intricate designs I have even seen.

I noticed a few guys looking at a girl. I realized there were almost all guys with only a few girls. So I said "they need more women" and held the intention to create more women. The very second I held the intention there was a knock at the door, and women entered. I marveled at each person and their personalities, each one was unique, had their own physical attributes, each had their own likes and dislikes. They went about and did their own thing and even conversated with one another. I admired everything I was able to create for a while. I wanted to see if I could order them around, while holding the intention for what I wanted them to do, I yelled "Get all this [edit] out of here." All the people scurried around helping each other take desks out. I laughed to myself because I was in complete control. I got kind of annoyed as they were taking so long to get everything out. I held the intention for them to disappear and they were gone, just like that. I sat in this office thinking things through, then perceived it was fading, I let it fade while exercising my consciousness/awareness by using internal dialogue. Once faded I then had physical body awareness and felt which position I lay. I tried to move my physical fingers and couldnt, I was paralyzed. I was in regular non dreaming sleep consciously.

I could go from conscious sleep to these environments back and forth non stop as long as I wanted and then get up physically once in conscious sleep by sitting up once I gained physical feeling without a break in consciousness. I will write one more short experience.

I was in conscious sleep, I spun my consciousness till the dream shards as I call them formed a picture. Like usual I push my consciousness forward, against it and into the picture. I was at a foot ball field andin the very first row in the stands. I knew exactly what it is I went to do as always I was alone. I created people in the stands for backround. I held the intention to create a body/vehical for my subconscious self to use to talk to me. A guy appeared in front of me. he looked extremely dazed. I kept asking who he was to make sure it wasnt just a regular person I created. Then the dazed look lifted off his face, now he looked at me like I was crazy.
He then said "You know nothing of being aware" my first reaction was to laugh since I was completely aware and in control so I said "I am the one who is aware here not you." He responded "I beg to differ" laughing to myself as I have never heard someone use that phrase. I watch him lift up his hand. A phone appears in h is hand and he hands it to me. I put it up to my right ear as I always do in the physical. First I heard just staticy backround noises, then moans,groans, and mumbles, and then a few words and broken words, all in my voice. It took me a few seconds and I knew what was going on. I was listening to my body sleeping in the physical and mumble as I talked in this environment, I said "what the f..." and before I finished that sentence my subconscious self smiled,winked and walked away despite me yelling for him to stop, he had as much control as I did.

These last few topics are giong to be really short so dont stop reading just yet.

5.) Limitations of each conscious state

Naturally occurring: These dreams were already set in motion before you become conscious, so sometimes they can be chaotic and distractive. The distractions and scenerios that were set in motion can cause most lucid dreamers to lose their consciousness as fast as they got it.
A lot of times they end all too soon.

Induced environments: you are alone, no distractions, and as far as my experience goese there are seemingly no limitations.

6.) Understanding the conscious and subconscious selves.

There are many lessons/books/articles that say the subconscious is a by product of the consciousness. The same sources would suggest the supression of the subconscious and list meanst to accomplish it. I always feel bad that people will be ignorant enough to believe those authors' naivity and ignorance to the point they would follow through with surpession of the subconscious self, or supression of any kind. Heres my understanding of the conscious and subconscious selves. While we live in physical bodies, our conscious and subconscious selves act on our physical bodies by means of a link that is not known to me. However they act on our bodies seperately and at different times. The reason for this seperation of the conscious and subconscious selves is if they were "whole" physical lives wouldnt be possible like this. While we are physically awake our subconcious will observe our experiences and while we are sleeping we will observe our subconscious self' experiences, in bits and pieces that we call dreams here. Our subconscious self is half of the whole we will call ourselves when we physically expire.

7.) Mastery of these conscious states

Once one can traverse from what I call conscious sleep, and get a feel for this state, he/she can practice going to and from environments. Once you can traverse from conscious sleep to the environments and back, you will be able to do this over and over again every attempt, unless too mentally fatigued. Some people dont really see the potential for this, this state (conscious sleep) is the gateway to projection and the environments I experience, possibly others that are not known to me. Think of it like a neutral state in which you can expand off of. Regular practice getting here should be attempted. Once successful try going from here to the environments and back to conscious sleep and so on etc.. Then once you get that down, go from conscious sleep to projection and once you get back project again, once you get that down there are limitless possiblities, and trust me with regular practice you will be able to no problem at all.

Notes: what I call the environments I may have called consciously induced lucid dreams as for lack of a better term. They are neither projections nor lucid dreams. You will know what I mean by this when you experience it.  Thanks,

1. If you want to view messages or subconscious images while the induced dreamscape hold the intention for a television to be created in which your subconscious will show you images or video to communicate with you or send a message to you. Take a seat and watch it.

2. If you want to conversate with your subconscious with actual spoken words hol dthe intention to create a person which will embody your subconsciousness, it will be a vehical for your subconscious self. The amazing thing about this test is it does work perfectly. Instead of your subconscious speaking to you through symbolic images it may speak to you directly yet in symbolic speech, it will be normal speech but have great symbolic meaning.

If you enjoy sexual intercourse this can be done too just hold the intention of creating your ideal partner and your subconscious will create him/her, or more if thats what you want. you will notice that when you create people your subconscious doesnt create drones or mindless bodies, each person has his or her own personality, phyical attributes, likes and disklikes. If you do not approach those you created they will go do their own thing, and even converse with one another. If you hol dthe intention for them to do something they will do it. If you tell them to out loud without holding the intention internally they may not do what you say, holding internally the intetion is key. Another side note is the people you create here in the induced environment cant bring about new things in the dreamscape or create unless you tell them to do so. If you create a body/vehical for your subconscious he/her will be able to bring about things in the environment as him/her has as much control as you do, but it wont be distracting. If you want him/her to leave it will no problem, usually.

I have listed many things you can do from here, but there are millions of possible applications. Be creative and you may leanr and experience very interesting things.

4.) My personal experience with consciously induced environments

Here I will state just two of my experiences. this way you can decide if this is something you may want to experience, and so you may know what kinds of things to expect.

My very first experience: I lay still for about 15 minutes, on my back breathing through my nose. I then hear a click caused by my heater. The click occurs in th eheater and a second or half second later an impact feeling hits my head resulting from the sound in my room, a fuzy feeling along with an electricity type of shock sweeps from my head to my feet. I pay no attention to these sensations. Then the electric type shocks just keep occuring till its one steady electrocution type of sensation. The hypnagogic visuals start coming, once they start to occur more I pay a little attention to them, thus lowering myself deeper. I hit a breaking point, my consciousness feels like it wants to slip away but I get a good grip and dont give up. Instantly I black out, what feels like a second later I find myself in a big office. It feels as thought I am physically waking up. I look around. THe floors were tiled wooden floors. The walls were white. There were windows that revealed outside. I looked around, this office was completely empty. I first thought I might liven this up. Once I knew about how many people I wnated, I held the intention to create and they just appeared, along with deks, sculptures, amongst other office stuff. I noted these sculptures were complex with the most intricate designs I have even seen.

I noticed a few guys looking at a girl. I realized there were almost all guys with only a few girls. So I said "they need more women" and held the intention to create more women. The very second I held the intention there was a knock at the door, and women entered. I marveled at each person and their personalities, each one was unique, had their own physical attributes, each had their own likes and dislikes. They went about and did their own thing and even conversated with one another. I admired everything I was able to create for a while. I wanted to see if I could order them around, while holding the intention for what I wanted them to do, I yelled "Get all this crap out of here." All the people scurried around helping each other take desks out. I laughed to myself because I was in complete control. I got kind of annoyed as they were taking so long to get everything out. I held the intention for them to disappear and they were gone, just like that. I sat in this office thinking things through, then perceived it was fading, I let it fade while exercising my consciousness/awareness by using internal dialogue. Once faded I then had physical body awareness and felt which position I lay. I tried to move my physical fingers and couldnt, I was paralyzed. I was in regular non dreaming sleep consciously.

I could go from conscious sleep to these environments back and forth non stop as long as I wanted and then get up physically once in conscious sleep by sitting up once I gained physical feeling without a break in consciousness. I will write one more short experience.

I was in conscious sleep, I spun my consciousness till the dream shards as I call them formed a picture. Like usual I push my consciousness forward, against it and into the picture. I was at a foot ball field andin the very first row in the stands. I knew exactly what it is I went to do as always I was alone. I created people in the stands for backround. I held the intention to create a body/vehical for my subconscious self to use to talk to me. A guy appeared in front of me. he looked extremely dazed. I kept asking who he was to make sure it wasnt just a regular person I created. Then the dazed look lifted off his face, now he looked at me like I was crazy.
He then said "You know nothing of being aware" my first reaction was to laugh since I was completely aware and in control so I said "I am the one who is aware here not you." He responded "I beg to differ" laughing to myself as I have never heard someone use that phrase. I watch him lift up his hand. A phone appears in h is hand and he hands it to me.  I put it up to my right ear as I always do in the physical. First I heard just staticy backround noises, then moans,groans, and mumbles, and then a few words and broken words, all in my voice. It took me a few seconds and I knew what was going on. I was listening to my body sleeping in the physical and mumble as I talked in this environment, I said "what the f..." and before I finished that sentence my subconscious self smiled,winked and walked away despite me yelling for him to stop, he had as much control as I did.

These last few topics are giong to be really short so dont stop reading just yet.

5.) Limitations of each conscious state

Naturally occurring: These dreams were already set in motion before you become conscious, so sometimes they can be chaotic and distractive. The distractions and scenerios that were set in motion can cause most lucid dreamers to lose their consciousness as fast as they got it.
A lot of times they end all too soon.

Induced environments: you are alone, no distractions, and as far as my experience goese there are seemingly no limitations.

6.) Understanding the conscious and subconscious selves.

There are many lessons/books/articles that say the subconscious is a by product of the consciousness. The same sources would suggest the supression of the subconscious and list meanst to accomplish it. I always feel bad that people will be ignorant enough to believe those authors' naivity and ignorance to the point they would follow through with surpession of the subconscious self, or supression of any kind. Heres my understanding of the conscious and subconscious selves. While we live in physical bodies, our conscious and subconscious selves act on our physical bodies by means of a link that is not known to me. However they act on our bodies seperately and at different times. The reason for this seperation of the conscious and subconscious selves is if they were "whole" physical lives wouldnt be possible like this. While we are physically awake our subconcious will observe our experiences and while we are sleeping we will observe our subconscious self' experiences, in bits and pieces that we call dreams here. Our subconscious self is half of the whole we will call ourselves when we physically expire.

7.) Mastery these conscious states

Once one can traverse from what I call conscious sleep, and get a feel for this state, he/she can practice going to and from environments. Once you can traverse from conscious sleep to the environments and back, you will be able to do this over and over again every attempt, unless too mentally fatigued. Some people dont really see the potential for this, this state (conscious sleep) is the gateway to projection and the environments I experience, possibly others that are not known to me. Think of it like a neutral state in which you can expand off of. Regular practice getting here should be attempted. Once successful try going from here to the environments and back to conscious sleep and so on etc.. Then once you get that down, go from conscious sleep to projection and once you get back project again, once you get that down there are limitless possiblities, and trust me with regular practice you will be able to no problem at all.

Notes: what I call the environments I may have called consciously induced lucid dreams or environments as for lack of a better term. They are neither projections nor lucid dreams. You will know what I mean by this when you experience it.
