Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Experiments?
November 17, 2015, 09:53:38
Can you point me to all experiments or tests about OOBE and scientific explanations and such.

I found this video for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rnPQk2QXGzc

How many of you could do such thing?

Please note that I am not trying to convince myself in AP, I'm actually working on some project.

Thanks.

I assume that there are no evolutionists here, since we all experienced something higher than that, something that proves there are higher entities and that we are not only flesh and bones.

But, speaking with some wise Christians, I was judged doing AP. They said that all creatures I met in AP are demons. Even those that showed me love, or looked like someone familiar - was a demon.
I don't have  a way to disprove that, even I don't want to think they are right.

Also, I'm not sure if scripture tells us much about AP.

Welcome to Astral Chat! / Aliens and AP
December 29, 2013, 18:19:13
First, I don't know if aliens really exists. And by aliens I mean race on other planet, not different entities.

But if we say they do, what do you think if they are projecting? And what can be scary, what if they are projected here right now? :)

Don't know if this is right place to ask, but I was wondering if someone knows do animals project.

And, can they affect our projecting (inmental aspect).

I would like to share one of my experiences, so here it goes.

I was just went to sleep, and I was in bed for 5 minutes, not more. I didn't do any exercise or anything, I was just trying to fall asleep...anyways, in that moment I have experienced one of the best things in my spiritual life.
I saw a big insect moving on my blanket. It wasn't so huge, but enough big that I know it's not 'real' and enough big to scare me.
My vision was absolutely vivid and realistic so in the second I doubted is it real. The insect looked like a big ant.
I jumped from my bed, but after my first move I was again laying on the bed as earlier, like I had just woke up from a dream, and my insect visitor has gone.
Well, that's it :)

No theory it was a dream, because, I couldn't fall asleep for time how much I was in the bed. Also, I have lot of problems to fall asleep, and hardly I could had a dream in which i was laying in my bed as common, watching my room from same perspective as I do in the real...
It wasn't real too, so could that be a projection? And how that alien came to my room and do you have any idea what was it? :o
Is it common, and how often you meet similar entities, if that was a projection at all?

I didn't wanted to start this topic at first, and I don't like people who start these ones generally, but I am afraid of loosing motivation until I start some constructive work on my projections, so I would appreciate any help with this one.

I am the beginner, but not totally. I worked some good time on my dreams, had plenty of lucid dreams, I used to practice meditation, proudly managed to do psychokinesis couple of times, I am experienced in seeing auras and  I had few spontaneous, interesting projections, and also some other spiritual experiences...
As some other obligations stopped me continue improving myself, I haven't practiced anything in past few years. Earlier I was a "freelancer". I wasn't doing in continuity, but time to time, and just exercises that I liked to do.
As time past fast, it's high time to undertake something, and I want this time to start detailed.

I am familiar with astral basics, I read lot about it, and as I mentioned already, I had some experience with it. Now, I would like you to tell me where should I start with. Should I take some course, or books, or just keep practicing general exercises, or how? Thanks in advance.

Sorry if this is already posted ( I doubt it's not). I hope you will tolerate a new member here because of that :p
I actually tried searching for it, but couldn't find it.

My closest experience was with this technique, but I forgot it.
It was about feeling the pulse in whole body stronger and stronger until the astral body flies out. If I remember well, I think I read it in Bruce's books..anybody know what I am talking about? Thanks in advance.

Bananas and nuts are a source of vitamin B6, which is believed to "wakes" the brain during REM sleep rapid eye movements, and because of it dreams are more vivid and easier to remember.
People who take large amounts of vitamin B6 have more vivid dreams and recall them in the morning, say British researchers who analyzed earlier studies on the effects of nutrition on sleep. Vitamin B6 can be found in meat, whole grain cereals, vegetables, fruits and nuts and it can boost lucid dreams.
In a study from 2002. volunteers were taking different amounts of vitamin B, while the other received "placebo". Those who received the largest amounts of vitamins had the most vivid, most emotional and most lucid dreams. The researchers explain that vitamin B6 has such an impact on the dreams because the amino acid is converted into serotonin, which wakes up the brain during REM sleep rapid eye movement, sleep stage in which most dreams occur.
However, vitamin B6 should not be exaggerated, because excessive doses can cause insomnia, cramping, pressure boosting and heart problems, scientists warn.

Hello everyone,
I am the new-old astral follower. I come from Serbia and I  ate a sandwich 5 minutes ago.
Cheers, nice to meet you all.

I am the one of the people who is really ambitious, and I think too much. Even much, that I have created sleeping difficulties because I am preoccupied with plans, ideas etc..
Now I can't get to fall asleep normally, for a few years already now. I wait late hours, when my eyelids start to close themselves, literally.
I know it's not good practice, to try to project in the night, but I am wondering if I can use it as my "weapon" to project.
When I try to fall asleep in some normal time, I feel my natural need to sleep, but my brain is just as so active as it don't let me do it.
Can I use that state for slipping into astral, what do you think can I work out some technique from it?
Thanks in advance.

Hello Astral Pulse.
I was interested in these topics some years ago, but I had been chewed with  the mouth of common life...yeah, classic story. The school has came, university and stuff, and I haven't done anything special in my astral life, actually.
Now when I finally decided to dedicate to it again, I am concerned about what I see.
In my opinion, everything is same, nothing has been changed.
Sorry if I missed the similar topic, but here is the worry I am carrying:
I have register on this forum, hoping I will find good advices, and I really found them. But that is actually all I found! Are there anyone more experienced, who can tell us more advanced stories and what is happening there in astral dimension?
Are there anyone who has achieved something that we will aspire to?

Thanks for reading, theAbsolute.
