The religious right claims that the bulk of South Africans are God-fearing, devout believers, with 85% belonging to some kind of organised religion. If this is true, what are we to make of our world-beating statistics for child abuse, domestic violence, rape and murder? If indeed the pious moral majority of whatever stripe takes themselves off to church/synagogue/mosque/temple on a regular basis, then who is committing all these heinous acts? The data tells us it's not the women -- who make up less than 3% of the prison population -- and it would be stretching the bounds of credulity to believe that the unbelievers are wholly responsible.

Feminist scholars argue that the patriarchal nature of the world's major monotheistic religions, in fact, creates a breeding ground for intolerance, human rights abuses, and violence against women and children.

Men of religion only relatively recently got around to recognising women as fully human, with souls. The battle over ordination of women has been a long and bitter one. For a long time the Christian Church's justification was that this was because Jesus's apostles were all men. The argument, of course, has its roots in the notion of God as the Father, a vengeful, rule-bound patriarch who demands total obedience and dispenses harsh punishments.

St Augustine spelled it out for his brothers: "For woman is not the image of God, whereas the man alone is the image of God." The natural corollary of this belief is that men are God-like and women are not. "If God was male and woman was not male then whatever God was, woman was not," writes historian Rosalind Miles. Add to this the legend of the fall from the Garden of Eden, and Eve and all her daughters were set up for millennia of scapegoatism, becoming "the greatest race of underdogs the world has ever known".

This phallocentric view was necessary for the monotheistic religions to take root and survive, particularly as they had only recently overthrown the pantheistic Goddess/Great Mother religions, and needed to masculinise God entirely in an attempt to erase the last vestiges of female power. The Qur'an makes its contempt for these Goddess worshippers quite clear: "The pagans pray to females: they pray to a rebellious Satan."

(It is particularly fascinating that, while all these religions acknowledge God as unknowable and unfathomable to the paltry human under- standing, the one aspect they are all clear on is that "He" is one of them.)

The patriarchal religions had essentially turned God into a male idol and then spent a lot of time vilifying* women to justify this position. "I never let women teach men or lord it over them," St Paul told Timothy. "God made Adam first and afterwards he made Eve. And it was not Adam who was fooled by Satan but Eve and sin was the result." The Qur'an is quite explicit about male superiority: "Men have authority over women because Allah has made the one superior to the other, and because they spend their wealth to maintain them."

And lest they be tempted to forget their pre-eminence in the scheme of the universe, orthodox Jewish men make the daily prayer: "Blessed art Thou, O Lord our God, King of the universe, that Thou hast not made me a woman."

While the Catholic Church, with its veneration of the Virgin Mary as mother of God, allowed the religion to retain some of the female face of divinity, the rise of Protestantism, which destroyed the convents and knocked Mary off her pedestal, entrenched patriarchy even further. The Reformation under that old charmer Luther must have been a rather terrifying place for women, with the great man expounding: "Let them bear children till they die of it. That is what they are for."

The Qur'an also gave men total control over women: "If any of your women commit fornication, call in four witnesses from among yourselves against them; if they testify to their guilt confine them to their houses till death overtakes them or till Allah finds another way for them."

The notion of the vile female body, as the seat of corruption and pollution is evident in the words of the Buddha, who claimed "the body of a woman is filthy and not a vessel for the law". (This is no doubt the reason why the Buddha, like Jesus and -- oddly enough -- Genghis Kahn, claimed to have been born of virgins.) The links between patriarchal religions and misogyny were inescapable and resulted in what Andrea Dworkin called "gynocide". Women were seen as mad, bad creatures that needed to be restrained and contained: from female genital mutilation and chastity belts to the ducking stool, from purdah to the scold's bridle, from honour killings to modern-day family killings.

Dr Sarojini Nadar, a senior lecturer in gender and religion at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, points out that while most religions pay lip service to ending violence against women, in reality women are pressured to submit to their husbands as the head of the family, to reconcile, to try again, and to try harder. She recounts a conversation with a Pentecostal minister whose church forbids women to divorce even unfaithful husbands, despite the dangers of Aids. "He told me with an absolutely straight face that 'if you don't feed your dog properly, it will go and rummage in your neighbour's rubbish bin'."

Women are often encouraged to put up with abuse and suffering, as a Christian virtue, as Jesus did. Nadar points out that this is not unique to Christianity but common to most religions, which emphasise the "womanly" virtues of submission, obedience and endurance.

But she argues that the patriarchal voice is not the final one, and there is a growing resistance to male domination within religious traditions, encouraged and supported by feminist academics who see this as part of the liberation theology project. Revolutionary feminists are those who have thrown out religion altogether citing all religion as irredeemably patriarchal. The reformists are those who struggle with the religion from within, and although advocating equality do not want to change the religion itself but "reinterpret the Scriptures and the traditions." They argue that it is not the religion itself, but the interpretation of the religion which is problematic. Reconstructionist feminists remain within the religion, but seek to transform the religion itself -- they acknowledge that the religion itself is patriarchal, and seek to transform the symbols, the metaphors and the practice of the religion in general.

Yet, Nadar says, most of the growing number of feminists who choose to remain within their religious traditions complain that change comes too slowly and they feel they are fighting a losing battle. Nadar cites research conducted by Professor Isabel Phiri in a church in Durban, where 84% of women married to leaders in a church claimed to have experienced violence at the hands of their husbands. When questioned about why they endured these abusive marriages, they said it was because they were taught by their religion that the man is the head of the home and that they should submit to his authority. "No matter how much people protest that this is a wrong interpretation of these teachings the fact is that this research shows the majority of these women interpreted these teachings in this way. While the work of feminists in trying to transform patriarchy within religions is praiseworthy, until they are taken seriously, crimes against women and children will continue unabated."

Challenging the church fathers
# While Islam does not generally allow women to be ordained or to lead prayers, certain progressive faith communities in South Africa are moving in this direction. Islamic scholar Na'eem Jinnah points out that at the Brixton mosque in Johannesburg and the Claremont mosque in Cape Town, women regularly deliver sermons. He says that while this is part of an international trend towards women attaining greater visibility, particularly in leadership positions, this is not a mainstream view.

# The Jewish Reform movement in the US issued a new High Holy Day prayerbook, which uses gender sensitive language. For example, phrases like "God of our fathers" are changed to "God of our ancestors". This was a response to women who felt excluded by the masculine liturgical vocabulary. Some branches now have women rabbis.

# The Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Baptist and Evangelical churches still forbid ordination of women, while the Anglican, Episcopalian and Lutheran churches are among those who allow it.

QuoteThis article is intended for those who may think that Sunday is the seventh day, or sabbath day, that the Bible designates to be set aside for the worship of God. It is quite surprising how many people actually think this. They generally assume that since Saturday and Sunday are the "weekend", that Monday must be the first day of the week because it is their first work day of the week. This would then lead you to believe that Sunday is indeed the seventh day.

well heres my dream from last night really odd one but it has a strange things in it but does it means something at all ???

i was at a university waiting for my girlfriend, who then arrived from class took a car with my friend and drove off. I then persued them in my car - strange that she missed me but owell continued at very fast rate throught the traffic which was picking up and so was my speed. I avoided first 2 accidents that happend in the road ahead of me, but then got killed in next one as i when through it.

then died and whent on as a dead person to a strange place where you could see if you could go back to life as it was before you died. i tried but got the message from the console (lol was button you press if you want to go back) that every one wants to go back but can't just very few can.

then from that searched what it ment to be dead and what awaited me from that point onwards since i couldnt go back. All i got was that i will have ±15 days to be around earth as a spirit and then had to move onto the next plane.

from there i was all sudden in my house on my moms lap asking here if she can see me which she replied that she can and could always seen me cleary, but i wanted her to point at my face so i could knew she was really seeing me. then at that moment awoken by alarm...

what a weird dream - had few good laughs about it but hmm tad strange to go about what it symbolically could mean.

dont have any problems with my gf atm, in fact we becoming better and closer to each other and same with my mother though - nothing bad there as well.

is there really a need for religion?

if its all man made interpretations, rules and regulations then without it would we all be free to live as people and not robots...

less bloodshed ?

Welcome to Dreams! / Full Blown Lucid Experiance
March 21, 2006, 04:49:34
Had an interesting lucid experience Sunday.

The dream was going along and then all of sudden we were all sitting and writing on old scrolls. Our Guru given us this to write down and ponder on:
"He who rushed through life dies early"

from that I had a dream again and in part decided it was all stupid and told the people that its a dream and i am going to do what i want to do. I started to levitated (done this now for past few weeks a few times) and then floated over to other side of the stadium where i started to do a downwards cut after materializing a wooden sword (bokken). after that i also did some blocks and punched (hehe testing this lucid con troll thing out). got a little excited and started to wake up

but i went back into the lucid thing with the spinning technique but the interesting part was just before i went back i talked to my self in some odd space where it was just me and myself (higher self i think was reviewing the lucid i have done)

anyways back into the same area i walked up into a room and started to do the Lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram. Interesting here was that exactly as i draw the pentagrams it would flame up as in the ritual.

after that i noticed that it was just me that was moving around in this dream area   rest of people was somehow not doing anything except this one person who came to me and asked what i was doing.

I replied that i was using dream to do stuff (lucid con troll) which in the end i made shapes out of nothing and then showed it to him...

at this point i felt i have experimented enough with this state and awoke.

WOW i though this was awesome - things one can do in full lucid - maybe along the way i went astral without noticing. still bit novice but was fun experience in end which lead me to want to study it more :P

Treatise On The Lesser Banishing Ritual of The Pentagram

A lot of ceremonial/high magicians advocate the use of the LBRP daily to any budding magician, however, though most of them say how one might go about it, I find they sometimes skip parts that can heavily enhance the efficiency of the ritual. This is mostly due to the idea that the magician should research this themselves and look at qabbalah to find it out, and due to a certain "silence."

I thoroughly believe that the path of magick is a path of the loner for the most, and as such only you can find the answers and self-study is important, however, in the case of the LBRP I am willing to make an exception, as I believe the LBRP deserves to be practiced by more people. So to fill this void, I write this.

Before one can grasp and efficiently use the LBRP, one must grasp the symbolism that is used, and so that is where we will start.

The Pentagram

I will not go into the history on the pentagram, as the various beliefs on its origins can be easily found and are not too important in the ultimate meaning it has now.

The pentagram represents the microcosm, that is, the magician their very self. This is often pointed out by showing a person with arms and legs outstretched, and how they form the pentagram shape. Each of the 5 points on the pentagram represents a different aspect of the microcosm, depending upon which system you are using this may differ. Since this ritual originated from western occultism, those are the aspects that are important to us.

The lower left point is associated with the earth element, the lower right with the fire element, the upper left with the air element, the upper right with the water element and the topmost (or sometimes lowest) point represents spirit. In effect, the upright pentagram represents the spirit ruling over the elements, in that the divine essence within each one of you, is finally in control of the elements that make up your being, this is the true state of the magician and can again be seen by overlaying a human form on top. If it were not for the brain and its reaction to the senses (mostly in the head/spirit region) none of the other limbs would move.

There is also much to be found qabbalistically in the number 5, the number of points on the pentagram. The number 5 relates to Geburah on Otz Chiim and thusly to Mars. This is most ideal to be used in a "banishing ritual" because the energies of Mars are warlike, aggressive and to one degree strike "fear" in energies it is used against, while also resembling the magicians divinity and "power" over other entities.

The Hexagram

The hexagram used in the LBRP is often overlooked, yet it's being in the pentagram is for a very important reason, one that we will go into later.

Ultimately, as the pentagram represents the microcosm the hexagram represents the macrocosm. It is simply two triangles, one upright and one inverse overlapping, these represents the different polarities in the universe, unified. The upward triangle represents fire and the downwards water, from their unification, everything else came forth.

Also if we look qabbalistically at the number 6 we see that it relates to Tiphareth. Why is this important? Because Tiphareth relates to the sun, no life on earth would exist were it not for the sun, likewise we can look on a grander scale and say nothing would exist if it were not for the initial "sun." Tiphareth also happens to be the seat of the HGA and so divinity and devotion to the great work, which is somewhat where it's "holy connotations" spring up from.

Sign of The Enterer

The sign of the enterer is the god-form of Horus, who has many different stories about his origins. I prefer the view that he is son/reincarnation of Osiris, and thus "King of the Gods." Using this sign activates that experience in you, when performed properly one can say you actually become Horus for that split second and use his kingly command to energize the pentagrams and break through obstacles.

The sign of the enterer is form by lifting the arms up above you, fingers together and palms foward, then bending at the elbows so they come, palms down to the sides of your temples. You then thrust them foward and take a step foward with your left foot, looking and slightly bending at the waist, fowards.

Sign of Silence

The sign of silence is again of Horus, however in this case it is not when he is considered a "King" but when he is in the form of the younger Harpocrates. This sign can represent a variety of things, in our case though, it is only needed to consider a few of the currently assigned aspects. The first is that of innocence and new beginnings, the young light that shines brightly at the dawn of the day. Here stands Harpocrates, soon to be great, innocently sucking his finger! The second is that of silence, silence is an important aspect in both mysticism and occultism, in this case when used it seals the energies and stops them being sent to "energize" the pentagram and an understanding that the task is done and nothing more need be done.

The sign of silence is done by bringing the right finger to the lips and stamping the left foot, slightly foward.

Vibration

To do well in the LBRP, one must know how to correctly vibrate, unfortunately to do so well is not merely screaming out the divine names with all of your breath. To get the best vibration, one must vibrate physically, astrally and mentally. The physical way is simple enough, one merely needs to take a gasp of air and correctly vibrate the name out loud. To astrally vibrate, when one inhales, one must also deliberately inhale the divine name astrally into their self, and then when vibrating, must also "shoot" that energy while they do so. To mentally vibrate, is to concern oneself with the meaning of the divine name while vibrating it as well, this adds a tremendous amount of power to the vibration I have found.

So in effect, to vibrate one must:

• Inhale the divine name into themselves, seeing it descend down and fill the body slowly.
• When it reaches the feet, one must fling into the Sign of The Enterer.
• Then one must vibrate the name outloud.
• While doing this one must also send out the astral energy to the "ends of the universe"
• One must also concern themselves with the meaning and aspects of the divine name.
• One then finishes with the sign of silence, sealing the energy.

Two extra steps that are not necessary but very helpful can be added. The first is to enlarge oneself to fill the universe as such, the second is to see the divine name inscribed on the chest, preferably in Hebrew (I've found it to be much more powerful this way).

All of those when used together, will give you an optimum vibration when trained in effectively.

The Lesser Banishing Ritual of The Pentagram

Qabbalistic Cross of Light

The Qabbalistic Cross of Light is done at the beginning and end of the ritual. Its main purpose is to balance the energetic equipoise inside the magician, as well be a lesser invocation of the divinity. It is performed as follows:

(facing east)
• See and feel yourself growing so that you in effect are now standing on the earth and soaring upwards.
• Above you is a light, which you pull down to between your eyebrows using the sign of benediction (peace sign with middle and index finger together), or index finger/ritual dagger. Vibrate ATEH.
• Pull the light down more, and turn your fingers down while simulateneously touching your chest, see it shoot down through your feet and to the ends of the universe while you vibrate MALKUTH.
• Draw the light (with your fingers) across to your right shoulder and see it shoot out to the ends of the universe on the right while vibrating VE-GEBURAH.
• Draw the light to your left shoulder and see it shoot out to the ends of the universe on the left while vibrating VE-GEDULAH.
• Bring your hands clasped together in the centre of the chest and vibrate LE-OHLAM, AMEN.

The meaning of this is ultimately, "Thou art, the kingdom, the power, the glory, unto the ages, amen."
(ATEH), (MALKUTH), (VE-GEBURAH), (VE-GEDULAH), (LE-OHLAM, AMEN)

Drawing the Pentagrams

In the LBRP, one uses the earth banishing pentagram for a few specific reasons. One reason is that the earth represents the lower entities that one usually has to banish and so does this well. Another is that in magick one is trying to transcend the physical to one degree, and the physical is of "earth" so by doing the LBRP one correctly achieves this. One also removes the control of the earth element on oneself, that is removing all the vices such as laziness which are the more powerful ones that are negative to those who wish to perform the Great Work.

The Earth Banishing Pentagram is drawn by starting at the lower left corner of the pentagram (which equates with the left hip area) and drawing up to the topmost point (which equates with the forehead) and drawing on from there, down to right hip, left shoulder, right should and back down the left hip. In the LBRP this is usually drawn in blazing blue flames or dazzling white light.

One also moves in a clockwise direction, to follow the direction of the sun. If you live in the southern hemisphere you travel counter-clockwise, and exchange ADNI in the south for AGLA in the north.

• Starting in the east, drawn the banishing pentagram and vibrate YHVH (Yeh-ho-vah)
• Draw a line to the south and draw the banishing pentagram, vibrate ADNI (A-do-nai)
• Draw a line to the west and draw the banishing pentagram, vibrate AHIH (E-he-ieh)
• Draw a line to the north and draw the banishing pentagram, vibrate AGLA (Ah-goo-lah)
• Draw a line back to the east to complete the circle.

Before each vibration one assumes The Sign of The Enterer and holds it during the vibration and afterwards one assumes The Sign of Silence.
YHVH has no particular meaning, one can focus on it's binding power though. This is why it is (at least from what I have found) done in the east, because air is like a "glue" that holds the elements together, YHVH represents this. ADNI means "Lord", AHIH means "I am" and AGLA means "thou art might forever, oh lord."

YHVH

Adonai

AHIH

Calling The Arch-Angels

One must next face the east and assume the form of Osiris Slain (basically a cross pose) facing the east. This is important because it resembles an openness to new influxes of energies, which will naturally happen after you have created the void. It also represents the crucifixion of the old, and gives way to the new self. Which is part of what the LBRP is about, removing the old you to make way for a new one.

Now says the following:

• Before me RAPHAEL (vibrated); and sees the arch-angel in a robe of yellow with swishes of purple standing upon top of a hill holding a caduceus wand (two snakes entwined around a stick).
• Behind me GABRIEL; and sees the arch-angel in a robe of blue with swishes of orange, standing in the midst of water and holding a silver cup.
• On my right hand MICHAEL; and sees the arch-angel in a robe of red with swishes of green, standing in the midst of a desert and holding a flaming sword.
• On my left hand AURIEL; and sees the arch-angel in a robe of black, olive, citron and brown (black and brown will do), standing in the midst a farmland, holding a pentacle and/or some wheat.
• Then pronounce: "For about me shines the pentagram" (seeing them light up and feeling them) "and within me shines the six rayed star"(see a red, flaming pentagram inscribed on your chest).
• Then repeat The Qabbalistic Cross of Light.

Raphael means "God has healed", Gabriel means "Might of God", Michael means "Like unto God" and Auriel means "Light of God." These arch-angels act as "guards" for the circle, one could say.

The pentagrams lighting up increases their effects, though is more of a announcement than anything else. Seeing the hexagram within you is highly important. One might notice that the symbol for the microcosm is in the macrocosm and the symbol for the macrocosm is in the microcosm. There is importance to be found in that. Another reason for it being important is that nature abhors a void, and the LBRP creates just this, so nature immediately seeks to fill it. As said previously, the hexagram relates to Tiphareth, the magician and holiness as such, so by seeing this, through the laws of "like attracts like" those energies are drawn and infuse you, otherwise you would end up filled with filth afterwards!

To sum up the ritual quickly again: The LBRP

(facing east)
1. Feel and see yourself growing large to stand on the earth.
2. Above the head and to the forehead say Ateh (Unto Thee),
3. Toward the feet say Malkuth (The Kingdom),
4. Touching the right shoulder, say ve-Geburah (and the Power),
5. Touching the left shoulder, say ve-Gedulah (and the Glory),
6. Clasping the hands upon the breast, say le-Olahm, Amen (To the Ages,Amen).
7. Turning to the East, make a pentagram (that of banishing Earth in this case) with the proper weapon. Vibrate YHVH.
8. Turning to the South, the same, but vibrate ADNI.
9. Turning to the West, the same, but vibrate AHIH.
10. Turning to the North, the same, but vibrate AGLA.

Extending the arms in the form of a cross say,
11. Before me Raphael;
12. Behind me Gabriel;
13. On my right hand Michael;
14. On my left hand Auriel;
15. For about me flames the Pentagram,
16. And within me flames the six-rayed Star.
17. Repeat The Qabbalistic Cross

Effects of The LBRP

The LBRP gives numerous effects that are helpful to the magicians, some of these are:

• Improving visualization skills.
• Improving vibrating skills.
• Improving assumption of god forms.
• Creating a clean sphere of influence, free from other energies and lower entities.
• Improving tension between all selves, improving astral senses.
• "Fusing" together the selves to improve efficiency of magick.
• Removes earthly vices such as laziness.
• Transcends you beyond the physical realm and acts as a catapult away from Malkuth. (This can happen in different ways for different people)
• Cleanses you and creates a foundation, for a new you conductive to magick to be built upon.
• Allows you to "become god" due to the influx of LVX that comes from the ritual if correctly done.

I truly believe that every budding magician should do the LBRP at least once daily, immediately upon awakening.

This ends the treatise, some might think it is a bit to long. But I could not write less and do the "Lesser Banishing Ritual of The Pentagram" justice.

I did a mediation today. i first did a chakra meditation opening and letting the energies flow.

then after being totally relaxed. started to focus on my breathing making it deep and slow. also having the mind less wondering off seeing myself afloat on water. doing that for a while i starting to loose feeling.

Then all of sudden i was holing a bright sphere above my head which was filling my body from hands to feat with radiant light. this starting to give me a feeling of well being as it filled me.

had that experience for a while. then started to get out of that and to wake state. I had a total relaxed, peace full and fulfillment feeling from within with a buzzing sensation all over

I'm not to clued up on the meditation but this surly felt good

whats anyways suppose to happen during a meditation ?

QuoteWHO CARRIED THE CROSS?

-Mark 15:21 Simon of Cyrene. (Matt 27:32 and Luke 23:26 agree with Mark) Simon carried it, by himself.
-John 19:17 says "JESUS himself carried the cross."
(No where does it say the cross was carried by both men. According to the gospel, it is either one or the other.)

DID EITHER OF THE TWO THIEVES BELIEVE JESUS?

-Matt 27:44 says niether one believes
-Mark 15:32 niether one believes
-Luke 23:39-41 one does not, but one DOES
(only one gospel out of four has the famous conversion story)

HOW LONG WAS JESUS IN THE TOMB?

(remember jews count days from sundown to sundown)
-Matt 28:1 Three days and two nights
-Mark 16:2 Three days and two nights
-Luke 24:1 Three days and two nights
-John 20:1 Two days and two nights

*WHY IS HIS TIME IN THE TOMB SO IMPORTANT?*
Because it means he was not the true Messiah.

In Matt 12:38-40 he said he would remain in the tomb for THREE days and THREE nights, and that would be the sign he was the true messiah. Jesus did not fullfill his own prophecy.

IS MARY PERMITTED TO TOUCH JESUS AFTER THE RESURRECTION?

-Luke 24:39 Yes "Behold my hands and feet..handle me and see."
-John 20:17 No "Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my father."

WHO WAS AT THE TOMB, AND WHAT DID THEY SEE WHEN THEY GOT THERE?

-Matt 28 Mary Magdalene and the other Mary saw one angel.
-Mark 16 Mary Magdalene, Mary mother of James, and Salome saw a young man in white.
-Luke 24 Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and the other women that were with them saw two men in shining garments
-John 20 Mary Magdalene saw two angels in white.

WHERE DID THE DISCIPLES MEET THE RESURRECTED JESUS

-Matt 28:6-7 "Galilee"
-Luke 2433-36 "Jerusalem"
(They are about seventy five miles apart)

Quote"The MESSIAH" & CHRIST
Messiah from Hebrew Masiah & Aramaic Meshina, is literally expected king and deliverer of the Jews, not the son of Yahweh/God! Christ is from the Greek Christos. literally meaning, anointed. Every single Jewish king was a "Christ" it simply meant annointed. A new king was anointed with oil at his coronation.

It does not mean "son of God". The Messiah was NOT supposed to be God, only a really great hero-priest-King. They wanted a hero/rebel to lead the rebellion against Rome.(deleted from Bible by Roman writers, although traces remain) It should be noted that "THE Messiah" is different from "Messiah" which is the Hebrew word that we get the Greek "Christos" from. They mean the same thing. Yep, "David" was a messiah too.

JESUS WAS "VOTED" A GOD IN 325CE.
Like in most of Christianity; a bunch of old Roman politicians took votes to determine the course of the new religion. Yeshua was voted a God, rather than a prophet at the council of Nicea in 325C.E. he was de-deified and re-deified twice and was a god permanently in 380, this was about politics. Yeshua never thought he was God.

JESUS DENIES HE IS GOD
Apparently the council of Nicea missed this one. "Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one and that is God." And again, "Why callest thou me good? None is good, save one, and that is God." (Mark 10:18, Luke 18:19)
When questioned on this verse, one Christian actually told me: "Jesus Lied."

BUT JESUS TALKS ABOUT BEING GOD IN THE BIBLE!
Well lets take a look, shall we?

BAR-NASHA - Jesus called himself "bar nasha" "son of man" 28 times. It means in the three Semitic languages "a human being"

BAR-DALAHA - "Son of God" (oh, oh, they got us here huh? -nah) In the Aramaic-Semitic language "bar-dalaha", "God's son", "God's child" is used many ways and may refer to an orphan, peacemaker, etc. You see it must be understood that the term "bar" does not mean "son" in a literal way it refers to a likeness, and a special relationship. Never in Hebrew scripture or in the New Testament does it refer to a physical relationship. Easterners will use the term "son" as like saying "beloved" [the very idea of a actual sonship from God was seen as blasphemy to Jews, but not to Romans, hmmm]

EHEDAYA- "the only begotten son" (lest they throw this at ya, here it is) Jesus never claimed to be God's only son, that claim was made by others, and found only in the Gospel of John. John has it as a translation of the Greek "monogenes" which is two words, singular and kind, when put together mean "one of a kind" I don't want to get into the breaking down of the Greek, suffice to say, it is an improper translation. A better rendering would be "unique son". It does not even come close to meaning what Christians think it means.

hi,

ive been having this for past 2 days now it started at my heart chakra which only now feels excited, but the burning feeling is the throat chakra area.

i had bit of depression before this and tried to soothe a way the odd burning feelings which as left the heart and moved up to the throat now.

not sure whats going on here if its like a cleansing thats moving up after
the depression or just something thats out of place.

hi,

ive been having this for while now. as soon as i wakup up from a dream i would just lay there for a sec and a picutre forms with uber realism. then i could move a round the picture like up, down, in and out. today i was seeing a cathedral and could walk around it, and go inside (this now after awaking from a dream and just relaxing for few secs) and heard a voice aswell. weird and odd yess.

anyone an idea of what this 'after dream' stuff could be ? i would gues either
remote vision maybe or rebound lucid ?

i would just like to know if there is a difference between controlled journey and astral projection. the controlled journey im talking about is the one a shaman would take by i think focusing on area and then as you would normally interact when wake conscience you would then interact from that point onwards as i did once.

my focus journey as i followed the steps in my shaman book:
i was focusing on a nice green grassy place with a huge tree over me. after a while i suddenly was there on my back on the grass looking upwards.  it was raining nicely. they rain stopped and i called out for my animal guide to show it self. a white wolf appeared with yellow eyes and introduced it self as Kyla. i then shape-shifted into a wolf and ran after her and around. after that i started to draw energy from that place near the tree. then called out to meet up with the goddess. she also appeared very friendly and gave me a sphere which she told me to fill with all the crap i had inside me (like negative feelings) she then took the sphere from me which wall by then all spiky and pitch black and threw it on the ground so it brakes. Then she gave me a another sphere full of white energy which i was then to let it fill and revitalize me. as i woke from this i did uberly felt good and ready for anything.

other question that i have is what happens when u gain total dream controll and it spins out totally different like this one i have other night:

i was downtown at India busy with one of a religious rite (cant remember which) and suddenly a shaman appeared in my dream. i followed him (which at this point was totally not in line of the dream. it felt like switching from one place to other) he then gave me a short staff which had the medicine wheel on it and then taught me a drum beat with the chant. i aslo asked him if i where a shaman in one of my precious lives which he answered yes to. then told me to thank the people that have help me along my journey in my wake state (in real life if want to call it that hehe) to the point i was now. he then disappeared and as he went away i asked what about Kyla (my animal guide) who then appeared as a young wolf who then in fact talked to me again. at this point i awoke from my dream.

anyways long post... :)

greets,

I would just like to ask when do i climb the rope, phase out my conscience
pop out to the side, float up or go out back to be astrally projected. I'm not quite sure I must do the "getting out" thing. nor am I quite sure how to
get out which thing to do. so fare ive tried the rope thing when i was sure i was relaxed, i once felt if my body was small and extremely heave but i could get out with rope. also tried the 3rd eye thing where you as i understand just concentrate on it and you should be just teleported to astral world but all that came was total darkness i could make out some of my room with eyes closed so i gues i was etherically half projected but not totally maybe more of an OBE than Astral Projection.

anything is possible, the power of the mind is infinite :)

hi, i just want to ask this

ive been listening to the direct voice from the our ultimate reality's news letter and been wondering if one then pass on to the next level as described in those recordings. how is reincarnation then possible. do you go back to say level 0, then goto level 1 (this now being 'the other side') or from level 0 to 10 and then start at level 0 again.

thanks,

what i wanted to know but i think i posted it in the wrong place tho ;)

Quotegreetings everyone, i would just like to ask if its is possible to train your 3rd eye vision or ethereal vision to a use of 360 degrees of vision in waking state or close to it - real time that reflects or just train the vision to see as to the normal vision that we use from your eyes. this now being more or less the same as when u can see everything in detail with your eyes closed around you in your room

this now being halfly projected out of your body, then seeing through your projected body's vision while lying on your back or sitting. possibly to train this half projected or without being halfly projected to use your 'etheric' eyes to see while awakend regardless if your eyes are open or closed ?
