Haven't had these dreams, or atleast I can't remember it.
But would like to comment on that site.

It seems like the text for the totems is taken from Animal Wisdom
book. Or atleast been inspired from that []

That thing about having nine animal totems is just rubbish.
There isn't any set number on how many you have or must have or whatever.

I use earplugs so I can listen to it more clearly and tell how far into trance I am. It will change the deeper you go.
