First thing I think you should do if learn how to astral project. Then, from what Ive read, you can call on him/her there and be able to communicate with him/her. But if you mean calling on your guardian while in the physical, my suggestion would be to pray to him/her. Im not sure how else you could go about it, but I bet other people will have more to say.
